Abstract

Background: The increase in age and the pandemic conditions experienced cause Women of Reproductive Age (WRA) to encounter many environmental issues that disturb their psyche, resulting in psychosocial stress. A strategy for dealing with stress is called coping with stress. A higher screen time and high sugar, salt, or fat to deal with stress might change nutritional status.Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between psychosocial stress, food preferences, and screen time with the nutritional status of WRA in Sukamulya Village, Tangerang Regency.Materials and Methods: This research design is cross-sectional and was conducted in March 2022 in Sukamulya Village, Tangerang Regency. The research sample amounted to 55 participants with a purposive sampling technique. The questionnaires used were Psychosocial Stress Assessment Instrument, Food Frequency Questionnaires, and recall screen time. Data analysis using the Chi-Square test.Results: The majority of participants experienced psychosocial stress (61.8%), food preferences low in sugar, salt, and fat (63.6%), and most of them were in the high screen time category (52.7%). The results showed that there was no relationship between psychosocial stress and food preferences with nutritional status (p > 0.05), but there was a relationship between screen time and nutritional status (p = 0.011).Conclusion: In this study, food preferences and psychosocial stress were not factors that affected the nutritional status.

Abstract

Activities implementation of work programs through community sevice during covid -19 Pandemic is a nem moment. The work program is cattied out through a series of stages that have been prepared with careful consideration. Consideration of the effectiveness and quality of the material transferred in a simple but adaptive map mapping to a pandemic situation. The various impacts of COVID -19 pandemic both in the social, economic and cultural sectors provide concern and caution. The presentation with the video tutorial format is considered appropriate and is realized through a series of stages from pre-production, production and post production online and intensive communication between students and mentoring lecturers. The service activity aims to provide science and technology transfer to reduce the impact of current pandemic, which is oriented to the problem of forming a mindsetfor improving habituation and lifestyle. Stimulating creativity and independence for the people of Wonorejo village, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar.To achieve these goals, flexible methods are used during the pandemic, online methods are used in managing work programs with an interior design approach and the culture of the local community. This methods is carried out considering the current situation and conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Limitations in time and quality emprowerment services are packaged with modules and tutorial information through social media. This method is able to cover science and technology studies collectively through online consulting and knowledge sharing services. Clinical methods of consultation and applied learning. The cultural approach is applied to get the habits and cultural background in living in the people of Wonorejo, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar. The results of service are in the form of a contribution in forming a positive mindsets (social constructive) in managing the habit and attitude and culture of healty living arranged according to interior desgn parameters, especially bathrooms.

Abstract

Pembelajaran siswa tidak terbatas pada mendiskusikan konten dalam mata pelajaran. Selain itu, siswa memerlukan pembelajaran sosial dan emosional. Pembelajaran sosial emosional yang buruk mempunyai dampak yang sangat negatif terhadap perkembangan siswa dalam bidang akademik, psikomotor, kognitif, dan emosional. Untuk mencegah permasalahan membaca dan menulis pada anak serta perkembangan kepribadian pada usia dini, maka dilakukan penelitian yang berjudul Analisis Pembelajaran Sosial Emosional melalui Literasi Membaca dan Bercerita di Kelas 2 SDN Bugangan 01. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai penguatan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 2 SDN Bugangan 01. Beberapa hal yang mendukung penelitian ini adalah perlunya memahami gambaran pemahaman sosial emosional secara utuh melalui literasi membaca dan bercerita untuk membangun karakter anak sejak dini sebagai refleksi dan evaluasi sejak dini. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembelajaran sosial emosional melalui literasi membaca dan bercerita di kelas 2 SDN Bugangan 01. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada kegiatan PPL II PPG Prajabatan mendapatkan hasil terkait Analisis Pembelajaran Sosial Emosional melalui Literasi Membaca dan Bercerita di Kelas 2 SDN Bugangan 01 adalah seluruh kegiatan yang dilakukan peserta didik berkaitan dengan pembelajaran sosial emosional yang sudah memenuhi indikator penelitian kesadaran diri, manajemen diri, kesadaran sosial, kemampuan membangun hubungan, dan mengambilan keputusan yang bertanggungjawab melalui literasi membaca dan bercerita. Hal ini disimpulkan berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan selama penelitian.

Abstract

In entrepreneurship, business licensing plays a strategic role in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. By having complete legality, MSMEs can gain the trust of consumers, business partners, and financial institutions. Dapoer Fitri is an MSME engaged in snacks. This service activity is designed as a strategic step in empowering MSMEs and assisting in managing business legality, such as Micro and Small Business Permits (IUMK) and Household Industry Food Production Certificates (PIRT). Abstract

Tanaman daun sirih hijau (Piper betle L.) dan Kunyit ( Curcumae domesticae ) memiliki aktivitas sebagai antijamur dan sebagai agen antimikroba yang baik karena memiliki kandungan tanin, saponin, alkaloid, dan flavonoid. Kombinasi dua tanaman memungkinkan memiliki efek sinergis, komplementer dan antagonis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek kombinasi daun sirih hijau dan kunyit pada jamur Candida albicans.Metode penelitian ini eksperimental yang terdiri dari ekstraksi maserasi, skrining fitokimia dan uji aktivitas antijamur menggunakan metode mikrodilusi untuk menentukan konsentrasi hambat minimum (KHM) dan konsentrasi bunuh minimum (KBM). Kelompok uji terdiri dari ekstrak daun sirih hijau, ekstrak kunyit, dan kombinasi ekstrak daun sirih hijau dengan kunyit (1:1). Data dianalisis secara deskriptif (KHM) dan (KBM).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun sirih hijau, ekstrak kunyit dan kombinasi ekstrak daun sirih hijau dan kunyit (1:1) memiliki KHM berturut turut adalah 0,63±0,0;0,32±0,0 dan 0,32±0,0%. Nilai KBM ekstrak daun sirih hijau, ekstrak kunyit, dan kombinasi ekstrak daun sirih hijau dan kunyit (1:1) berturut turut adalah Pada konsentrasi 20±0,0%. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah kombinasi ekstrak daun sirih hijau dan kunyit (1:1) memiliki efek antijamur yang lebih baik dibandingkan ekstrak tunggal. Hal ini diduga terjadi interaksi secara sinergis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the school reading corner literacy movement is implemented on the reading interest of class IV students at SDN Bugangan 01, Semarang City. A quantitative approach was used in this research. In determining the sample, researchers used a non-probability sampling method. Observations were carried out with the aim of measuring the level of student involvement in using the reading corner, as well as assessing their reading interest and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive. Based on the research results obtained from the implementation of the school reading corner literacy movement on the reading interest of class IV students at SDN Bugangan 01, Semarang City, the reading corner in class IV at SDN Bugangan 01 is in the good category. Likewise, the reading interest of class IV students in the Reading Corner at SDN Bugangan 01 and reading interest increased along with the presentation interval, reaching 64.5% in the good category

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem presensi Karyawan PT Samudera Raya Engineering Berbasis Face Recognition Dengan Metode Haar Cascade Classifier. Aplikasi Presensi dilakukan dengan cara karyawan melakukan swafoto secara real time, sehingga karyawan tidak perlu mengisi daftar hadir secara fisik (konvensional). Melalui Face Recognition, karyawan tidak bisa menitipkan presensi kepada karyawan yang lain karena dilakukan secara real time. Metode Haar Cascade Classifier dipilih sebagai algoritma pengenalan wajah yang digunakan pada sistem ini karena kecepatan dan akurasinya yang telah teruji dalam berbagai sistem aplikasi pengenalan wajah. Aplikasi presensi berbasis face recognition berhasil dibangun dengan akurasi 90% dalam mengenali wajah.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Pekon Pardasuka, Kecamatan Wonosobo, Kabupaten Tanggamus dengan tujuan membantu pemerintah pekon dalam penyusunan dan pembaruan peta administrasi wilayah. Melalui penggunaan perangkat lunak ArcGIS, tim pengabdian melakukan proses pemetaan yang meliputi pengumpulan data spasial, penentuan batas wilayah, serta identifikasi fasilitas umum. Hasil kegiatan berupa peta administrasi digital yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar perencanaan pembangunan, pengelolaan potensi wilayah, dan penataan tata guna lahan. Kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan pemahaman aparatur desa terhadap pentingnya data spasial dalam mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan berbasis data.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of job rotation as a strategic tool to enhance sustainable business performance. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 100 respondents through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire. The study focuses on how job rotation influences key organizational elements such as employee development, work motivation, and adaptability, all of which are crucial for achieving sustainable performance. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 25, including descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, and simple linear regression. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between job rotation and sustainable business performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.712 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.552 suggests that job rotation accounts for 55.2% of the variance in sustainable business performance. This highlights the substantial role job rotation plays in improving long-term organizational sustainability. Additionally, the study provides practical implications for managers, urging them to design job rotation programs that align with organizational objectives and employee development needs. By doing so, companies can foster a more adaptable, motivated, and skilled workforce, which in turn supports the sustainability of their business performance. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of aligning job rotation practices with strategic human resource management efforts to maximize their impact on organizational sustainability. These findings contribute to the broader understanding of human resource management practices and their role in fostering long-term business success.

Abstract

Design-Based Research (DBR) has emerged as a significant research paradigm to bridge the gap between theory and practice in educational innovation. This study employs a critical literature review to analyze the application of DBR in the context of educational product development, with a focus on Indonesia. The findings reveal that DBR offers a contextual, iterative, and collaborative approach, contrasting sharply with conventional linear design models. Key outcomes of DBR include not only practical educational products but also actionable design principles and contextual theories. The study identifies seven core characteristics of DBR: iterative processes, theory-practice integration, interdisciplinary collaboration, dual outputs (products and principles), continuous validation, a focus on underlying mechanisms, and professional reflection. In the Indonesian context, DBR facilitates the integration of local wisdom and cultural values into educational innovations, promoting sustainability and relevance. However, challenges such as resource intensity, power imbalances in collaboration, and methodological complexity remain. The study concludes with practical implications for policy, practice, and further research, advocating for DBR as a transformative methodology for developing context-sensitive educational innovations in diverse settings like Indonesia.
