This study is aimed (1) to observe the establishment of consumer’s attitude and consumer’s subjective norm to spend their money toward the Palu Mitra Utama Supermarket based on the reasoned action theory, (2) to identify the effect of attitude and subjective norm on the customer’s intention to spend their money at Palu Mitra Utama Supermarket, (3) to identify the effect of attitude and subjective norm of both customers who have a high and low spending intention on their spending behavior at the Palu Mitra Utama Supermarket. This study is conducted in two analysis stages using the conclusive research model based on the reasoned action theory. The first stage is analysing the effect of attitude and subjective norm on the spending intention. The second stage is classifying attitude and subjective norm based on the rate of strength or weakness of the spending intention and their effect on the spending behavior. The variables measurement are includes: (1) attitude variable, which is conducted by comparing the components of customer’s belief with evaluation on the supermarket, (2) subjective norm variable, which is conducted by comparing the component of customer’s normative belief with the component of consumer’s motivation to comply the reference’s opinion. The result of this study indicate that: (1) consumer’s belief and evaluation on the supermarket shape their positive attitude toward such supermarket; whereas customer’s normative belief and their motivation to follow the reference’s opinion shape their positive subjective norm toward such supermarket, (2) undoubtedly, consumer’s attitude and subjective norm has a statistically significant effect on the customer’s spending intention, while the customer’s belief and evaluation shape such customer’s positive attitude, (3) the attitude and subjective norm of those customer who has a statistically weak spending intention has no significant effect on the customer’s spending behavior, whereas the attitude and subjective norm of those customer who has a statistically strong spending intention has a statistically significant effect on the customer’s spending behavior.

Rattan industry has been designated as a core competency of regional industry (KIID) Palu City, which will be encouraged to become a commodity and product as a regional superior because of the availability of abundant rattan resources. Although Central Sulawesi Province is the largest supplier of rattan in Indonesia, rattan industry clusters actually grow and develop in various places outside Central Sulawesi. The purpose of this research is specifically to identify bottleneck points for the development of the Palu City rattan industry, because the development efforts of the Palu City rattan industry have not been optimal until now. The bottleneck point reflects the main problem that must be immediately resolved. The research paradigm is qualitative, with phenomenological analysis tools. For this reason, the researcher is the main instrument in this study. The number of key informants consisted of 9 key informants consisting of 4 business people, namely 2 rattan furniture and 2 rattan accessories, 3 government elements and 2 academics involved in rattan research. The results of this study indicate that the bottleneck point occurs in the sociohistorical aspects of product, industrialization, and sustainability in the development of the rattan industrial cluster in Palu City.

This study aims to identify and analyze bottleneck in developing Donggala weaving in Limboro Village of Donggala District. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted in Limboro Village, Donggala District, with a total of 4 informants. Data colledted by observation and indepth interview. The data analysis method used is the Nvivo 12 plus software. The results showthat a bottleneck in the developing of Donggala weaving occured in one of the production processes the name is ba hane work station.

This research aims to find out the distribution model of humanitarian logistics applied when dealing with natural disasters in Pasigala (Palu, Sigi, and Donggala) and to find out the optimal humanitarian logistics distribution model in dealing with natural disasters in Pasigala, Central Sulawesi. The paradigm in this research is based on the phenomenological paradigm and is qualitative. The research was conducted in the affected area of Pasigala through data collection techniques in the form of interviews with informants consisting of disaster survivors and disaster management institutions from both government and non-government. The analysis tool in this research uses the NVIVO 12 Plus software. The results of the research show that the humanitarian logistics distribution model that has been carried out by the relevant institutions has a different structure. The distribution of logistics is still considered not optimal because there are obstacles that have an impact on new problems such as overlapping logistical assistance in several areas therefore it is necessary to propose a redesign of the humanitarian logistics distribution model based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out

One challenge in developing SMEs is still weak access to financial institutions and markets, making it difficult for SMEs to develop. The difficulty of access to financial resources will have an impact on limited business expansion which will result in a weak capacity to expand business volume. On the other hand, weak market access also has an impact on the small market controlled by SMEs which has an impact on small product demand growth. The weakness factor that sticks to SMEs is mainly access to business development. This service program aims to strengthen understanding of the importance of relationship capital for the development of agro-businesses in Tamarenja Village, Donggala Regency. In this community service activity, lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods are used. This training activity is focused on Agro business management training through strengthening business networks. There are three stages in the implementation method, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The result of this activity is that agro-business actors in Tamarenja Village can be developed on a wider scale considering the current large market such as opening access for IKN (National Capital City), the growth of the Morowali industrial area, strengthening the Togean tourism industry and growing demand in the local market.

BUMDes Sintuvu is a business institution that handles services, which was established in 2017, providing various types of services such as hand tractor rentals, pick-up car rentals, and rental of tunnel tents, chairs, reception tables, and wedding stages. The purpose of this research is to find a new marketing strategy for BUMDes Sintuvu Sikara Tobata Village. This research is a qualitative research. Methods of data collection through interviews and documentation. The result of this study is a marketing strategy through the marketing mix using the 4P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Conclusion The products/services of Sintuvu BUMDes were chosen so that the products implemented facilitate the needs of the community and do not compete with the community, Sintuvu BUMDes provide the best service to be accepted by the community and satisfying service.

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana halal supply chain management dan green supply chain management mempengaruhi kinerja rumah makan di Kota Palu. Rumah makan yang ada di Kota Palu menjadi subjek penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif yang meliputi deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik sensus dengan analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Pengumpulan data secara langsung dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 44 rumah makan yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa variabel halal supply chain management dan green supply chain management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha restoran Kota Palu. Dengan demikian variabel green supply chain management berpengaruh cukup besar terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada rumah makan di Kota Palu, namun variabel halal supply chain management tidak berpengaruh secara berarti. Kata kunci: Halal Supply Chain, Green Supply chain, Supply Chain Management, Kinerja Perusahaaan AbstractThe purpose of this study is to see how halal supply chain management and green supply chain management affect the performance of restaurants in Palu City. Restaurants in Palu City became the subject of research. The research method used is quantitative which includes descriptive verification. The census technique with multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study as a sampling technique. Direct data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 44 different restaurants. The results of the study reveal that the variables of halal supply chain management and green supply chain management have a significant effect on the performance of the Palu City restaurant business. Thus, the green supply chain management variable has a large enough effect on the company's performance at restaurants in Palu City, but the halal supply chain management variable has no significant effect. Rotan telah menjadi ikon pengembangan industri Kota Palu melalui penetapan menjadi kompetensi inti industri daerah (KID). Pada sisi yang lain, hingga kini perkembangan industri belum menunjukkan geliat yang kuat, terutama untuk menumbuhkan klaster industri yang tangguh. Peran Akademik-bisnis-government merupakan potensi yang dapat dioptimalkan untuk menjadikan idustri rotan Kota Palu untuk tumbuh dan berkembang di masa depan. Untuk itu, penentuan priotitas respon teknis dalam pengembangan industri rotan menjadi sesuatu yan sangat esensial. IKM akan menjadi tangguh jika memiliki human capital yang kuat, organisational yang mapan dan relational capital yang kuat yang menciptakan sinergi dalam menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang kuat di masa mendatang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efisiensi dan efektivitas tata letak fasilitas pabrik roti tawar bandung di Kota Palu yaitu pada Home Bakery 257. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode line balancing dan travel chart. Hasil penelitian dengan metode line balancing didapatkan tingkat efisiensi pada produksi roti sebesar 69,11 Â dengan idle time sebesar 30,89 Â atau 7,16 menit. Adapun dengan menggunakan travel chart didapatkan sebuah rancangan baru tata letak fasilitas yang lebih efektif, dimana rancangan baru memiliki efektivitas sebesar 134,7 beban aliran bahan, sedangkan tata letak awal memiliki efektivitas sebesar 227,4 beban aliran bahan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis standar waktu pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan pada kantor SAMSAT Morowali. Adapun permasalahan yang di kemukakan pada penelitian ini adalah apakah waktu standar pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan pada kantor SAMSAT Morowali sesuai standar. Permasalahan tersebut dijawab dengan menggunakan alat analisis Metode Studi Waktu (Time Study). Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa waktu aktual pelayanan pelanggan pada proses pembayaran pajak kendaraan pada kantor Samsat Morowali lebih besar 12,68 menit, dibandingkan waktu standarnya 11,18 menit. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa pelayanan karyawan terhadap pelanggan Samsat Morowali dari Pendaftaran, Penelitian Berkas dan Kasir Penetapan belum memenuhi standar dalam penggunaan waktunya. Adapun masukan dan saran dari peneliti, agar hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pihak Samsat Morowali sebagai masukan salah satu untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dan kedisiplinan karyawan terutama dalam proses meningkatkan standar waktu kerjanya sehingga proses pelayanan pada pelanggan dapat lebih maksimal lagi.
