Abstract

The utilization of e-commerce media in the trading world brings impact to the international community in general and the people of Indonesia in particular. For Indonesian people, This is related to a very important legal problem. The importance of law in the field of e-commerce is mainly in protecting the parties who transact through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to know the legal review of the buying and selling agreements through electronic media as well as to know the legal protections for sellers and buyers if one of the parties commits a default. The research uses a normative juridical method of approach and the discussion is done in a descriptive analysis. The source and type of data used are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques using literature studies, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The agreement to buy and sell through electronic media is a new phenomenon that has been implemented in various countries and regulated in the Civil state nor law ITE. Legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreements through electronic media is governed by the consumer protection ACT. Any breach must respond to any loss arising from his or her actions.

Abstract

Islamic education multicultural brings an insightful approach to instill awareness dialogis living together in diversity and differences, education is built on the spirit of equality and partnership kesederajatan, mutual trust, mutual understanding and appreciate the similarities, differences and uniqueness, as well as interdepedensi. This is an innovation and an integral and comprehensive reforms in the educational payload of religions that are free of prejudice, racism, bias and stereotypes. Islamic education multicultural gave insightful recognition of plurality, a learning tool for cross-border encounters, and transforms indoctrination toward dialogue. This will be determined by the quality and the role of the teacher in the learning process of Islamic education in schools. However, the burden is not only on the shoulders of workers education but is also the responsibility of the family, society and the State, autonomous and independent.

Abstract

Children are the next generation of the nation, so their growth must be considered until they are adults. Even though the parents divorce, the parents are still responsible for all the needs and rights of the child. This study, using the type of research library research. The source of research data has three legal materials, primary, secondary, and tertiary. Data collection techniques include observation and study of documents. The data analysis process consists of three stages, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of this study, the judge's legal findings use the method of legal construction with an argumentation analogy because there are no clear and firm rules about child support both in legislation and the Compilation of Islamic Law used by judges to decide a case. Instead, only jurisprudence governs on this issue. The judge rejected the claim to provide for the child because it was based on the decision of Supreme Court Jurisprudence Number 608 K / AG/ 2003, which stated that the obligation of a father to provide for his child is li intifa' and not li tamlik. Therefore, the negligence of a father who does not provide for his child cannot be sued.

Abstract

Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengekplorasi peranan moderasi Gen-Z pada dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh adanya kepemimpinan dan budaya yang dimiliki organisasi pada kinerja karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, CDC Regional II. Dari 1.130 total karyawan, maka dipilihlah 358 di antaranya melalui teknik slovin dan dianalisis dengan SEM AMOS pada data purposive random sampling. Adapun pembuktikan secara verifikatif, dengan semakin baiknya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi yang sesuai perusahaan, maka akan semakin membantu meningkatkan kinerja yang dapat diberikan para karyawan. Kemudian, gen-z terbukti memperkuat dengan peranannya sebagai pemoderasi pada hubungan yang terbentuk antara variabel independen terhadap dependennya. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, generasi Z, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the cost of capital on corporate investment decisions. In an increasingly complex economic context, companies are required to consider the cost of capital in every investment decision to ensure the feasibility and sustainability of projects. The approach used in this research is qualitative with an exploratory case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with financial managers, CFOs, and company leaders directly involved in investment decision-making, as well as observations and document analysis. The findings of the study indicate that the cost of capital, which includes the cost of debt and equity, has a significant influence in guiding investment decisions. Companies with a more diverse capital structure tend to have greater flexibility in managing their cost of capital, while companies with a higher proportion of debt are more cautious in making investment decisions. The findings also reveal that companies that are more innovative in managing their cost of capital succeed in finding lower-cost funding sources and diversifying their investment portfolios. This study suggests the importance of improving financial literacy for small and medium-sized enterprises and optimizing capital structure to reduce overall cost of capital. Additionally government policies that support access to more affordable financing should be considered.

Abstract

Early marriage is still a significant problem in Indonesia, including in Banyuwangi Regency, especially among the Madura people. Although Law Number 16 of 2019 sets a minimum marriage age limit of 19 years to protect the rights of children and women, early marriage still occurs, mainly due to cultural factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of Law Number 16 of 2019 on the marriage culture in the Madura community, as well as to understand the perception of the younger generation towards this regulation and identify the problems that arise after the enactment of the law. The research method uses field research , with an empirical juridical approach. The results of the study show that Law No. 16 of 2019 aims to reduce early marriage, its implementation in the field is experiencing obstacles. The Madura people in Banyuwangi, who are still very steeped in the tradition of young marriage, tend to show resistance to the new rules. Many families still view early marriage as part of social norms and traditions. However, a number of parties, especially the younger generation and religious leaders, are beginning to realize the importance of this rule and there is a change in attitude towards a more mature marriage age.

Abstract

Jakarta Cosmetics Store is one of the stores engaged in the sale of various cosmetic products and various skincare products. The number of competitors in the cosmetics sector, such as Jakarta Cosmetics Store, requires the right marketing strategy to be able to face the competition in the cosmetics market. The purpose of the study was to determine the strategy implemented by the company to improve its business performance. The research informants numbered 8 people. The method used in this study was the descriptive method. The use of the descriptive method is to determine the application of SWOT analysis in determining strategies to improve its business performance. The results of the study indicate that Jakarta Cosmetics Store must take advantage of opportunities as much as possible, by using an aggressive strategy to be able to attack the market and can widen the gap in competition.

Abstract

This article is the result of a community service activity was conducted by the Young Generation of the Lecturer Communication Forum (GM FKD) on March 20, 2025, in West Bandung Regency. Its objective was to empower village leaders in promoting the growth of MSMEs and the creative economy based on local potential. With its significant tourism potential, the village has opportunities to develop culinary businesses, handicrafts, and tourism services. However, challenges such as limited capital and lack of marketing knowledge remain obstacles. This activity included seminars, education, and interactive discussions attended by 30 village officials. The materials covered business strategies, digital marketing, and safe access to financing. As a result, village leaders gained a better understanding of their role in developing MSMEs and the importance of innovation in marketing. With support from various stakeholders, the village has the potential to become a creative economy hub based on tourism. This initiative is expected to improve community welfare and serve as a model for sustainable MSME development.ABSTRAKArtikel ini merupakan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan oleh Generasi Muda Forum Komunikasi Dosen (GM FKD) pada 20 Maret 2025 di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Tujuannya adalah memberdayakan pemimpin desa dalam mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM dan ekonomi kreatif berbasis potensi lokal. Dengan potensi wisata yang besar, desa ini memiliki peluang untuk mengembangkan usaha kuliner, kerajinan, dan jasa wisata. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan modal dan kurangnya pemahaman pemasaran masih menjadi kendala. Kegiatan ini meliputi seminar, edukasi, dan diskusi interaktif yang diikuti oleh 30 perangkat desa. Materi mencakup strategi bisnis, pemasaran digital, dan akses permodalan yang aman. Hasilnya, pemimpin desa semakin memahami peran mereka dalam mengembangkan UMKM serta pentingnya inovasi dalam pemasaran. Melalui dukungan berbagai pihak, desa ini berpotensi menjadi pusat ekonomi kreatif berbasis wisata. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan menjadi model pengembangan UMKM yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Introduction: A suspected criminal act of money laundering or a person who is designated as a witness in the process of examining a criminal act of laundering is obliged to obtain protection from the state. Purposes of the Research:  This paper aims to find out the criminal law aspects of reporting Money Laundering where in fact someone as a reporter usually turns into a suspect so that this paper gives the spirit and courage of the community as a reporter because it is protected by state law.Method Of The Research:  The type of research is normative juridical with analysis using legal documents in the form of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. Results of the Research : Reporting of suspected money laundering or a person who is designated as a witness in the process of investigating a laundering crime is mandatory to obtain protection from the state. The protection given to reporters and witnesses is given in two forms, namely legal protection and special protection.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and test the analysis of the influence of job crafting and employee performance on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office, totaling 85 people. The sample was taken using saturated samples or total sampling techniques, and is also called the census method. Given the relatively small population, all populations were used as respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression through SPSS version 26. The test results revealed that partially job crafting had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office. Partially employee performance had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office. Simultaneously, job crafting and employee performance had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Branch Office.
