Abstract

PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek is one of the chemical industries in Indonesia whose activities manage chemicals into a variety of products with the main product being urea fertilizer. In the distribution mechanism, PT. Kujang Cikampek fertilizer distinguishes urea fertilizer into subsidized urea fertilizer and non-subsidized urea fertilizer. The difference is in the use of urea fertilizer (for the food sector, plantations and industry) and applicable pricing. One of the factors that can support the smooth implementation of product distribution to consumers is established a sales system that regulates the process of distributing products to consumers. Urea fertilizer sales system PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek has an important role in distributing urea fertilizer to farmers because in it there are provisions that must be considered by companies and distributors. This is due to the problem of a lesser understanding of distributors to the rules of subsidized fertilizers. this causing deviations in the distribution of urea fertilizer to farmers. This problem can be controlled by PT. Pupuk Kujang cooperates with the government in monitoring the distribution of subsidized fertilizer and establishing strict rules and sanctions to be adhered to by both distributors and retailers. Thus the company can meet the needs of farmers in accordance with the company's goals while paying attention to the company's profits.

Abstract

The development of the manufacturing industry gives rise to global competition. The characteristics of the competition force the company to achieve world class performance through continuous improvement. The application of continuous improvement resulted in several methods, such as total preventive maintenance, total quality maintenance and just in time. One of the most frequently used method developments is total preventive maintenance (TPM). According to Mobley (2016) defines TPM as a comprehensive maintenance strategy based on a tool life cycle approach that can minimize equipment damage, production defects and work accidents. TPM involves everyone in the organization, from top level management to technicians. PT. Otscon Safety Indonesia is an auto parts supplier company. Currently PT Otscon Safety Indonesia produces automotive components for almost all leading automotive manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Honda, Nissan, Suzuki and Astra Daihatsu Motor. To produce products that have good quality, PT Otscon Safety Indonesia always pays attention to the room, tools, materials and operators in it. The tools used by PT Otscon Safety Indonesia to produce their products use high-tech tools. To operate it requires an operator who must understand every step in the production process.

Abstract

Bina Karya Karawang is an engineering company engaged in fabrication, machining, and stamping parts. Those who are suppliers of mechanical scales, one of which is a 300kg – 500kg mechanical sitting scale. Manual forecasting that has been done so far is often inaccurate so that the number of sales does not match, sometimes the sales target is minus and sometimes sales exceed the target. The lack of sales results causes a build-up of scales, while if the sales results exceed the target, it causes a lack of stock of existing goods and causes the obligation to ask for new stock of goods. Results of data processing and literature review that has been analyzed, the right method for forecasting production demand in CV. Bina Karya obtained data from January to June 2018, using the linear regression method. Because the data obtained is fluctuating or unstable. The results of the research that have been obtained, the amount of stock or production that must be made to meet consumer demand during January to December 2018 is January : 27 Units : February: 28 Units : March: 29 Units : April : 30 Units : May : 32 Units : June : 33 Units : July : 34 Units , August : 36 Units , September : 37 Units , October : 38 Units , November : 39 Units , December : 41 Units.

Abstract

PT. Nichias Rockwool Indonesia or can be called PT. NRI located in Kujang Cikampek Area of West Java is engaged in thermal insulation that produces and also engages in repair services with a wide industrial reach for more than 100 years. PT Nichias Rockwool Indonesia consists of several interrelated departments and synergizes to realize the company's goals. Inventory is one of the important elements in the operation of a company. In the absence of inventory the company will be faced with the risk of not being able to meet the needs of consumers so that it will lose the opportunity to get profits that result in targets to consumers not being met, decisions regarding how much and when to place orders are considered in inventory issues, especially if the need consists of several types of products from different suppliers with a limited budget. One of the raw materials needed in the process of making thermal insulation is iron plate, the raw material is obtained from other companies engaged in iron manufacturing and has cooperated with PT. Nichias Rockwool Indonesia. To maintain the imbalance, the company needs to do planning between production and material needs in order to meet the production stock in PT. Nichias Rockwool Indonesia and meets the needs of consumers.

Abstract

A work accident is an event that cannot be predicted when it occurs so that a person's activities can be disrupted in completing a job. In daily activities, potential sources of danger can be found that are easily found in the work environment, in the Production, Packing, and Maintenance section of PT. XYZ. So the purpose of this study is to analyze a potential work hazard and the level of work accidents that occur with the method used, namely the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method. carry out a work risk assessment or risk assessment and carry out risk control or risk control to prevent and reduce the occurrence of an accident or potential work hazard. After being analyzed according to a low risk assessment of 37%, moderate risk of 25%, high risk of 25%, and extreme risk of 13%. Furthermore, efforts to prevent work accidents using the control hierarchy are methods for eliminating, substitution, administration, engineering, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for risk control.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the inventory of raw materials at PT Otscon Safety Indonesia (OSIN). This research is a quantitative descriptive using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Re Order Point (ROP) methods. The data in this study are in the form of historical raw material needs and costs related to raw materials in 2021. The data is obtained from company reports. The results obtained are known that the EOQ method has more optimal and economical results compared to current company policies. Economical raw material order size for PT. Otscon Safety Indonesia using the EOQ method, which is a total of 205,059 items with an order frequency of 6 times in one year, the total inventory cost to be issued is Rp. 6,499,671, compared to implementing the company's current policy which requires a total inventory cost of Rp. IDR 6,499,671.

Abstract

Research conducted at PT Fahifa Prima Mandiri in the production area, with the aim of identifying potential hazards and risks of work accidents, analyzing potential hazards and risks, as well as efforts to control and prevent occupational accident risks using the HIRARC (hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk assessment) method. controls). Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan tentunya membutuhkan sumber daya manusia dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan melalui kemakmuran pemilik dan pemegang saham. Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan maka diperlukan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik. Dalam rangka persaingan antar perusahaan, perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki sumber daya yang Tangguh. Sumber daya tidak hanya dilihat sebagai bagian yang berdiri sendiri melainkan secara menyeluruh atau satu kesatuan yang Tangguh dalam membentuk suatu sinergi. Oleh karena itu, peneliti berminat untuk melakukan penelitian tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai PT. Riken Engineering Perkasa dikarenakan pentingnya mengetahui seberapa besar faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai PT. Riken Engineering Perkasa. Sehingga didapati hasil penelitian ini didapati variable disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai dia PT. Riken Engineering Perkasa berbeda dengan variabel kompensasi yang mana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai di PT. Riken Engineering Perkasa.

Abstract

Work safety is a state of avoiding danger while doing work. Work safety is one of the factors that must be done during work, no one in the world wants an accident to occur. Identification of potential hazards and risks in the work area has an important role in reducing the possibility of accidents occurring. The purpose of this study is to measure the potential hazards and the rate of work accidents using the Hazops method. Data collection techniques for this study used observations and interviews. Data collection methods such as direct observation to the work area with the aim of getting the actual data needed in this study. Interviews were conducted directly with the owner of the company. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a low, high and extreme risk of harm. From the results of this study obtained several risks with different levels of danger. As for the low hazard risk found in the working process using Grinding, Shearing, and Sprayer tools, for high levels found in the use of Cutting and Welding machines, and for Extreme levels found when using Crane tools.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders is a condition where there is a disorder that attacks the function of muscles and bones. MSDs often occur when the work facilities used during work do not apply ergonomic principles. MSME Bani Marfu Farm is a type of poultry farming business that has work facilities that do not apply ergonomic principles. The purpose of this research is to identify jobs that do not apply ergonomic principles, find out the complaints felt by workers, and design proposals for improving work facilities. The research methods used to assess work posture are the Rapid Entire Body Assessment, Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment, and Novel Ergonomic Postural Assessment methods. The method used to design work facilities is the Ergonomic Function Deployment method. The results showed that the work of cleaning livestock manure has a level of risk that can cause ongoing MSDs complaints. The proposed corrective action is to design a tool that can dispose of livestock manure automatically so as to improve work posture. The results of the analysis by paying attention to the value of Net Present Value, Payback Period, and Return of Investment indicate that the investment in the procurement of proposed work tools is said to be feasible.
