Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu hal yang harus dilakukan untuk mendukung kemajuan sebuah organisasi. Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan mempunyai beberapa sumber daya yang harus dikelola. Salah satu sumber daya yang dikelola adalah data tenaga edukatif, dimana setiap bulan harus dapat menghasilkan informasi tenaga edukatif yang sudah berhak mendapatkan kenaikan gaji berkala, kenaikan pangkat atau kenaikan jabatan. Informasi itu disimpan di dalam kartu indek pegawai sebagai catatan mutasi dosen selama menjadi pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini dibuat suatu perangkat lunak yang mampu digunakan untuk pengelolaan data dosen Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Dengan memanfaatkan metode bitemporal, yaitu sebuah cara yang memanfaatkan waktu sebagai atribut untuk menyatakan status baris-baris dalam relasi. Status baris dalam sebuah relasi dikeompokkan sebagai status baris terhapus (delete record), status baris riwayat (history record) dan status baris sekarang (current record). Status tersebut mempermudah pencarian dan penelusuran data . Aplikasi yang dibuat telah di uji coba secara lengkap pada dua kelompok pengguna yaitu administrator dan dosen. Pengguna administrator bisa melakukan transaksi menaikkan pangkat, jabatan dan kenaikan gaji berkala. Sedangkan pengguna dosen bisa melakukan update biodata. Dan dari uji coba yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya sesuai dengan fungsinya. Dengan demikian sistem ini diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengelola data kepegawaian dosen yang menjadi aset ITS. Kata Kunci : Metode Temporal, Riwayat, Valid time, Transaction Time, Metode Bitemporal.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how Warak Ngendog in the Dugderan tradition represents the identity of urban Muslim communities in the city of Semarang. This research also aims to expose the strength of the city's Muslim culture that has been maintained to this day. This study uses an identity theory approach by Peter J. Burke and Homi K. Bhabha about Hybrid culture, and several other extraordinary theories as supporting theories. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the support of substantive information from archives and interviews with related figures. The results of this study emphasize that the dynamics of the religiosity of urban Muslim communities in Semarang City shape urban Muslim identity. Acculturation of the traditional culture of Javanese, Arab, and Chinese Muslims symbolizes the new religious and cultural rites as an inseparable part of the urban Muslim identity of Semarang City because there are social interactions in their involvement in religious rituals, traditions and culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja, apakah motivasi dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah perilaku kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja, serta apakah kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi serta kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif, statistik infe-rensial, PLS (Partial Least Square), pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, Perilaku kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, serta hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. This study aims to determine whether motivation, discipline affect work behavior, do motivation and discipline affect work performance, does work behavior affect work performance, does motivation affect employee performance through work behavior, and does discipline affect work performance through work behavior in West Sulawesi Province DKIPS. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistics, PLS (Partial Least Square), hypothesis testing. The results found that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work motivation on employee work performance in DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi, and mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work discipline towards employee work performance at DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior, terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh stress kerja, organizational citizenship behavior, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.  Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 83 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.  Unit  Corn  Drier Sidrap. Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai koefeisien stres kerja sebesar -0,022 dengan tingkat signifikan  0,330.  Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.  Unit  Corn  Drier Sidrap. Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai koefeisien Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebesar 0,186 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000.   Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai koefeisien komitmen organisasi  sebesar 0,801 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Stres Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Japfa  Comfeed  Indonesia. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan secara simultan  nilai   F  hitung  sebesar 297,112 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. This study aims to examine and analyze 1. The effect of work stress on employee performance; 2. The effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance; 3. The influence of organizational commitment to employee performance; 4. The influence of work stress, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment on the employee performance in PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. The research design used is a quantitative research approach using survey method. The number of samples in this study was 83 people. This research uses quantitative analysis techniques that are analyzed with the help of SPSS 25 software. The conclusions from the results of this study are 1. Work Stress has a negative and not significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT JapfaComfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. It can be seen that the coefficient of work stress is -0.022 with a significant level of 0.330; 2. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT JapfaComfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. This can be seen from the Organizational Citizenship Behavior coefficient value of 0.186 with a significant level of 0,000; 3. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT JapfaComfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Corn Drier Sidrap. It can be seen that the coefficient value of organizational commitment is 0.801 with a significant level of 0.000; 4. Job Structure, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of PT JapfaComfeed Indonesia. This can be seen from the results of the simultaneous calculation of the calculated F value of 297,112 with a significant level of 0,000.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 telah mengakibatkan perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai bidang termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Sistem daring bukan lagi sebuah opsi melainkan menjadi konsekuensi dalam situasi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi optimalisasi pembelajaran daring melalui E-Learning pada Program Studi PPKn FKIP Unpas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi deskriptif dalam pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dibantu dengan kuisioner sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pembelajaran daring pada program studi PPKn FKIP Unpas telah memiliki mekanisme yang baik sejak mulai regulasi perkuliahan, persiapan peningkatan keterampilan Sumber Daya Manusia untuk pembelajaran daring hingga media Learning Management System yang digunakan. Upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran daring telah ditempuh oleh Program Studi PPKn FKIP Unpas yang dibuktikan dengan dilaksanakannya pelatihan tenaga pengajar secara periodik dan kontinu, hal tersebut mendukung optimalisasi pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan selama pandemic Covid 19. Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang digunakan mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemic Covid 19 melalui e-learning pada Program Studi PPKn FKIP Universitas Pasundan telah berjalan secara optimal. Namun masih terdapat beberapa hal yang masih dalam proses perbaikan seperti kualitas muatan materi dan konten dalam e-learning dan pemahaman pengajar dalam proses akses LMS pada e-learning. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran daring, e-learning, PPKn, Pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik, profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada Kantor Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Jenis penelitian yang dikemukakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif, karena penelitian ini disajikan dengan angka-angka, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur.  Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi pelayanan publik dan profesionalisme berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara nyata dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap kinerja pegawai, Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh antara profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan profesionalisme hanya bepengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of public service motivation, professionalism on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Binamu District Office, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research proposed is a quantitative research type, because this research is presented with numbers. Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of this study are that public service motivation and professionalism have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on improving employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of public service motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of professionalism on employee performance, while professionalism only has a direct effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract Image segmentation is typically used to distinguish objects that exist in an image. However, it remains difficult to accommodate favourable thresholding in multimodal image histogram problem with specifically desired number of thresholds. This research proposes a novel approach to find thresholds in multimodal grayscale image histogram. This method consists of histogram smoothing, identification of peak(s) and valley(s), and merging process using hierarchical cluster analysis. Using five images that consisted of grayscale and converted-to-grayscale images. This method yields maximum value of accuracy, precision, and recall of 99.93%, 99.75%, and 99.75% respectively. These results are better than the similar peak finding method in multimodal grayscale image segmentation.

Abstract

Skill assessment, which is called performance assessment, is part of assessment domains in curriculum 2013. In PPKn subject, skills assessment can assistlearners to foster their attitude of solidarity, democratic, and responsible through practice assignment, project, and portfolio technique. The purpose of this research is to know how the effect of the implementation of skills assessment based on curriculum 2013 in PPKn subject toward the educationof civic responsibility on the learners. The basic theory is permendikbud No. 104 (2014) about the assessment standards and assessment theory Widoyoko (2014), the theory of civic responsibility Branson (1999). The approach used is quantitative research with survey method. A population is of 2380 students. Technique used is random sampling as many as 336 respondents. Data collection used is questionnaire, using correlation and regression analysis. Based on data analysis, influence planning (X1) and implementation skills assessment (X2) on the education of civic responsibility (Y) has positive effect amounting to 21,47%.

Abstract

Pesantren as Indonesia's original educational institution has proven to produce experts in their fields for hundreds of years. The current modern higher education system often does not prioritise the formation of ideal human beings, but is more focused on the formation of material-oriented individuals who lack spiritual values. This problem demands serious efforts in strengthening the peace and tranquillity of life, both through escorting and developing human resources, as well as through a revolution in the performance of educators and the higher education system as a whole. This research aims to see how Pesantren Education as Indonesia's Indigenous Heritage: Nurturing Moral Education in the Digital Era and its Human Resources have the capability to manage and survive in the current digital era. This research method is qualitative and quantitative, where the author uses literature studies and case studies that take place at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, which is a representation of pesantren that have superior universities in Indonesia. The results of this study are In this model, character education, career development and performance improvement of Islamic human resources, Islamic human resource development, and Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor become an important part of the programmes offered. In addition, the programme also includes values such as Qurrota A'yun, Islamic human resource development, sincerity, independence, modernity, leadership and success in the Islamic context, boarding school, simplicity, and culture and structure. Gontor endeavours to create a learning environment that conforms to the principles of the Islamic learning model for human resource development and Islamic values become the main guideline in human resource management, while career development based on Islamic law is also prioritised to form quality Islamic human resources. Aspects of Islamic professionalism are also emphasised to ensure the integration of Islamic values in professional actions and behaviour.
