This study aims to describe teachers' strategies for instilling Pancasila values to address the crisis of student etiquette and politeness at UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Lolofitu Moi, identify the obstacles encountered, and analyze teachers' efforts to overcome these obstacles. The study employs a qualitative approach with informants selected purposively, comprising the school principal, Pancasila and Civic Education teachers, and five students. Data were collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed via data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the instilling of Pancasila values is carried out through integrating values into instruction, fostering positive habits, teacher role modeling, religious activities, flag ceremonies, (mutual cooperation), and character development. Key obstacles include diverse family backgrounds, peer environments, the influence of social media and technological advancements, and a lack of awareness regarding etiquette and politeness among some students. To address these issues, teachers implement continuous guidance, personal approaches, counseling, consistent supervision, and collaboration with homeroom teachers, guidance counselors, parents, and the broader school community. These strategies foster greater student awareness in applying Pancasila values and more effectively shape polite behavior. The findings underscore that the success of Pancasila based character education requires consistent habituation, educators acting as role models, family involvement, and synergy among all school stakeholders to shape student character in a sustainable manner.
