Abstract

This study aims to determine the reaction of the Indonesian Capital Market to the 2020 United States Presidential election. By using the event study method to calculate and analyze differences in Average Abnormal Return (AAR), Average Trading Volume (TVA) and Average Bid-ask Spread (ABAS) during the United States Presidential Election event. The population used is companies listed in the LQ-45 Index with a sample of 39 companies taken with purposive sampling technique. The observation period in this study was 10 working days consisting of 5 days before the event and 5 days after the event. The results found that there were no significant differences in AAR, ATVA and ABAS in the LQ-45 Index. Tests on sectors in the LQ-45 Index show varying results. There are significant ATVA differences in the consumer goods industry sector and in the property, real estate and building construction sector. There are also significant differences in ABAS in the financial, mining and property, real estate and building construction sectors. These results indicate that in some sectors listed in the LQ45 Index, information on the United States Presidential election signals good news to the market in Indonesia so that the market reacts positively around the study period. This study provides implications for investors in making investment decisions, especially during political events.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the rice supply chain model in Tojo Una-Una Regency and look at the price margin from the initial supply chain process to the consumer as the final supply chain in its management. The research was conducted for 3 months. The method used was qualitative descriptive using a survey approach. The research was conducted in Tojo Una-Una Regency. The collection method was carried out by in-depth interviews. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis assisted by supply chain management analysis. The research results show that; The supply chain model in Tojo Una-Una Regency is quite long and involves at least nine supply chain models, the highest profit is for the miller with a total of Rp. 6,400-Rp. 6,600 and the majority of the rice food price margin is around Rp. 11,000 to IDR 15,000 per kilogram, with the price per 50 kg bag from the South Sulawesi area, IDR. 495,000 to Rp. 510,000. For food from the Parigi Moutong area the price is Rp. 600,000 per bag, while food from the Banggai area is Rp. 590,000 per bag. With a selling price to consumers of IDR 530,000 to IDR 550,000 per 50 kg sack for rice from the South Sulawesi region. Meanwhile, rice from the Parigi and Banggai areas are priced at IDR 620,000 to IDR 630,000.

Abstract

Controlling the production process is very important in improving product quality, especially in out of the box businesses. This research aims to find out how to control the production process in this business to improve product quality. To be able to answer the problem formulation in the research, qualitative analysis techniques were used, namely the data reduction stage, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the company has not been able to control the production process properly.

Abstract

CV. Rapoviaka Simple is one of the MSMEs in the chocolate processing industry that processes semi-finished products into finished products in the form of chocolate bars with various flavors. This shows an effort to increase the added value in the chocolate processing process. This study aims to determine and analyze the amount of added value obtained from processing semi-finished chocolate (block paste) into chocolate bars at CV. Rapoviaka Simple. Data collection techniques in this study through observation and interviews. The data analysis method used is using the hayami method. Based on the results of the study, it shows that processed chocolate bars at CV Rapoviaka Simple provide high added value and profits for producers, with an input of 4kg /day, an output of 4kg/ day is obtained. The amount of added value obtained is Rp 157,188/kg with a value-added ratio of 49.9%, while the profit obtained is Rp 157,188/kg. The return to the owner of the production factor of labor and the contribution of other inputs is 22.72% and 4.73%, so that the company's profit is 72.53%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan potensi wisata Desa Masaingi melalui peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat, khususnya Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis). Desa Masaingi memiliki berbagai potensi wisata alam, budaya, dan agrowisata yang belum dikembangkan secara optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan Design Thinking dan konsep "3A" (Atraksi, Amenitas, Aksesibilitas) untuk mengidentifikasi dan merancang strategi pengelolaan wisata secara partisipatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kapasitas pengelola Desa Wisata Masaingi yaitu Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan Desa Wiaata Masaingi dapat menjadi destinasi wisata unggulan yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu semakin terjalin kolaborasi antara pemerintah desa, masyarakat, Bumdes, Pokdarwis dan dan pihak eksternal seperti perguruan tinggi dalam mengelola Desa Wisata Masaingi. Pada akhinya pendampingan yang dilakukan tim pengabdian adalah terjadinya peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisata ke Desa Wisata Masaingi sebesar 45 persen selama 2 bulan pasca pendampingan. Increasing Village Tourism Visits Through 3a Tourism Strengthening Assistance in Masaingi Village Abstract This community service activity aims to support the development of Masaingi Village's tourism potential through increasing community capacity, especially the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). Masaingi Village has various natural, cultural and agrotourism potentials that have not been developed optimally. The method used in this activity is the Design Thinking approach and the "3A" concept (Attractions, Amenities, Accessibility) to identify and design participatory tourism management strategies. The results of this activity show that there has been an increase in the capacity of the Masaingi Tourism Village management, namely the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), in planning and managing the Masaingi Wiaata Village so that it can become a leading sustainable tourist destination. Apart from that, there is increasingly collaboration between the village government, community, Bumdes, Pokdarwis and external parties such as universities in managing the Masaingi Tourism Village. In the end, the assistance provided by the service team resulted in an increase in the number of tourist visits to the Masaingi Tourism Village by 45 percent during the 2 months following the assistance.

Abstract

Pemasaran hasil pertanian di Indonesia seringkali menghadapi tantangan besar, terutama dalam hal distribusi informasi antara produsen dan konsumen yang terpisah oleh jarak yang jauh. Salah satu contohnya adalah koperasi tani pemasaran vanili simpotove yang memasarkan produk pertanian mereka secara nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain teknologi virtual reality (VR) sebagai inovasi digital dalam strategi pemasaran vanili di koperasi dengan memberikan transparansi proses produksi vanili kepada pelanggan. Teknologi VR memungkinkan pengalaman visual yang interaktif dan mendalam, sehingga memberikan transparansi dalam proses produksi vanili. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan koperasi dalam meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan, efisiensi distribusi informasi, serta efektivitas pemasaran produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukaan bahwa penerapan virtual reality pada koperasi pemasaran tani vanili simpotove dapat membantu koperasi dalam meningkatkan transparansi operasional serta dapat menumbuhkan rasa percaya pelanggan terhadap koperasi.

Abstract

The area-based workforce development initiative is a premier program of the Ministry of Manpower aimed at generating new employment opportunities through independent entrepreneurship across several regions, including the Likupang National Super Priority Area. This study aimed to assess the effects of the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) program's implementation in the Likupang national super priority area. Data gathering for the research was conducted via observation, questionnaires, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews with company participants who had received support and coaching from the Ministry of Manpower. The study's results indicated that not all program enrollees were able to develop. The economic impact of certain MSMEs developments was shown in the rise in sales turnover, enhanced capacities, and the strengthening of market networks. The support of ecosystems and the facilitation of local government would further expedite the development of MSMEs in the Likupang national super priority region. MSMEs initiatives in horticulture, plastic waste processing, and agricultural waste processing demonstrate its commitment to sustainability in the Likupang national super priority region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan penerapan fungsi manajemen pada BUMDes Sintuvu mempu meningkatkan kinerja. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah Direktur BUMDes, anggota BUMDes, SDM yang ada di Desa Sikara Tobata. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memperoleh dan mendeskripsikan secara rinci tentang BUMDes Sintuvu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh peningkatan unit usaha baru untuk meningkatkan kinerja BUMDes dalam mengelola unit usaha yang telah tersedia dan dapat meningkat perekonomian serta dapat membuka lapangan pekerja untuk masyarakat khususnya Desa Sikara Tobata.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and to analyze: The effect of organizational commitment and culture on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the work area of ​​the Association of Private Universities Region IXa Central Sulawesi (APTISI IXa Central Sulawesi). The research population was 1886 lecturers at private universities in the working area of ​​APTISI IXa, Central Sulawesi. Seeing the large population, this research used the Probability Sampling technique with the Slovin formula to obtain Proportional Random Sampling as many as 330 research samples. The results reveal that Organizational Commitment had a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a P Value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Culture has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a P Value of 0.066 > 0.05. Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, with a P Value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, with a P Value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a P Value of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a P Value of 0.00001617 <0.05. Organizational Culture through job satisfaction has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior, with a P value of 0.76895864 <0.05. Abstract

This research intends to determine and to analyze the direct effect of work satisfaction on turn over intention and organizational commitment and its impact on the performance of employees at PT. Central Sulawesi Bank. The population consists of 87 people who are employees at Head Office PT. Bank Sulteng taken from all levels of employees. Data analysis in this research used Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the analysis using the SmartPLS ver 3.0 statistical tool reveals that work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on tur nover intention. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Turn over intention has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance through turn over intention as an intervening variable. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable.
