Abstract

In the rapidly evolving era of digitalization, digital business incubators have emerged as programs or institutions aiding the development and growth of startups or small businesses focused on digital technology. As part of these dynamic changes, Palu City has introduced a digital business incubator to facilitate the development of local businesses. While this program aims to enhance capabilities, it also faces numerous challenges that may arise during its implementation. Therefore, monitoring is crucial to assess the effectiveness of the mentoring provided, ensuring that the business support offered by the incubator improves business prospects for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Based on these considerations, the research aims to examine the role of Palu City's Business Incubator in strengthening operations at IKM Sekotak Dari Dapur Bu’Sarhan. This study adopts a quantitative approach utilizing SWOT Analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method to evaluate the outcomes of the incubator's activities for IKM Sekotak Bu’Sarhan. The findings indicate that Palu City's Business Incubator has effectively supported IKM Sekotak Dari Dapur Bu’Sarhan through initiatives such as product legality, digital marketing, branding, quality management, financial management, and awards during the incubation and intensive mentoring period, significantly benefiting the operational management of these businesses.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide strengthening and understanding of the importance of tourism villages for the community in Towale Village, Donggala Regency. In 2023, Towale Village was selected to be included in the top 75 national tourist villages at the Anugrah Desa Wisata (ADWI) organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf). The research methodology involved active collaboration with local stakeholders, including the village government, local entrepreneurs and the local community. The main steps included identification of existing tourism resources, SWOT analysis, and joint strategic planning to develop sustainable tourism attractions as well as monitoring and evaluation on program implementation.The results showed great potential in developing various aspects of the tourist attraction, including natural beauty, cultural heritage, and local experiences. Through various activities, such as tourism management training, local promotion, and infrastructure development, this assistance encourages various initiatives aimed at improving the quality of the tourist experience.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kualitas produk atau layanan yang dikeluarkan oleh UKM tidak hanya memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan tetapi juga dapat membentuk persepsi pasar terhadap merek dan kredibilitas bisnis. Penelitian ini memfokuskan peran pengendalian kualitas dengan menganalisis literatur terkait. Ditemukan bahwa implementasi metode FOQC, SPC, dan analisis statistik memberikan dampak positif pada peningkatan kualitas produk. Identifikasi penyebab cacat melalui analisis sebab-akibat, diagram Pareto, dan New Seven Tools, serta penerapan tindakan perbaikan terfokus, seperti pelatihan pekerja dan perawatan mesin, memperkuat pengendalian kualitas. Evaluasi faktor lingkungan juga penting dalam meminimalkan risiko produk cacat. Penggunaan alat statistik, seperti grafik peta kendali, membantu memantau dan meningkatkan kinerja kualitas, memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM). Kesimpulannya, pendekatan holistik dalam pengendalian kualitas melalui FOQC dan SPC krusial dalam mencapai produksi unggul dan memenuhi standar, memberikan dampak positif pada kualitas produk dan daya saing UKM di pasar.   ABSTRAK The quality of products or services issued by SMEs not only affects customer satisfaction but can also shape market perceptions of the brand and business credibility. This research focuses on the role of quality control by analyzing related literature. It was found that the implementation of FOQC, SPC and statistical analysis methods had a positive impact on improving product quality. Identifying the causes of defects through cause-effect analysis, Pareto diagrams, and New Seven Tools, as well as implementing focused corrective actions, such as worker training and machine maintenance, strengthens quality control. Evaluation of environmental factors is also important in minimizing the risk of defective products. The use of statistical tools, such as control charts, helps monitor and improve quality performance, providing a competitive advantage for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In conclusion, a holistic approach to quality control through FOQC and SPC is crucial in achieving superior production and meeting standards, providing a positive impact on product quality and the competitiveness of SMEs in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis aktivitas inbound, conversion operation dan outbound abon ikan pada CV Iyam Mandiri Kota Palu. Paradigma penelitian ini adalah paradigma positivisme dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Palu Sulawesi Tengah dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 8 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung ke lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada informan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data kualitatif, menggunakan teknik validasi data yaitu teknik triangulasi dan alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu software NVivo 12 Pro. Hasil penelitian menemukan aktvitas inbound conversion operation dan outbound abon ikan pada CV Iyam Mandiri Kota Palu, yang dimana jalur inbound dimulai dari supplier, jenis bahan baku, kualitas bahan baku, pengadaan bahan baku, kerusakan bahan baku, penyimpanan bahan baku, kapasitas produksi, sistem pembayaran bahan baku, transportasi inbound dan jalur conversion operation dimulai proses produksi, kualitas produk, jumlah produksi, kemasan produk, kapasitas penyimpanan dan jalur outbound dimulai dari penyimpanan produk jadi, strategi penetapan harga, order abon ikan, transportasi outbound, jadwal pengiriman ke konsumen, cara mempromosikan produk, sistem pembayaran produk jadi, wilayah pemasaran. Abstract

This study aims to formulate strategic steps in the form of collaboration models and businessschemes through collaboration between interested parties in providing export space forMSMEs so that they can make independent MSMEs to survive and compete in the economicrecovery period. The research is conducted with a qualitative approach to find models orconcepts that can be used to deal with export opportunities. Data were analyzed descriptivelybased on data obtained through reading materials consisting of various literatures to obtainrelevant secondary data. The results show that collaboration between stakeholders areexpected to be a model that can strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs in the global(export) market. Entrepreneurs must be equipped with knowledge related to exportopportunities through onboarding business schemes such as coaching, empowerment,licensing management, certification to curation to survive and rise and compete in the globalmarket. This of course needs to be realized with good synergy between stakeholders so thatthe transformation process can run well. In addition, the government as the coordinator mustbe able to synergize with other stakeholders actively to discuss developments as a form ofcoordination and material for continuous evaluation.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the quality control analysis of processed Rapoviaka Simple chocolate products with total quality control (tqc). The research was carried out through direct observation of all stages of rapoviaka chocolate production, starting from selecting raw materials to the final packaging process. Quality data is obtained through measuring various parameters such as texture, taste, aroma and visual appearance of the product. Quality control analysis is carried out using statistical tools in the form of check sheets, histograms, Pareto diagrams, control maps c. The research results show that the implementation of TQC is effective in improving product quality. After carrying out analysis using the Simple Rapoviaka Chocolate C Control Map, it can be said to be under statistical control. This is because the defect proportion (CL) value is within the expected range, between the specified UCL (Upper Control Limit) and LCL (Lower Control Limit). In other words, the Rapoviaka Simple chocolate production process is within the established statistical control limits. By paying attention to each stage of production and implementing strict quality controls, variability in products can be reduced significantly. This research provides an important contribution in the context of developing a quality control system in the food industry, especially for processed chocolate products.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of chocolate raw material inventory management at Rapoviaka Simple, a chocolate company operating at Jalan Perumahan Dosen, Blok B4 No 2, Central Sulawesi.  The research method used is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to assess and improve the inventory management process. By using interviews, observations, and analysis of internal company documents, an in-depth understanding of the existing practices and challenges faced by Rapoviaka Simple was obtained.  The results of this study are expected to provide useful insights for similar companies and contribute to the inventory management literature in the context of the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

The problem that occurs is optimizing products at Sofie Localfood in Palu City to increase production and income. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods, with primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is linear programming using the simplex method. The results of this research show that product optimization analysis at Sofie Localfood in Palu City can provide significant results for developing the local economy and strengthening regional cultural identity. This research highlights the importance of analyzing the optimization of Sofie localfood products in Palu City in the context of local economic development and regional cultural preservation. By using the simplex method, Sofie localfood producers can identify more efficient production strategies in optimizing the company's products.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Digital Marketing, Product Quality, and Price on Purchasing Decisions with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The population was the people of Palu who shop at Nim Shop. Type of the research was explanatory research using a quantitative approach with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the sampling technique applied the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the research show that digital marketing has a significant influence on purchasing decisions; Product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions; Prices have a significant influence on purchasing decisions; Purchase decisions have a significant influence on purchase satisfaction; Digital marketing has a significant influence on purchase satisfaction; Product quality has a significant influence on purchase satisfaction; Price has a significant influence on purchase satisfaction; There is no direct influence of digital marketing on purchase satisfaction through purchasing decisions; The direct influence of product quality on purchase satisfaction through purchasing decisions; The direct influence of price on purchase satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the effect of supply chain management, which consists of information sharing, long-term relationships, cooperation, and integration processes, on the operational performance of packaged coffee powder SMIs in Sigi District. This type of research was quantitative descriptive. The testing procedure usedwas census technique where the entire population was examined by 55 respondents. The types of information were quantitative and qualitative. Information sources covered essential information and optional information. Methods of collecting information were conducted through interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The research results show that (1) supply chain management, which consists of information sharing, long-term relationships, cooperation, and integration processes, has a positive and significant relationship to the operational performance of Packaged Coffee Powder SMIs in Sigi District. (2) Information sharing has a positive and significant relationship with the operational performance of Packaged Coffee Powder SMIs in Sigi District. (3) The long-term relationship has a negative and significant relationship to the operational performance of Packaged Coffee Powder SMIs in Sigi District. (4) Cooperation has a positive and significant relationship to the operational performance of Packaged Coffee Powder SMIs in Sigi District (5) The integration process has a positive and significant relationship to the operational performance of Packaged Coffee Powder SMIs in Sigi District.
