Abstract

Searching for important agencies in the city of Argamakmur is an important thing for people from outside the area to do in moving either non-permanent (temporary) or permanent (permanent) in an area, thus the difficulty in accessing distance and time is one of the factors. which needs to be considered in order to obtain information on where the positions of the agencies are precisely and accurately. When searching, the Greedy Algorithm works by looking for the smallest weight point by calculating the route passed and the Greedy Algorithm calculates the weight depending on the weight of the stage that has been passed and the weight of the stage itself. Based on the results of testing the system created: Local Government travel time is 10 minutes on the shortest route to Gunung Alam, Capil travel time is 10 minutes on the shortest route to Karang Suci, Porles travel time is 8 minutes on the shortest route on a roundabout, Fire Department travel time is 10 minutes on the shortest route on the square, PLN on time The shortest route takes 10 minutes to the main square, the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) takes 6 minutes to the shortest route to Rama Agung. The shortest route may take longer because of crowds and population density. To run this system, an adequate internet network is needed

Abstract

Data security is very important in maintaining the confidentiality of the information itself, especially if the information is only known to certain parties. Sending data or information without security will be at risk of eavesdropping. So that the information contained in it can easily be known by unauthorized parties, and something like that is very detrimental. Until now, cryptography is one solution to guarantee the security of information. Zero Knowledge Proof (ZKP) is a cryptographic protocol that can be used by someone to prove one's ownership (prover) of confidential information to another person (verifier), without the need to reveal the information or provide a way for other people to know the secret. The test result is that Zero Knowledge Proof divides a data stream into small blocks. Each of these blocks is encrypted separately. In a zero knowledge proof implementation, the key to encrypt will only be with the user, and with that, he will be able to encrypt and decrypt information. The zero knowledge proof algorithm is a unique method by which a user can prove to other users that he knows additional information.

Abstract

In the PVJ Restaurant/Cafe business in Bengkulu City, the practice of ordering food and drinks still uses the manual method, where the waiter approaches the visitor and records the order on a piece of paper which is then handed over to the kitchen and cashier. This seems ineffective and allows writing errors to occur which result in inappropriate orders, repeated orders (redundancies), dull pencils, pens or paper orders running out which cuts down on a lot of time to replace them. In addition, with a manual ordering process like this, errors often occur in the ordering sequence due to a backlog of order receipts, this has a negative impact on customer satisfaction. Therefore, a strategy is needed that can simplify the ordering process. Searching is a job that is often done in everyday life. The place to search for data is by tracing the data, the place to search for data can be an array in memory (internal search). The test results are that this application cannot communicate or chat between the user and the Paris Van Java restaurant/cafe in Bengkulu City. The advantage of the Binary Search Algorithm is that it is efficient and faster when searching for a value in a large amount of data, because the data has been sorted first. first and the complexity of the algorithm is smaller, the first disadvantage of Binary Search is that the data must be sorted first so that the search process can run well and is more complicated

Abstract

The use of information technology has become a key element in improving the quality of educational institutions. By utilizing information technology in improving the teaching and learning process, especially in managing student attendance. The attendance process carried out at SMAN 05 Seluma is still carried out manually which still has several weaknesses, including inefficient manual recording and the risk of data loss. So in this study, it will develop a solution in the form of a student attendance application system that uses QR code technology. The app aims to make attendance management easier by curriculum staff, allow teachers to record student attendance more efficiently, and allow parents to monitor their children's attendance. The main purpose of this application is to record the attendance of students, whether present, sick, or late, as well as generate daily attendance reports as a student guidance tool. The results of the development of this application provide significant benefits, such as assisting teachers and school staff in managing student attendance, reducing suspicion of students, producing useful attendance reports, as well as simplifying the student attendance process and becoming a relevant solution to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the attendance process at SMAN 05 Seluma, so that it has the potential to improve the quality of education at the school. This research also refers to several related studies that have successfully implemented web-based attendance systems in other educational institutions

Abstract

Nutrition plays a crucial role in maintaining health and well-being throughout the life cycle, especially in toddlers. Malnutrition can affect the physical growth, intelligence, and productivity of children. Factors such as economic conditions, parental attention, and unsupportive environments can contribute to cases of malnutrition in toddlers. Suboptimal monitoring of toddler development can increase the prevalence of malnutrition cases. This research aims to develop a Fuzzy Logic-based Decision Support System (DSS) application to detect malnutrition in toddlers, with a focus on the Semidang Alas Community Health Center in Seluma Regency. This study discusses variables for assessing malnutrition in toddlers, applies the Fuzzy Logic method to detect these conditions, and designs an application to diagnose malnutrition in toddlers. The research also includes community education on weight changes in malnourished toddlers and general nutritional status, providing input to improve services for malnourished toddlers. Assessment criteria involve the child's weight, height, and age, using Fuzzy Logic and DSS Application for data processing. Information handling related to malnutrition is limited to visible symptoms. Software development focuses on recognizing malnutrition diagnoses in children aged 0-5 years. A case study was conducted at the Semidang Alas Community Health Center using direct observation, nurse/midwife interviews, questionnaires, and literature reviews. System needs analysis used the Fuzzy Sugeno method. The malnutrition detection application was successfully built using Fuzzy Logic, providing detection results based on age, weight, and height. The defuzzification process produced detection values as a reference for further treatment. Application development involved both display and data aspects, with testing conducted with relevant parties to ensure the accuracy of detection results. User criticisms and suggestions provided valuable input for the improvement and development of this application.

Abstract

As a globally advanced country, Japan attracts the interest of job seekers, especially from developing countries such as Indonesia. The primary motivation behind this interest is the opportunity to obtain better employment, higher income, and experience living in a culturally and linguistically different environment from their place of origin. One of the mandatory requirements for working in Japan is to have fluent Japanese language skills. However, challenges arise for prospective interns or job seekers who need to remain active in their current employment while awaiting their exam schedules or departure to Japan. To address this issue, a solution is needed that allows flexible Japanese language learning accessible anytime and anywhere, one of which is by creating an application that can be downloaded and installed on their smartphones. This application provides filtered Japanese vocabulary, eliminating the need for users to memorize all words like in conventional dictionaries, considering that some words may not be commonly used in daily situations. To enhance user convenience, the application is equipped with a word search function, facilitating the process of finding desired words. The search process in this application utilizes the Knuth-Morris-Pratt String Matching method, an efficient string matching algorithm for finding a specific pattern in a text. The application allows users to match inputted words with the available vocabulary database. This application is divided into two parts, namely the data input section and the output section used by users on their smartphone devices. The application provides various features to assist users in learning Japanese, such as vocabulary pages, conversations, and word searches. The use of the Knuth-Morris-Pratt (KMP) algorithm enables efficient and effective word searches in the vocabulary database. It is hoped that this application can help users in learning Japanese easily and effectively, both for academic and professional purposes.

Abstract

The increasing development of computer technology has an impact on various fields. Including land and building taxes. Determination of property tax which was done manually has gradually developed using computers. Along with this, mapping technology is also developing rapidly. Therefore, integration between taxpayer data and mapping data is very important for each individual. A Decision Support System is a computer-based information system that takes an approach to generating various decision alternatives to help certain parties in dealing with problems using data and models. The proposed method is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is a method that is able to create a sequence of alternative decisions and select the best alternative in a decision support system to increase effectiveness in paying building taxes. AHP allows judgment and decision making based on uncertain and insignificant data. By using the AHP method, hopefully it can help make decisions easier in increasing the effectiveness of land and building tax payments at the Seluma Regency Revenue Agency Service. The decision support system application to increase effectiveness in paying land and building taxes in the regional revenue agency of Seluma district was successfully built using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Incremental research methods can be applied for application development. Application testing was carried out using the Blackcox method and the results the application is declared suitable for implementation.Keywords: SPK, Property TAX, AHP

Abstract

This research aims to simulate and analyze the impact of gadget dangers on children at SDN 48 Kota Bengkulu, utilizing a method that involves the socialization of gadget danger awareness through videos and PowerPoint presentations. With the phenomenon of children being increasingly influenced by excessive gadget use, this study focuses on potential health and behavioral effects such as fatigue, sleep disturbances, blurred vision, dizziness, and the use of inappropriate language. Additionally, this article discusses proposed solutions to mitigate these risks, specifically through the introduction of gadget dangers to the health and development of children. Abstract

This research aims to address the problem of defect detection in tomatoes, which often compromises product quality in the agricultural industry. The difficulty in detecting defects automatically and accurately is a major challenge, so an efficient and effective method is needed. For this reason, a detection system was created by combining SUSAN edge detection method, statistical feature extraction, and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The SUSAN method was chosen for its reliability in detecting edges well, which is important for identifying defective areas in tomatoes. The process starts with edge detection using the SUSAN method, followed by statistical feature extraction such as mean value, standard deviation, minimum value, and maximum value of pixel intensity in tomato images. This data is then used to train the CNN model, which achieves a training accuracy of 97.50% and a test accuracy of 90%. From testing 50 tomato samples, CNN accuracy of 96%, precision of 96%, and recall of 100% were obtained. These results show that this system works well in detecting defects in tomatoes. Thus, this system is expected to improve the quality of tomato products and support the quality standards of the agricultural industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis dan Pengujian jarngan 4G dan 5G dalam layanan Qualiti Of Servis (QOS) mengunakan metode driver test untuk mengetahui kelayakan kecepatan akses internet sehinga dapat memberikan pertimbangan bagi user memandingkan kecepatan kenerja internet Studi ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja 4G dan 5G melalui metode drive test, yang merupakan pendekatan penting dalam mengevaluasi jaringan seluler di lapangan. Metode ini melibatkan penggunaan perangkat bergerak untuk mengukur parameter jaringan telkomsel seperti kecepatan unduh, kecepatan unggah, latensi, dan ketidakstabilan sinyal.Penelitian ini menggunakan data hasil drive test dari area tertentu, di mana keduanya, 4G dan 5G, tersedia.termasuk throughput data, keandalan koneksi, dan responsivitas jaringan. ini akan membantu memahami seberapa baik kedua teknologi dapat menyesuaikan dengan kondisi lingkungan sinyal juga dilakukan untuk memahami perbedaan dalam cakupan dan stabilitas sinyal antara kedua jaringan.
