Abstract

This study aims to measure the quality scheduling information system (SIP KEMENAG) of Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA) in Pasuruan Regency. In this study, the author used a combination or mixed methods research with a sequential explanatory model. The combination research method with a sequential explanatory model is characterized by the collection and analysis of quantitative data in the initial stage, followed by qualitative data explanation in the next stage. The website quality analysis process using COBIT 2019 produced an average maturity score: BAI3 (4.14), BAI4 (4.34), and DSS5 (4.32). After averaging, the SIP KEMENAG application is at level 4 (quantitatively managed) in the capability maturity model integration. This shows that the application has adopted an approach based on data and numbers to plan, measure, and control the performance of the application process. The desired value is level 5 (optimizing), with a gap of 0.73. After the quantitative data is found, in-depth information mining or interviews will be carried out using qualitative methods.

Abstract

Knowledge Management (KM) is a rapidly developing concept across various disciplines and business practices. KM encompasses the collection, storage, dissemination, and utilization of knowledge to enhance learning effectiveness. This study aims to examine the implementation of knowledge management in education across different educational levels using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze a number of related articles. The research findings indicate that the implementation of KM is significantly more prevalent in secondary (approximately 65%) and tertiary education levels (around 70%) compared to basic education (about 30%). Key factors influencing the success of KM implementation include the availability of infrastructure, student participation, support from teachers and staff, and a learning culture that fosters collaboration.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam sektor pendidikan terus berkembang dengan cepat. Pembelajaran online menjadi alternatif yang sangat diandalkan oleh pengguna teknologi informasi untuk mempermudah proses pembelajaran. E-Learning merupakan sebuah alat pembelajaran elektronik yang memfasilitasi interaksi antara siswa dan dosen dalam konteks pembelajaran digital. Teknologi juga memiliki peran penting ketika terjadi kendala dalam proses pembelajaran yang disebabkan oleh terbatasnya waktu siswa dan dosen untuk mengadakan pertemuan tatap muka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan aplikasi Elearning sebagai sarana teknologi informasi untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran siswa. Pendekatan analisis dan desain yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berorientasi objek dan hasil penelitian ini merupakan sebuah prototipe aplikasi E-Learning yang mencakup modul pengelolaan dokumen, fungsi pengingat, modul tanya jawab belajar, dan fungsi pengelolaan nilai.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang semakin maju dan modern, membuat masyarakat mau tidak mau harus mengikuti kemajuan teknologi yang ada. Dimana saat ini semua bentuk kebutuhan manusia dibuat menjadi sebuah aplikasi untuk membantu agar kehidupannya lebih fleksibel. Salah satu contohnya yaitu, aplikasi JConnect Mobile yang dibuat untuk memudahkan manusia dalam urusan pelayanan perbankan. Tujuan dari dibuatnya penelitian ini, yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan operasional dari aplikasi JConnect dengan menggunakan framework ITIL V3. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Dimana pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan cara wawancara. Data yang dikumpulkan bisa berupa opini, pandangan, dan persepsi dari setiap responden terkait dengan pelayanan perbankan pada aplikasi JConnect Mobile. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ITIL 3 sangat disarankan untuk menaikkan standar layanan perbankan. Hasil wawancara yang didapatkan terdapat beberapa jawaban dari narasumber yang bermakna negatif seperti aplikasi JConnect sering mengalami bug dan lain sebagainya. Dengan memantau dan menilai secara berkelanjutan, bank juga dapat menjamin bahwa layanan yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan nasabah. Maka dari itu, bank perlu mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan aplikasinya agar dapat mempererat relasi dengan nasabah.

Abstract

The implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) in business management offers significant opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, enrich customer experience, and support data-driven decision-making. IoT enables companies to collect and analyze real-time data, increasing their ability to respond to market changes more quickly and accurately. However, the adoption of this technology also presents challenges such as high initial costs, security issues, and the need for competent digital leadership. To develop the right strategies, companies can use strategic analysis tools like SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas (BMC). Through SWOT analysis, companies can identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in implementing IoT, while BMC allows companies to design adaptive business models focused on customer needs. By developing customer-centric solutions, investing in digital leadership, and prioritizing security, companies can fully leverage IoT and create sustainable competitive advantages.

Abstract

Perkembangan evolusi industri dari era 1.0 hingga 5.0 menunjukkan adanya transformasi fundamental dalam sistem produksi, teknologi, serta pengelolaan informasi di berbagai sektor industri. Setiap fase evolusi menghadirkan inovasi signifikan yang tidak hanya berpengaruh pada aspek teknis, tetapi juga pada struktur sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya kerja manusia. Evolusi Industri 1.0 ditandai oleh penggunaan mesin uap, Evolusi 2.0 menghadirkan tenaga listrik serta teknologi komunikasi seperti telegraf dan telepon, Evolusi 3.0 oleh otomatisasi berbasis komputer, serta Evolusi 4.0 oleh integrasi teknologi digital seperti Internet of Things (IoT), big data, dan kecerdasan buatan (AI). Saat ini, Evolusi Industri 5.0 menitikberatkan pada kolaborasi harmonis antara manusia dan teknologi untuk menciptakan keseimbangan antara efisiensi, keberlanjutan, dan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Dalam konteks tersebut, Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) berperan strategis sebagai pusat kendali pengolahan data dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis digital. SIM modern tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat administratif, tetapi juga sebagai sistem cerdas yang mendukung efisiensi, inovasi, serta adaptasi terhadap dinamika industri global. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan SIM berbasis kecerdasan buatan, komputasi awan, dan integrasi data real-time merupakan kunci utama dalam membangun industri yang kompetitif, berkelanjutan, dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan manusia.

Abstract

Almost all higher education information systems in Indonesia have experienced a problem. The challenge of university data management systems is how to integrate data subsystems in the university's internal environment. This can hinder the process of continuing the university's services. Higher education information systems usually include academic, financial, teaching staff, and graduate information systems. Not all universities have integrated the information system sub-sub. As a result, data duplication and data are out of sync. Data is essential in universities because every year, universities have to manage the data of thousands of students. For this reason, an integrated higher education information system is needed. The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method by describing the facts that occurred. The author uses data collection techniques to study literature by looking for relevant and reliable references. After the authorities were collected, the writer analyzed the data qualitatively. At the end of this article, the author provides a solution to integrate higher education information systems.

Abstract

In the city of Surabaya, the use of online transportation applications is increasing and has become one of the popular transportation options. With the increase in public interest in the use of online transportation, various companies are competing with each other to further innovate in the process of developing online transportation applications. PT. Go-Jek Indonesia is one of the online motorcycle taxi companies that claims to be able to provide practical and fast services in the midst of congestion problems faced by people in several cities. This study aims to evaluate the quality of Gojek online transportation driver services based on the level of customer satisfaction in the city of Surabaya. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques carried out in this study used interview techniques and document studies. From the results of interviews and document studies in this study, it can be concluded that the service provided by Gojek drivers to passengers is of good quality so that it provides satisfaction to customers as expected. Although some of them said they were satisfied with the service that had been provided by the driver, there were still some improvements that needed to be made and improved for the performance of the Gojek company in order to improve or improve the company's brand image.

Abstract

Implementing information systems within public organizations often encounters failures, one of which stems from inadequate information system planning. This issue also occurs in local government sectors, where the procurement and development of information systems must be preceded by proper planning. Information system architecture—or the planning framework for developing an information system—is therefore essential. This study aims to describe an information system architecture model for local government as part of developing a strategic plan (blueprint) related to information technology (IT). The architecture is designed for the regional financial management sector, illustrating application architectures based on identified needs and providing guidance for IT implementation solutions within the local government.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse risk management in hospital medical records information systems using the ISO 31000:2018 framework. Electronic medical records play a critical role in storing and managing sensitive patient data, requiring a structured risk management approach to identify, evaluate, and control potential threats. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach, using observation and interviews with information technology staff and medical records managers. The results revealed 11 key risks, divided into three categories: high, medium, and low. High risks were primarily related to the lack of system protection against cyber threats. This study concluded that implementing ISO 31000:2018 can help hospitals develop more effective risk mitigation strategies, thereby supporting the security, integrity, and availability of patient data.
