Abstract

The Role of Sharia Financing for the Development of MSMEs: A Study of Emping Melinjo Enterpreneurs in Pandeglang District. Islamic finance is one of the programs owned by Islamic banking to play and develop its financial assets, especially to finance the real sector such as MSMEs. The types of Islamic finance itself are diverse, ranging from mudaraba, musharaka and so on. However, an understanding of the types of Islamic financing and their uptake still tends to ocuur in urban areas that are still lagging behind, such as Pandeglang Regency are still inadequate, while the SME sector emping gums a lot and mushroomed in the area. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with Miles and Huberman data analysis models. This research is oriented to find out the type of Islamic financing that is of interest by emping melinjo enterpreneurs in Pandeglang Regency, factors that influence the choice of financing and capital management of Islamic financing by emping melinjo enterpreneurs in Pandeglang Regency. The results of this study are the types of financing provided to emping melinjo enterpreneurs in Pandeglang district, namely murabahah and qardhul hasan, factors influencing the selection of these financing are because both of the financing are considered easier and simpler, besides qardhul hasan financing is more profitable because the entrepreneur doesn’t need add margin to the lender for the principal funds lent.

Abstract

This study aims to follow up and develop previous research by analyzing how much influence the Islamic boarding school has on the economic empowerment of women in surrounding villages. This study examines the influence of ijarah on women's economic empowerment, the effect of wakalah bil ujrah on women's economic empowerment and the influence of pesantren on women's economic empowerment. The objects of this study were the instructors of Islamic boarding schools, santri, BMT managers of pesantren and women from surrounding villages. This research uses quantitative methods using descriptive research and causal research. Data from the two variables above were analyzed using the SPSS v.19 program. the population in this study were santri, managers of BMT pesantren and women from surrounding villages. The data used in this study are primary data, through the distribution of questionnaires to 60 respondents consisting of santri, BMT pesantren managers and village women around Dahu village, Cikeusal sub-district, Serang Regency, Banten. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that ijarah partially had a significant effect on women's economic empowerment. because the t value is greater than t table (7,937> 1,672) and the significance value is smaller than the α value (0,000 <0.05). wakalah bil ujrah partially has a significant effect on women's economic empowerment, because the value of t arithmetic is greater than t table (5,738> 1,672) and the significance value is smaller than the value of α (0,000 <0.05). Islamic boarding school has a positive and significant influence on the women economic empowerment in surrounding villages with a calculated F value greater than f table (233,491> 3.16) and a significance smaller than α (0,000 <0.05).

Abstract

Baduy women have a special and honorable position because they are directly related to the concept of Ambu and Nyi Pohaci (the Goddess of Rice) as the goddess of the source of Baduy life. With this identification, the food security of the Baduy family and community is determined by the role of women. The need for agricultural land/fields continues to be urgent, slowly among them in 2010-2012 the Baduy people were able to buy land outside of customary land covering an area of 900 hectares spread over 12 sub-districts designated as agricultural land expansion. Land expansion is needed to meet food availability as well as family economic income which has an impact on increasing welfare. The land is purchased from years of savings from financial management and women's creative industries. This study aims to determine the method/model of the role of Baduy women in food security for families and communities through qualitative research with activity theory and religious communication. The result is that Baduy women continue to use their traditional positions and roles by utilizing customary knowledge and skills which continue to be developed with concessions to the interpretation of customary law and are carried out according to social and economic motives to return to the big motive, namely the religious motive to buy land and carry out functions. worship as a farmer and the concept of Sunda Wiwitan belief.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of character education on the social behavior of the students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al-Khairiyah Panecekan, Kubang Puji Village, Pontang District, Serang Regency, Banten. The population in this study were students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al-Khairiyah Panecekan, Kubang Puji Village, Pontang District, Serang-Banten Regency, totaling 98 students. The respondents of this study were 98 students. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using instrument tests in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests in the form of normality tests and heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests in the form of simple linear regression tests and correlation coefficient tests. The results of this study indicate that character education has a significant positive impact on the social behavior of students at MTs Al-Khairiyah Panecekan, Kubang Puji Village, Pontang District, Serang Regency, Banten. the influence of character education variables on social behavior is 19.7% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The Muslim community as consumers have the right to get correct information about the food products they consume. The government's efforts to protect the rights of the Muslim community in terms of information on halal food products, namely by issuing Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee. Halal certification is a form of producer strategy in attracting consumers to buy their products so that it will indirectly increase sales turnover. But the facts on the ground, there are still many SMEs, especially food producers who are still elements about the added value of halal certification. This study aims to analyze the effect of halal certification on increasing sales of food producers who already have halal certificates in the province of Banten. The research method used is quantitative. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and data processing using SPSS software version 23. Data analysis using a simple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that halal certification has a significant positive effect on increasing sales of halal-certified food producers in the province of Banten. The contribution of the effect of halal certification to the increase in sales is 21 percent, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Islamic business ethics on the performance of Small Micro Enterprises (SMEs) Actors in the Serang Regency. The population in this study is Small Micro Enterprises (SMEs) Actors in Serang Regency, Banten Province. The respondents of this study were 70 SMEs actors in Serang Regency, Banten Province. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using instrument tests in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests in the form of normality tests and heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests in the form of simple linear regression tests and correlation coefficient tests. The results of this study indicate that Islamic business ethics has a significant positive effect on the performance of Micro and Small Usama in Serang Regency, with a total contribution of 46 percent, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the economic empowerment of disadvantaged rural women based on Islamic Philanthropy. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The location of this research is in Kertaraharja Village, Pandeglang Regency. The population in this study were all women who were managers and members of the Women-Based Microfinance Cooperative (KKM-BP). The sample used is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are to be carried out in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The analytical tool used to analyze the qualitative data in this study is QDA Miner Lite with the Miles and Huberman Model data analysis technique, which divides data analysis into three stages, namely data reduction, data supply, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the economic empowerment of disadvantaged rural women by the Amil Zakat Harapan Dhuafa Institution (LAZ Harfa) is carried out by forming a Women-Based Microfinance Cooperative (KKM-BP), the initial capital given to KKM-BP is a grant sourced from philanthropic funds, the management of KKM-BP is carried out independently by members who are accompanied by village assistants assigned by LAZ Harfa. The establishment of the KKM-BP in the village of Kertaraharja led the women of disadvantaged villages to reach productive sources that could increase their income, fulfill their basic needs so that they were free from hunger, ignorance, and pain, and were involved in making important decisions in the development of the KKM-BP. it fits Suharto's indicators of empowerment, namely (a) fulfilling basic needs, (b) reaching productive sources that allow them to increase their income and obtain the goods and services they need, and (c) participating in development processes and decisions. -decisions that affect them.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1). The effect of halal awareness on consumer buying interest in coastal tourism seafood culinary SMEs. (2). The influence of foodstuffs on consumer buying interest in coastal tourism seafood culinary SMEs. And (3). The influence of halal awareness and foodstuffs on consumer buying interest in coastal tourism seafood culinary SMEs. The object of this research is the culinary consumers of Seafood Kedaikita in Gope beach. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that (1). Halal awareness affects the buying interest of consumers of beach tourism culinary SMEs. Shown by the value of t is greater than t table (6,851 1. 668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 0.05) (2). Foodstuffs affect consumer buying interest in coastal tourism culinary SMEs. Shown by the value of t count greater than t table (5.784 1.668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 0.05). (3). Halal awareness and food ingredients have a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest of consumers of coastal tourism culinary SMEs. Shown by the value of F count greater than F table (32,930 3.12) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 0.05) 0.05). (3). Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of PT. Gasbumi Sarana Karya related to JIT which is still not optimal in its production process, and the use of accounting that is still manual, so that it is less efficient in production costs and slows down decision making. The purpose of this study is to test whether there is an effect between JIT on cost efficiency with accounting information systems as an intervening variable. The research method uses quantitative methods, through data collection techniques with questionnaires distributed directly to employees at PT. Gasbumi Sarana Karya. The statistical test tool used in this research is Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that Just in time has a significant positive effect on cost efficiency. Accounting information systems have a significant positive effect on cost efficiency. time and cost efficiency Keywords: just in time, accounting information system, cost efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1). Effect of investment knowledge on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market (2). Effect of socialization on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, and (3) Effect of knowledge and socialization on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market. The object of this research is the millennial community of Banten Province, with a total population of 3.345 million and a sample of 77 millennials. The research method used is a quantitative-descriptive method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method through SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that (1). Knowledge has a significant positive effect on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, this result is based on the t-value of the investment knowledge variable which is greater than the t-table value (5.501>1.668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000<0.05). (2). Socialization has a significant positive effect on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, this result is based on the t-value of the investment socialization variable which is greater than the t-table value (7.040>1.668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000<0.05), and (3 ) Knowledge and socialization have a significant positive effect on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, this conclusion is based on the calculated F value is greater than F table (62.204>3.14) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000<0.05). The total influence of knowledge and socialization on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market is 61.7 percent, while the remaining 38.3 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
