Abstract

Mungkus fish (Sicyopterus stimpsoni) is a type of freshwater fish that is a typical mascot of Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province. This fish lives in clear, fast-flowing waters, and is known for its ability to stick to rocks using a special structure on its stomach called cupak. Mungkus fish has high economic value and is consumed daily by the local community. However, high demand is not balanced with adequate availability, resulting in increasingly expensive prices. In addition, the lack of public knowledge regarding the assessment of fish freshness causes the risk of consuming fish that is not fresh, which has the potential to endanger health. Traditional assessment of fish freshness based on physical parameters such as eyes, gills, and meat texture is considered less accurate and requires special expertise. Therefore, this study proposes the use of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to classify the freshness of mungkus fish based on eye and gill images. CNN is able to extract complex features from images without the need for manual extraction. The application of this method is expected to provide an objective, efficient, and accurate solution in assessing the freshness of mungkus fish, as well as being beneficial for fishermen and consumers.

Abstract

Intisari — Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong berbagai inovasi di bidang administrasi, termasuk dalam pengelolaan arsip surat pada instansi pemerintahan. Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Bengkulu saat ini masih menerapkan sistem pengarsipan secara manual, sehingga proses pencatatan, pencarian, dan distribusi surat masuk dan keluar berjalan kurang efisien dan berisiko tinggi terhadap kehilangan dokumen fisik. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem berbasis teknologi yang mampu mengotomatisasi proses pengarsipan secara digital dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem E-Arsip berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan arsip surat masuk dan keluar di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Bengkulu. Dalam perancangan sistem ini digunakan metode Unified Modeling Language (UML), yang mencakup pembuatan Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram untuk memodelkan sistem secara visual dan terstruktur. Metodologi penelitian terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu: studi pustaka, identifikasi kebutuhan melalui observasi dan wawancara, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, serta dokumentasi dan pemberian rekomendasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mencakup fitur-fitur utama seperti manajemen surat masuk/keluar, disposisi, buku agenda, pencarian arsip, serta pengelolaan pengguna. Pengujian fungsionalitas dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing, yang menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai harapan. Selain itu, evaluasi performa menggunakan Google Lighthouse memperlihatkan skor tinggi dalam kinerja (95%), best practices (100%), dan SEO (83%), meskipun aspek aksesibilitas masih perlu ditingkatkan (77%). Dengan adanya sistem ini, Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Bengkulu dapat mengelola arsip secara lebih cepat, efisien, serta mengurangi risiko kehilangan data. Sistem juga memudahkan pencarian dan pelacakan surat secara real-time. Namun, sistem masih memiliki keterbatasan seperti belum adanya notifikasi otomatis dan nomor agenda yang belum dihasilkan secara otomatis. Ke depannya, pengembangan lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menambah fitur QR Code dan integrasi dengan sistem eksternal. Kata Kunci: E-Arsip, UML, Surat Masuk, Surat Keluar, Dinas Pendidikan. Abstract — The advancement of information technology has driven various innovations in administrative systems, including the management of correspondence archives in government institutions. The Department of Education and Culture of Bengkulu City currently still uses a manual archiving system, which results in inefficient processes for recording, searching, and distributing incoming and outgoing letters, and poses a high risk of document loss. Therefore, a web-based electronic archiving system is needed to automate and streamline the archiving process. This study aims to design a web-based E-Archive system to improve the efficiency of managing incoming and outgoing correspondence at the Department of Education and Culture of Bengkulu City. The design of the system applies the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, including the development of Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams to visually and structurally model the system. The research methodology consists of five stages: literature review, needs identification through observation and interviews, needs analysis, system design, and documentation with further recommendations. The results of the implementation show that the system successfully incorporates essential features such as incoming/outgoing letter management, disposition, agenda book, archive searching, and user management. Functional testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method, which confirmed that all system features worked as intended. Additionally, performance evaluation using Google Lighthouse demonstrated high scores in performance (95%), best practices (100%), and SEO (83%), although the accessibility score (77%) indicated room for improvement. With the implementation of this system, the Department of Education and Culture of Bengkulu City can manage its correspondence archives more efficiently, reduce the risk of data loss, and enable real-time access and tracking of letters. However, the system still has limitations, such as the absence of automatic notifications and non-automated letter numbering. Future development should include enhancements such as QR code integration and compatibility with external office applications. Abstract

The problem of assessing the freshness of fish, especially Mungkus fish, is usually directed at several physical indicators, such as eye appearance, gill condition, meat quality, and odor. This traditional method is often considered inaccurate and requires certain expertise, therefore a more effective and objective method is needed to assess the freshness level of Mungkus fish, which in turn can provide benefits for both fishermen and the public in general. The solution to this problem by using the Naïve Bayes method in classifying the freshness level of Mungkus fish based on eye and gill images has proven to be a fairly efficient approach. The Naïve Bayes method itself is a simple but very effective algorithm in the field of machine learning, and operates based on Bayes' Theorem with the assumption that features are independent of each other. This method can be applied in the initial stage of classification by utilizing basic features taken from images of fish eyes and gills. Based on testing 30 new data sets, the clustering system demonstrated an accuracy rate of 66.67%, indicating that 20 data sets were correctly classified according to their actual conditions. On the other hand, 10 data sets, or 33.33%, could not be categorized correctly. Of the 30 old data sets tested, the system was able to correctly classify 19 (63.33%), while 11 (36.67%) still had errors in their classification predictions. Overall, the system successfully performed data clustering with 65% accuracy, with the remaining 35% still showing errors in the classification process.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran membutuhkan kreativitas baik dari siswa maupun guru. sangat penting untuk dapat mengatur materi kelas yang menarik secara visual seperti presentasi, poster, kegiatan kelompok, materi kelas virtual seperti latar belakang Zoom atau Google Meet, dekorasi kelas, infografis, template video, dan materi lain yang memerlukan pelatihan khusus agar guru dan siswa dapat berdiskusi menggunakan Canva dalam pembuatan media pembelajar dan poster , menjadi kreatif dan mandiri secara artistik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi kepada siswa dan guru untuk menghasilkan desain grafis berkualitas tinggi dengan tenaga minimal, dan kurikulum Merdeka memasukkan elemen digitalisasi yang mendorong guru dan siswa lebih kreatif dalam mengajar melalui berbagai platform yang tersedia di dunia maya. dan kebutuhan belajar. Metode atau pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan program PKM meliputi pelatihan pengembangan tentang media pembelajaran dan pembuatan poster menggunakan canva untuk siswa serta guru-guru. Kesimpulan : tingkat partisipasi guru dalam kegiatan tinggi , guru dapat dilatih untuk pelatihan, mereka dapat menggunakan sumber belajar selama pelatihan dalam kegiatan pengajaran dan pendidikan di sekolah, pelatihan berkelanjutan dengan topik masa depan saat ini diperlukan. Abstract

The Regional Water Company (PERUMDA) Tirta Hidayah in Bengkulu City is a regional company engaged in providing clean water distribution services to the community. The problem addressed in this research is the difficulty of the company in meeting the water needs of its customers due to the lack of accurate and periodic data on water usage by customers, resulting in a lack of reference for the provision of clean water supply each month regarding the excess or shortage of water usage and the areas that use a lot or a little of clean water. This research aims to segment PDAM customers based on consumer water usage using the k-medoids algorithm. Customer water usage data from January to December 2022 were obtained from PDAM. Segmentation was performed using the k-medoids algorithm with Euclidean distance as the metric. The results of this research include the development of a system that can segment water usage of customers into wasteful and normal categories using the k-medoids method. The collected customer data can be segmented into several groups based on the same water usage patterns. The k-medoids algorithm can help segment customers into several clusters or groups with the same characteristics in terms of water usage.

Abstract

Nutrition has a crucial role in terms of health in life, especially in toddler nutrition. Poor nutrition can affect a child's physical growth, intelligence, and productivity. Factors such as economic conditions, parental attention, and an unsupportive environment can cause cases of malnutrition in toddlers. Less optimal nutritional monitoring in toddlers affects the growth and development of toddlers. This study seeks to develop applications based on Fuzzy Logic as a detection of malnutrition in toddlers, focusing on Pusk-esmas Semidang Alas Seluma Regency. This study discusses the variables of assessing malnutrition in toddlers, applying the Fuzzy Logic method in detecting these conditions, and designing applications to diagnose malnutrition in toddlers. The research also includes counseling the public about weight changes in malnourished toddlers and general nutritional status, by providing input to improve services for malnourished toddlers. Application development involves aspects of display and data, as well as testing with related parties to ensure the accuracy of detection results. User criticism and suggestions become valuable input for the improvement and development of this application.

Abstract

From the research that has been carried out regarding Android-based Augmented Reality Technology for Learning Media for the Classification of Marine Animals, the conclusion is, the creation of an Augmented Reality application that studies the classification of marine animals which can operate on an Android smartphone. Using 3D objects it can be visualized so that it can be like real on mobile devices when the camera detects markers with rough architecture such as floors, tables and others, with distances when tracking scan markers, namely 10cm, 20cm and 30cm. The better the lighting in a room, the faster the marker will be recognized, and conversely, when the marker is in a state where there is a lack of room light, the system cannot detect the marker.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of learning Hijaiyah letters for Muslims, as these are the basic letters for reading the Quran. To enhance children's ability to recognize Hijaiyah letters, the author attempts to use learning strategies through interactive media for children. The problems addressed in this study are how to develop children's interest in learning Hijaiyah letters using 2D-based interactive media and how the interest in learning Hijaiyah letters is influenced by using 2D-based interactive media. This study aims to determine the extent to which the development of interest in learning Hijaiyah letters in children is achieved using 2D-based interactive media. The results of this study show that the average results of children in learning Hijaiyah letters with the help of interactive media received very good responses in each choice. Thirty-six respondents answered "strongly agree," 37 answered "agree," 19 answered "disagree," and 30 answered "strongly disagree." According to the Likert scale calculation, the percentage of children's learning interest using interactive media applications obtained a percentage of 67.29%, which falls into the "agree" category.

Abstract

Materi Bahasa Arab cenderung sebagai momok yg nir disukai sang poly murid. fenomena misalnya ini membawa kesan bahwa bahasa Arab adalah bahasa yg sulit buat dipelajari dibandingkan bahasa asing lainnya, meskipun dalam dasarnya nir sesulit yg dibayangkan khususnya bagi orang Indonesia yg dominan beragama Islam dan metode yg dipakai pada pengajarannya dievaluasi kurang variatif sebagai akibatnya rasa jenuh kurang semangat akan gampang menghampiri murid yg mana bisa berdampak dalam turunnya minat murid terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Cara menaikkan menumbuhkan semangat anak buat belajar bisa dilakukan menggunakan memakai permainan, permainan adalah galat satu media hiburan yg bisa menaruh rasa bahagia dalam anak menggunakan menerapkan Algoritma Bubble Sort yg berfungsi buat menaruh solusi yg sempurna pada menebak gambar yg dilengkapi menggunakan materi pendidikan Bahasa Arab. Hasil pengujianberdasarkan kuisioner, diperoleh jawaban Sangat Menarik 68,75 %, Menarik 28,75 %, Tidak Menarik 2,5%, Algoritma Algoritma Bubble Sort merupakan prosedur pemecahan yg paling simple cocok buat data menggunakan elemen mini dan gampang buat dihubah kodenya, kelemahaannya adlah apabila pengurutan buat data besar kinerjanya menjaddi lamban memburuk

Abstract

Data merupakan salah satu hal utama yang dikaji dalam masalah teknik ilmu komputer (TIK),  data bisa berhujut suatu keadaan, gambar, suara, huruf, angka, matematika, bahasa ataupun simbol-simbol lainnya fakta yang sering terjadi tentang data adalah kebutuhan akan kapasitas penyimpanan dan kebutuhan waktu transfer data, yang menjadi kasus yang harus di amati dalam kebutuhan ini disebabkan oleh data yang harus disimpan kedalam memori RAM semakin lama bertambah banyak, oleh karena itu di butuhkan media penyimpanan yang besar. Algoritma sequitur merupakan sebuah algoritma waktu linier yang menyimpulkan tata bahasa bebas konteks (context-free gramntar) ke dalam suatu pemampatan untuk mengurangi masukan yang berulang atau dengan kata lain melakukan pengelompokkan karakter yang sama pada isi file dan  mengatasi permasalahan dalam pemampatan sebuah data, bersifat Lossy compression. Berdasarkan Hasil Pengujian Yang dilakukan :File hasil kompresi oleh algoritmasequitur memudahkan dalam  menggunakan internet sehingga waktu yang diperlukan akan menjadi lebih pendek dan kemungkinan pekerjaan Download dan Upload gagal akan menjadi lebih kecil. Kemudian teransfer file melalui jaringan akan lebih cepat , waktu pengiriman  tergantung dari provider yangcepat atau tidak serta ukuran file yang akan dikirim dan membantu dalam mengurangi ukuran dari file sehingga dapat mengurangi kapasitas penyimpanan suatu memori / RAM.
