Abstract

Almost all higher education information systems in Indonesia have experienced a problem. The challenge of university data management systems is how to integrate data subsystems in the university's internal environment. This can hinder the process of continuing the university's services. Higher education information systems usually include academic, financial, teaching staff, and graduate information systems. Not all universities have integrated the information system sub-sub. As a result, data duplication and data are out of sync. Data is essential in universities because every year, universities have to manage the data of thousands of students. For this reason, an integrated higher education information system is needed. The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method by describing the facts that occurred. The author uses data collection techniques to study literature by looking for relevant and reliable references. After the authorities were collected, the writer analyzed the data qualitatively. At the end of this article, the author provides a solution to integrate higher education information systems.

Abstract

In the city of Surabaya, the use of online transportation applications is increasing and has become one of the popular transportation options. With the increase in public interest in the use of online transportation, various companies are competing with each other to further innovate in the process of developing online transportation applications. PT. Go-Jek Indonesia is one of the online motorcycle taxi companies that claims to be able to provide practical and fast services in the midst of congestion problems faced by people in several cities. This study aims to evaluate the quality of Gojek online transportation driver services based on the level of customer satisfaction in the city of Surabaya. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques carried out in this study used interview techniques and document studies. From the results of interviews and document studies in this study, it can be concluded that the service provided by Gojek drivers to passengers is of good quality so that it provides satisfaction to customers as expected. Although some of them said they were satisfied with the service that had been provided by the driver, there were still some improvements that needed to be made and improved for the performance of the Gojek company in order to improve or improve the company's brand image.

Abstract

Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) adalah serangkaian praktik terstruktur yang dirancang untuk mengelola dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan TI dalam sebuah organisasi. Pentingnya ITSM terletak pada kemampuannya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kesalahan, dan memastikan layanan TI mendukung tujuan strategis organisasi. Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Jawa Timur telah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi Kartu Inventarisasi Barang (KIB) yang dirancang untuk menggantikan proses manual dengan otomatisasi, memungkinkan impor data pegawai dan barang dalam format Excel. Meskipun aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, evaluasi menyeluruh diperlukan untuk mengukur dampaknya terhadap kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja ITIL V3 yang berfokus pada domain Service Operation, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi masalah atau insiden yang muncul selama penggunaan aplikasi dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek Problem Management telah diterapkan dengan cukup baik, membantu mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi akar penyebab insiden berulang. Namun, kelemahan ditemukan pada aspek Event Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, dan Access Management, termasuk kurangnya sistem pemantauan otomatis dan proses pelaporan insiden yang masih manual.

Abstract

Resource orchestration can be an important pioneer in creating competitive advantage in organizations, including world-class universities. There are two dimensions to resource orchestration, namely resource management and asset orchestration. This study aims to look at the implementation and contribution of resource orchestration in the environment of state Islamic religious universities in Indonesia in realizing globally competitive universities. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, with data collected from interviews, observations, and analysis of related documents at six state Islamic universities. The results showed that the leadership ability of the leaders of state Islamic universities is very decisive in orchestrating resources to encourage the performance of higher education towards globally competitive universities.

Abstract

Implementing information systems within public organizations often encounters failures, one of which stems from inadequate information system planning. This issue also occurs in local government sectors, where the procurement and development of information systems must be preceded by proper planning. Information system architecture—or the planning framework for developing an information system—is therefore essential. This study aims to describe an information system architecture model for local government as part of developing a strategic plan (blueprint) related to information technology (IT). The architecture is designed for the regional financial management sector, illustrating application architectures based on identified needs and providing guidance for IT implementation solutions within the local government.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse risk management in hospital medical records information systems using the ISO 31000:2018 framework. Electronic medical records play a critical role in storing and managing sensitive patient data, requiring a structured risk management approach to identify, evaluate, and control potential threats. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach, using observation and interviews with information technology staff and medical records managers. The results revealed 11 key risks, divided into three categories: high, medium, and low. High risks were primarily related to the lack of system protection against cyber threats. This study concluded that implementing ISO 31000:2018 can help hospitals develop more effective risk mitigation strategies, thereby supporting the security, integrity, and availability of patient data.

Abstract

Abstrak - Mahasiswa memegang peranan penting dalam membangun dan membentuk masa depan bangsa. Mahasiswa kerap terlibat dalam berbagai gerakan untuk menyuarakan aspirasi dan membawa perubahan dalam masyarakat. Gerakan-gerakan tersebut merupakan ekspresi kepedulian mahasiswa terhadap berbagai isu penting dalam masyarakat dan menjadi sarana untuk memengaruhi perubahan positif dalam skala yang lebih besar. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap gerakan mahasiswa yang sedang berlangsung maupun yang telah berlalu. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis gerakan mahasiswa di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Topic Modelling dengan Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) dengan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari X (Twitter) selama 5 tahun terakhir. Proses LDA menghasilkan 3 topik setiap tahunnya, tetapi pada tahun 2023, hanya 2 topik yang teridentifikasi karena satu topik yang dihasilkan tidak relevan dengan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan lebih lanjut untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih baik dalam menanggapi dan menangani berbagai isu yang muncul dalam gerakan mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Gerakan Mahasiswa, Surabaya, Topic Modelling, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), Decision-Making  Abstract - Students play a crucial role in building and shaping the future of the nation. They often engage in movements to voice their aspirations and bring about change within society. These movements are expressions of students' concern for important issues in society and serve as a means to influence positive changes on a larger scale. Therefore, it’ is essential to conduct in-depth analysis of ongoing or past student movements. This research focuses on analyzing student movements in the city of Surabaya. The study utilizes the Topic Modelling method with Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) using data collected  from X (Twitter) over the past 5 years. The LDA process yields 3 topics each year, but in 2023, only 2 topics were identified as one topic generated was not relevant to the case study. Abstract

Research aim : This research aimed to develop a technology acceptance model based on innovation and marketing perspective on ride-hailing services application. Design/Methode/Approach : This research is an explanatory quantitative research that use a primary data which collected from 303 ride-hailing services application users with questionnaire. The methods were used in this research is SEM - neural network methods. SEM is used to analysis the significant of effect of independent variable on dependent variable while neural network is used to identify the most importance independent variable on explaining dependent variable. Research Finding : First, the SEM analysis result shows that relative advantage, price, promotion and distribution have an impact on user satisfaction. In intention to use variable furthermore, The only influencing variables are user satisfaction and distribution. Second, the results of neural network analysis on user satisfaction model shows that promotion is the most importance variable in explaining user satisfaction with followed by relative advantage, price and distribution. In neural network model of intention to use, user satisfaction is the most importance variable with followed by distribution. Theoretical contribution/Originality : With the results of this study it can be said that there is an integration of aspects of innovation and marketing in explaining application user acceptance. Practitionel/Policy implication : This research can be one of the considerations for the management of online transportation services to make a decision related to the service quality development, especially from the aspect of customer-based innovation and marketing. Research limitation : The limitations in this study are limited to use of neural networks as a machine learning method and conceptual aspects of innovation and marketing in explaining application user acceptance.
