Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS Cov-2). The community has a role in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 and does not create a source of transmission as a result of interactions between individuals and groups at a point in the location. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between individual characteristics knowledge and attitudes towards compliance with the application of health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic in Jembrana Regency. The design of this study was observational, with adesign cross sectional. The number of samples is 117 people. The sampling technique in this study used non probability sampling, which is a combination of snowballing and voluntary sampling which was conducted in Jembrana Regency in April-June 2021. The results showed that 77.78% complied with the application of health protocols and 22.22% did not comply. Variables of age, gender, income, last education and attitude have no relationship, age group 18-25 (p = 0.8941; OR = 1.14; 95%CI = 0.42-3.11), age group 26-45 (p= 0.8941;OR= 0.90; 95%CI=0.42-3.11), gender (p=0.2496,OR=1.68;95%CI:0.69-4.03 ), income (p=0.1574;OR=2.2;95%CI :0.69-4.03), last education (p= 0.6508; OR=1.26; 95%CI: 0.45- 3.50). The related variables were knowledge and public attitudes, knowledge (p=0.0032; OR=4.4;95% CI: 1.66-11.66), attitudes (p=<0.001; OR=7, 27; 95%CI: 2.69-19.65). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards compliance with the implementation of COVID-19 health protocols. It is recommended to mobilize cadres in each of the Neighborhood Associations to maximize IEC, information communication and education to the public regarding COVID-19 and the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol which is carried out online. Abstract

Cases of early marriage in Indonesia experienced an increase in the previous decades due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Reproductive health for adolescents has been mostly carried out in formal such as schools. STT as one of the traditional non-formal organizations needs to be targeted in reproductive health promotion. The purpose of community dedication is to increase literacy in reproductive health knowledge so as to bring positive changes to adolescents. The method of activity is education, discussion, questions and answers, role play, giving pre-post test questionnaires. The results of the activity showed changes in the knowledge, attitudes and intentions of adolescents after literacy was carried out. The increase in knowledge can be seen from the average post-test score of 6 which is higher than the average pre-test score of 5.32 (p=0.02). An increase in attitude can be seen from the average post-test score of 62.75, which is higher than the average pre-test score of 61.85 (p=0.03). The increase in the intention to mature at marriage age and use reproductive rights can be seen from the average post-test score of 13,20, which is higher than the average pre-test score of 12,82 (p=0.03). Abstract

Background and purpose: The incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in Bali continues to increase. A new strategy is required to control dengue in Bali. The purpose of the study is to conduct spatial mapping with a geographic information system to help determine the distribution pattern and areas at risk of DHF and to predict increasing vector density and dengue cases. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in the South Denpasar Public Health Center service area from January to June 2020. It was conducted in 3 villages, including Kelurahan Sesetan (3,446 households), Sidakarya Village (2,859 households), and Kelurahan Panjer (2,907 households). A total of 191 cases of DHF were recorded during the study period. Results: Calculation of the spatial analysis of the Average Nearest Neighbor (AAN) with the value of Z score=-8.03 show a spatial pattern of the distribution of DHF cases. AAN value of 0.69 (<1) means that the pattern of spread of DHF incidence is clustered. Time series forecasting by modeling using the Autoregressive Moving Average (ARIMA) and Double Exponential Smoothing Method Routine shows that larva control efforts are predicted to affect the number of dengue cases. The pattern of the spatial distribution of cases occurs in clusters. Conclusion: There is a spatial relationship with population density. It is predicted that routine larvae control will reduce dengue cases.

Abstract

Balinese Ethno Bee Agrotourism is located in Baha village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali Province, which is engaged in cultivating honey bees, Kele is a partner in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities. The aim of this PKM is to overcome pests that attack Kele honey bees in an effort to increase the production of Kele Honey Bee Cultivation, and to increase sales of honey production from Kele Honey Bee Cultivation. The partner priority problems being assisted are as follows: (1) Pest problems in kele honey bee cultivation. (2) Marketing problems. The solution to deal with all attacks from bee enemies, beekeepers must look for and know the prevention: 1) to prevent ants from entering the bee house, the legs supporting the bee house are smeared with oil or put in a bowl filled with water. To prevent night moths, you can do this by keeping the bee house clean, making the door smaller so that the butterflies cannot enter, strengthening the colony and setting traps at night. If eggs, caterpillars and moths are found in the nest, they must be immediately removed and destroyed. Strengthens bee colonies so they can kill bacteria that attack larvae. Take the infected comb, then destroy it by burning it. Likewise, dealing with lizard and toke attacks requires traps. 2) For marketing, there needs to be online and off-line marketing promotions. The group continues to improve production quality, maintains the quality of honey sold to consumers, makes bottle packaging as attractive as possible and contains special labels to maintain the good name of the producer.

Abstract

In the 21st century, many people are looking for learning materials using digital media, including teachers and students. Therefore, digital literacy plays an important role in optimizing the use of digital media in providing additional study guidance to catch up with students in learning the material to be studied. However, there are still many students who have not been able to apply the benefits of digital literacy in increasing their ability to absorb learning material. The aim of this service is to improve the digital literacy skills of fifth grade students at State Elementary Schools in the Penatih sub-district. The problem that was agreed upon by the school principal after the PKM Team from PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia University which was deemed necessary to immediately find a solution was the need to increase student knowledge about school digital literacy skills among students. Implementation of digital literacy training at state elementary schools in Penatih Village, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City. The activities carried out have been planned and structured into six stages, namely preparation, assessment, tutoring, mentoring, implementation and evaluation. There are two main types of activities carried out. (1) Learning training activities for students who have difficulty understanding learning material due to the impact of the pandemic. (2) Mentoring activities in providing knowledge about digital literacy to students. After all stages of the activity have been carried out, students who experience material setbacks can catch up again well. With digital literacy training activities, the results show that students' ability to utilize digital media is getting better.

Abstract

School digital library training can be carried out to provide understanding and skills to school library managers in managing libraries digitally. The aim of this PkM is to provide assistance to teachers and school library staff so they can use the school digital library. The method for implementing PkM is preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and follow-up. The use of digital technology in school libraries can provide various benefits for students and teachers. School libraries utilizing digital technology can become more modern and effective learning centers. The PerpusKita.id application is a library automation system developed by the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia to simplify library management, starting from cataloging, circulation, to reporting. This training is designed to provide practical and technical understanding to librarians. Many teachers and students can search for information online through search sites, but it is difficult for students to determine which books can be referred to and used regarding the material taught by the teacher or information related to the information obtained. With training and assistance from UPMI lecturers' PkM activities, it is hoped that the digital library can become a center for developing and advancing literacy quality that is beneficial for all levels of the school community. The school digital library used can be accessed from anywhere and at any time via the link provided to log in to the Digital Library.
