Abstract

This filling material for concrete is known as aggregate which usually uses stone as the base material. This stone material will eventually run out, so new innovations are needed to replace it. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical and mechanical properties of concrete made using artificial aggregate mixture where the aggregate material is made by utilizing bauxite processing waste. Artificial aggregates are made to replace gravel as a filler. The waste is treated with 2 treatments, namely added with kaolin and without kaolin, and then burned. Concrete specimens are made in a cylindrical shape with a height of 30 cm with a diameter of 15 cm, with variations in artificial aggregate with the addition of kaolin and without the addition of kaolin with the aggregate substitution of 10%, 20% and 30% then evaluated physical properties such as weight content and absorption of concrete and the concrete mechanic is in the form of the compressive strength of the concrete. According to SNI 03 6468 2000, the quality of concrete produced from concrete mixtures using artificial aggregate from bauxite waste is classified as low compressive strength concrete (low strength concrete). with fc '<20 MPa and according to SNI 03-2847-2002, concrete produced by mixing artificial aggregate is categorized as lightweight concrete, with a unit weight of <1.900 kg / m³

Abstract

Manajemen Kontruksi adalah suatu proses atau Tindakan yang bertujuan menerapkan fungsi Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Pengawasan agar tercapai tujuan proyek secara optimal. Kampus institute Agama. Islam. Negeri. Pontianak. demi menunjang penataan Infra-struktur dimana sebagai tujuan untuk peningkatan SDM, sarana prasarana, peningkatan pendidikan, pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, Maka kampus Institute. Agama.. Islam. Negeri. Pontianak. ingin membangun Gedung Laboratorium Terpadu Institut Agama. Islam. Negeri. Pontianak. merupakan tempat pendidikan bagi mahasiswa yang menempuh pendidikan“di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Pontianak.”Manajemen konstruksi menjadi solusi yang tepat agar tercapainya suatu perencanaan yang efektif dan efisien. Pada tulisan ini menyajikan Perhitungan dan Perkiraan biaya , waktu, SDM, mutu dan k3 untuk melaksanakan pembangunan Gedung ini. Biaya proyek Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) diperoleh biaya sebesar Rp 13.576.291.000, Manajemen Waktu pada Proyek Didapat waktu dari Time Schedule selama 8 bulan atau 222 hari kerja dan dari CPM didapat 6 bulan 2 minggu atau 178 hari kerja, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia diperoleh Pendahuluan 20 pekerja, Pondasi 80 pekerja, Lantai 1 (75) pekerja, Lantai 2 (80) pekerja, Lantai 3 (60) pekerja, Lantai 4 (60) pekerja, Lantai 5 (60) pekerja, Lantai 6 (60) pekerja, Lantai 7 (60) pekerja, Atap (40) pekerja. Manajemen Mutu Proyek Tersusunnya RKS (Rencana Kerja Syarat-Syarat), Manajemen SMK3 Tersusunnya Klasifikasi dan Pengendalian Resiko pada pembangunan serta Perencanaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan Alat Pelindung Konstruksi (APK).

Abstract

Construction Management is a process or action that aims to implement planning, implementation and supervision functions in order to achieve optimal project objectives. The central government needs lodging facilities in order to accommodate existing tourists. One of them is a decent and strategic hotel. Pontianak City is the capital of West Kalimantan. To realize this development requires careful planning so that problems do not occur that can harm various parties. There are management planning stages that are useful for regulating the implementation process in order to achieve an effective and efficient planning. Construction management is the right solution to solve this problem. Overview The location of the hotel development planning that was investigated turned out to be a business area and close to vital buildings. The results of this plan are aimed at building a hotel building with the main structure of 5 floors in Southeast Pontianak. In this paper, it presents the calculation and estimation of costs, time, human resources, implementation methods to occupational safety and health to support the planning process for the construction of lodging facilities in the form of hotels in Pontianak City.

Abstract

Hotel Al-Hajj 6 (six) floors is a supporter of infrastructure for Hajj pilgrims and is also common with thelocation of the hotel in the middle of the city, namely in the district of South Pontianak, Pontianak City Designof reinforced concrete structure Al-Hajj hotel building is planned 6 floors with 3 star hotel standards.Indesigning this hotel prioritizes the strength of structure with the concept of reinforced concrete.This hotel-life method collects soil data and image data as a basis for calculations. In its depiction using theAutoCad program and engineering analysis using the SAP 2000 3D program and the calculation of buildingstructures refers to SNI 03-2847-2013 for concrete structures, SNI 1727-2013 regarding minimum load andLoading Planning for Houses and Buildings (PPURG) 1987 and SNI 1729-2019 for earthquake-resistantbuilding structures.The result of the design of the structure in the form of thick 90 mm shop floor plate with reinforcement φ6 andground floor s / d 6th floor has a plate thickness of 130 mm φ8, the dimensions of the parent beam structure are40 x 70 cm with tree bone D19 and bone begel φ8-320 mm child beam 30 x 60 cm bone tree D16 and bone φ8-270 mm and ring beam and bone begel φ6-170 mm and for ring beam 20 x 40 cm bone tree D16. Columndimensions 60 x 60 cm of tree bone D22 and bone begel φ8-190 mm foundation using a stake of 450 x 450 mmwith pile cap 3.9 x 3.9 with bone and solid bone with a depth of 22 m. From the results of the design andcalculation of the structure of this hotel can be applied on the ground and for analytical purposes in theplanning of the next building.

Abstract

The arrangement of facilities and infrastructure for the Integrated School District on the road Purnama Agung V, Pontianak City is an effort to maintain the stability of nature and the function of an area that prioritizes secondary needs such as providing beauty, comfort and providing enthusiasm for learning as well as providing an attraction for residents or visitors in the area. Integrated School. The Integrated School area planning stands on an area of ​​1.94 ha consisting of 4 schools including the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) school building, SD Country 15 Pontianak South, SMP Country 22 Pontianak and SMA Country 10 Pontianak. The location of the Integrated School is located on the road Agung Purnama V, South Pontianak sub-district, Pontianak city, West Kalimantan. The planning for the arrangement of the Integrated School area with a total area of ​​1,94 Ha but that will manage with a land area of ​​0,76 Ha will be planned for green open spaces, playgrounds, reading parks, environmental roads, parking lots vehicles, drainage channels and placement of trash cans, as an effort to support the educational process and protect the environment in Indonesia, especially in the city of Pontianak, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

Construction infrastructure development in West Kalimantan Province is carried out every year in order to achieve community welfare. One example is building a hostel building. Dormitory is a building that is used to accommodate students from within or outside the area. To fulfill the facilities and amenities for Landak Regency female students, it is necessary to build a dormitory carried out by the Landak Regency Government. Construction management is the right solution in planning a dormitory building. The data collected included primary data in the form of field observations (land area) and field documentation (photos) and secondary data in the form of working drawings, basic prices for 2022 Pontianak City, AHSP based on PUPR Government Regulations 2022 and literature in the form of books and e-books. There are 5 aspects of construction management that will be discussed, namely project cost management, project quality management, project time management, project human resource management (HR) and project occupational safety and health (K3) management. Obtain volume calculations, budget plan (RAB), recapitulation of RAB, work plans and requirements (RKS), S curve, Network Planning using the CPM method, workforce requirements, identification of OHS risks, risk control hierarchy and RK3K costs. The results of the planning have obtained a budget plan of Rp. 10.301.793.000,00, the planned duration of time for work to be completed is 210 calendar days or 7 months based on the S curve, project quality uses general requirements based on planned drawing specification data, human resources get manpower requirements the most workers were 78 people and got the APD and APK requirements and calculated the cost of the contract work safety and health plan (RK3K) of IDR 33. 867.000,00.
