This study aims to determine (1). The effect of halal awareness on consumer buying interest in coastal tourism seafood culinary SMEs. (2). The influence of foodstuffs on consumer buying interest in coastal tourism seafood culinary SMEs. And (3). The influence of halal awareness and foodstuffs on consumer buying interest in coastal tourism seafood culinary SMEs. The object of this research is the culinary consumers of Seafood Kedaikita in Gope beach. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that (1). Halal awareness affects the buying interest of consumers of beach tourism culinary SMEs. Shown by the value of t is greater than t table (6,851 1. 668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 0.05) (2). Foodstuffs affect consumer buying interest in coastal tourism culinary SMEs. Shown by the value of t count greater than t table (5.784 1.668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 0.05). (3). Halal awareness and food ingredients have a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest of consumers of coastal tourism culinary SMEs. Shown by the value of F count greater than F table (32,930 3.12) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 0.05) 0.05). (3). Halal awareness and food ingredients have a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest of consumers of coastal tourism culinary SMEs. Shown by the value of F count greater than F table (32,930 3.12) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 0.05) 0.05). (3). Halal awareness and foodstuffs have a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest of consumers of coastal tourism culinary SMEs. This research is motivated by the condition of PT. Gasbumi Sarana Karya related to JIT which is still not optimal in its production process, and the use of accounting that is still manual, so that it is less efficient in production costs and slows down decision making. The purpose of this study is to test whether there is an effect between JIT on cost efficiency with accounting information systems as an intervening variable. The research method uses quantitative methods, through data collection techniques with questionnaires distributed directly to employees at PT. Gasbumi Sarana Karya. The statistical test tool used in this research is Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that Just in time has a significant positive effect on cost efficiency. This study aims to determine (1). Effect of investment knowledge on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market (2). Effect of socialization on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, and (3) Effect of knowledge and socialization on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market. The object of this research is the millennial community of Banten Province, with a total population of 3.345 million and a sample of 77 millennials. The research method used is a quantitative-descriptive method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method through SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that (1). Knowledge has a significant positive effect on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, this result is based on the t-value of the investment knowledge variable which is greater than the t-table value (5.501>1.668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000<0.05). (2). Socialization has a significant positive effect on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, this result is based on the t-value of the investment socialization variable which is greater than the t-table value (7.040>1.668) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000<0.05), and (3 ) Knowledge and socialization have a significant positive effect on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market, this conclusion is based on the calculated F value is greater than F table (62.204>3.14) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000<0.05). The total influence of knowledge and socialization on the intention to invest in the Islamic capital market is 61.7 percent, while the remaining 38.3 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan pondok pesantren modern terhadap penguatan karakter santri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah santri pondok pesantren modern Assa’adah Cikeusal Serang Banten yang berjumlah 990 santri. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 91 siswa, yang dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji instrument berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas dan uji heterokedastisitas, serta uji hipotesis berupa uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan pondok pesantren modern berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter santri, ditunjukan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel (10.993>1.666) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (0.000<0.05). pengaruh variabel lingkungan pondok pesantren modern terhadap pembentukan karakter santri sebesar 56.8 % sedangkan 43.2 % sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine (1). Effect of cash waqf literacy on interest in cash waqf through digital platforms. (2 Effect of trust on interest in cash waqf through digital platforms. And (3). Effect of simultaneous cash waqf literacy and trust on interest in cash waqf through digital platforms. The object of this research is the millennial community living in Serang City, Banten Province. Research methods The method used is a quantitative-descriptive method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data is processed using SPSS software version 23. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that (1) cash waqf literacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in waqf money through digital platforms (2 trust has a positive and significant effect on interest in cash waqf through digital platforms. And (3) money waqf literacy and trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on interest in cash waqf through digital platforms. interest in cash waqf is influenced by literacy cash waqf and confidence is 32 percent, while the remaining 68 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Setiap produk yang masuk, beredar, dan diperdagangkan di wilayah Indonesia wajib bersertifikat halal. Namunvdata Kementerian keuangan menunjukan bahwa hanya 1% produk UMKM yang sudah tersertifikasi halal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman pentingnya sertifikasi halal bagi usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK), salah satunya melalui program sertfikasi halal gratis yang digagas pemerintah. Disamping itu, dalam kegiatan ini juga diberikan pendampingan berupa tutorial pendaftaran sertifikasi halal gratis melalui website SIHALAL. Subjek dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelaku UMK yang berlokasi di Desa Domas Kec. Pontang, Kabupaten Serang. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapa, tahap pelaksanaan penyampaian materi, dan tahap tutorial pendaftaran sertifikasi halal gratis pelaku usaha. Pembahasan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa: 1) masyarakat diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait pentingnya sertifikasi halal untuk pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil, 2) masyarakat pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil diberikan materi terkait program sertifikasi halal gratis (Sehati), manfaat, persyaratan, dokumen pendukung dan prosedur pengajuannya, 3) masyarakat pelaku usaha diberikan materi terkait mekanisme dan tutorial pendaftaran sertifikasi halal gratis melalui http://ptsp.halal.go.id .Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukan tiga hal; (1) Meningkatnya kesadaran dan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya sertifikasi halal bagi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK); (2). Masyarakat pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) mengetahui program sertifikasi halal gratis dengan skema self-declare bagi untuk usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) yang biayanya dibebankan pada DIPA BPJPH; (3). Masyarakat pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) memahami prosedur dan mekanisme pendaftaran program sertifikasi halal gratis.

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect  of sharia marketing mix on the interest in buying Baduy ethnic home industry products, (2) the influence of religiosity on the interest in buying the Baduy ethnic home industry products, and (3) the influence of the sharia marketing mix and religiosity on the interest in buying home industry products. Baduy tribe. The object of this research is the home industry product of the Baduy Tribe. Respondents who became the research population were visitors to the Baduy Tribe settlement and prioritized consumers who had bought Baduy Tribe home industry products. The sample taken in this study amounted to 85 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Islamic marketing mix has a significant positive effect on the interest in buying Baduy ethnic home industry products, (2) religiosity has a significant positive effect on the interest in buying Baduy home industry products. (3) Islamic marketing mix and religiosity have a significant positive effect on the interest in buying Baduy ethnic home industry products, with a total contribution 29.8 percent influence, while the remaining 70.02 are influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Indonesia has experienced a significant increase in internet penetration over the past decade. The implications of increasing internet penetration have an impact on business patterns in various industrial lines. Financial technology (fintech) is proof of the implementation of a financial system by delivering more efficient financial services. Fintech has an important role in financial intermediation and helps the daily lives of almost all people in the world. Fintech has changed the way consumers conduct financial transactions. This study aims to find out what factors underlie behavioral intentions to use sharia fintech in the millennial generation in Tangerang Raya. This study uses the technology acceptance model (TAM) and accommodates a new variable, namely religiosity. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that a total sample of 237 respondents was obtained online using the Google form. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that the intention to use the millennial generation of sharia fintech in Tangerang Raya is influenced by the perceived usefulness factor with a P-value of 0.00 <0.05, and the Islamic religiosity variable with a P-value of 0.00 <0.05. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use does not have a significant effect on the intention to use fintech at the sig 5% level with a p-value of 0.197 > 0.05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan keterampilan ekonomi di pesantren salafiyah. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Pondok Pesantren Al-Chikmatul Muballigoh Kabupaten Serang dan Pondok Pesantren Al-Mu’awwanah Kota Serang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh santri pondok pesantren Al-Chikmatu Muballigoh dan Al-Muawanah yang berjumlah 550 santri. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 santri, 10 % dari jumlah populasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Jenis keterampilan ekonomi yang diajarkan di dua pondok pesantren (Pondok Pesantren Al-Chikmatul Mubaligoh dan Al-Mu’awwanah) adalah keterampilan menjahit, keterampilan membuat kerudung dan peci, keterampilan budi daya jahe merah, keterampilan mengelola koperasi pondok pesantren, keterampilan seni marawis dan hadrah, Pelatihan jamur tiram berbahan limbah kayu, pelatihan tukang bangunan, ternak ayam dan penetasan telor, biro trevel ibadah haji dan umroh. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan keterampilan ekonomi tersebut dilakukan dengan metode kemitraan dan non kemitraan. Metode kemitraan dilakukan dengan menjalin kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi, non government organization (NGO) dan pemerintah. Sedangkan metode yang kedua, pendidikan ekonomi kreatif di atas dilaksanakan secara mandiri oleh para ustadz dan pengasuh pondok.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of information technology on managerial performance mediated by the management accounting system. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative, with a population of Manufacturing SMEs in Serang Regency, sampling using a purposive sampling technique, The data in this study were obtained by sending questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method with the partial least squares (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that information technology has a positive and significant effect on the managerial performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), information technology has a positive and significant effect on SME management accounting systems, management accounting systems has a positive and significant effect on SME managerial performance, and information technology has a significant and positive effect on SME managerial performance. indirectly on the managerial performance of SMEs through the management accounting system. The implications of this study are the use of information technology on managerial performance in SMEs so that they can obtain information related to the management accounting system needed by SMEs in making decisions.
