Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the supporting factors that influence readiness for change, including employee engagement and resistance to change with perceived organizational support as a mediating variable. Transformation is the biggest problem facing all organizations today and the challenge lies in employees needing to be prepared for organizational change. The population in this study were employees of PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sumatera Barat with a sample of 179 employees. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and factor description analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on perceived organizational support; resistance to change has no effect on perceived organizational support; employee engagement and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant influence on readiness for change; resistance to change has a negative and significant effect on readiness to change; Then perceived organizational support as a mediating variable only affects employee engagement with readiness for change.

Abstract

Employees with Organizational Citizenship Behavior will encourage their best ability to produce the best output for the benefit of the organization. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the mediating role of Job Satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees of BNI at the Solok, Payakumbuh, and Bukittinggi branch offices, with a total sample of 103 people. The source of this research data is primary data collected through questionnaires. Structural equation modeling method (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that Leader Member Exchange and Perceived Organizational Support have a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but Job Satisfaction has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Leader Member Exchange positively affects Job Satisfaction, but Perceived Organizational Support fails to affect Job Satisfaction. This study found that job satisfaction did not mediate the relationship between Leader Member Exchange and Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of remote working, digital skills and knowledge acquisition on personnel performance in program Kota tanpa Kumuh  (Kotaku)  in West Sumatra, the population in this study were all personnel of the Kotaku Program in West Sumatera  with a sample of 89 respondents. Data obtained by conducting a questionnaire, then processed and tested using SmartPLS.From the research conducted, it is known that based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that remote working, digital skills and knowledge acquisition have a significant effect on the performance of personnel in the Kota tanpa Kumuh (Kotaku) program in West Sumatra.

Abstract

PT PLN is an Indonesian state-owned company engaged in the electricity sector which has received a target of assignment to provide 100% electrification ratio in Indonesia and also the company must meet the Quality of Service (TMP) for customers. When this study was conducted, the realization of RE was 98.76% and TMP was still below service standards. Therefore, PT PLN must improve their employee performance to exceed customer expectations.This study aims to analyze the application of Employee Engagement in mediating the relationship between Talent Management and Perceived Organizational Support to Employee Performance. The population is focused on employees of PT PLN West Sumatra Distribution Main Unit with a total of 831 participants. Sampling using the quota sampling method was processed using  G-Power Statistics software with a sample of 152 participants. By using the Structural Equation Model (SEM)-PLS, the results were obtained that Employee Engagement does not mediate the relationship between Talent Management and Employee Performance, but Employee Engagement as a mediator of the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Performance. This research adds to the knowledge of how companies engaged in energy can provide support to their employees, leading to attachments that ultimately have an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors which cause employees to burnout in working, which include workload and work ambiguity on burnout with work stress that employees feel as a mediation variable. Burnout is an important thing that must be considered by company management in managing company resources or employees. The populations in this study are Non Civil Servant Nurses dr. Reksodiwiryo Army Hospital, Padang CityWest Sumatera with a sample of 90 nursees. The analytical method used descriptive statistical analysis and factor description analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. The result of this study shows that workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress; work ambiguity has a negative and significant effect on work stress; workload, work ambiguity, and work stress have a significant impact on burnout; work stress as a mediating variable has an effect on the workload on burnout and work ambiguity on burnout

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at work, including quality of work life and knowledge management with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research population is employees of the Secretariat of the Pasaman Barat Regency DPRD with a sample of 66 employees. Using descriptive statistical analysis and factor description with SmartPLS 4.0, the results show that quality of work life and knowledge management have a positive and significant relationship with OCB. Quality of work life and knowledge management also have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, which in turn influences OCB positively and significantly. Additionally, job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between quality of work life and OCB, as well as knowledge management and OCB.
