Abstract

Kegiatan PKM Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Sumbersari yang memiliki usaha binaan Eena Susu Kurma telah dilakukan dengan tujuan mengembangkan usaha minuman susu kurma madu. Adapun permasalahan yang ditemui antara lain (1) Minimnya pengetahuan anggota terkait terkait Digital Marketing (2) Menurunnya Konsumen pembeli minuman susu kurma madu di Masa Pendemi (3) Belum memiliki branding pengemasan minuman yang menarik (4) Minimnya akses informasi dan media teknologi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan simulasi Branding packaging produk susu kurma madu (5) Menyusun Modul Pelatihan; (6) Pendampingan mitra dalam mengoptimalkan potensi. (7) Mendaftarkan Membuatkan Blog dan Website, serta instagram. Target luaran yang akan dicapai adalah meningkatnya pemahaman peserta pelatihan, meningkatnya penjualan susu kurma madu, menyusun artikel terkait pengabdian berupa jurnal nasional, prosiding nasional, foto dan video dokumentasi kegiatan,   blog dan Website. Adapun kegiatan meliputi pelatihan, sharing solusi diskusi, melaksanakan koordinasi dengan mitra, mengidentifikasi potensi mitra,   penyusunan laporan kegiatan pembuatan laporan, publikasi kegiatan, pembuatan artikel, dan publikasi jurnal nasional terakreditasi

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengembangkan upaya filantropis bagi anggota Aisyiyah lanjut usia. Maksud dari programs ini untuk: (1) mengetahui permasalahan anggota lanjut usia; (2) merancang program dibutuhkan lansia; dan (3) implementasi program. Program pelayanan lanjut usia anggota Aisyiyah adalah kegiatan dakwah. Oleh karena itu disarankan agar Pimpinan Ranting Aisyiyah Karimata, Kecamatan Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember berjejaring dan berinteraksi semaksimal mungkin dengan lembaga-lembaga yang berwenang untuk meningkatkan dakwah dengan memberikan pelayanan kepada anggota dan simpatisan. Hasil kegitan ini adalah (1) Memberikan arahan bagaimana seyogyanya memberikan pelayanan kepada lanjut usia. Tim pelaksana kegiatan menekankan pada pentingnya  mengembangkan program pelayanan lanjut usia tidak hanya pemberian santunan yang diselenggarakan secara insidentil yaitu pada saat Hari Raya Idul Fitri dan memperingati Hari Kemerdekaan RI. Pimpinan Ranting Aisyiyah Karimata dan Majelis-majelis yang berkaitan penting untuk  membangun jaringan dengan lembaga-lembaga di luar ranting agar pelayanan kepada lansia bisa dioptimalkan. Lembaga-lembaga di luar ranting misalnya Puskesmas terdekat (Klinik Dr. Suherman) dan Lembaga-lembaga independent yang memiliki kewenangan lainnya (2) Memberikan arahan tentang pentingnya pengembangan program-program kegiatan yang bertujuan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan sekaligus pembinaan kerohanian Islam kepada warga Aisyiyah yang berusia lanjut sesuai dengan visi misi Aisyiyah.

Abstract

Pancasila, as the basis of the Indonesian state, has a very important role in education and politics. Pancasila-based education aims to shape the character and identity of the nation by instilling national, moral, and democratic values from an early age. Through this education, the young generation is not only taught about academic knowledge, but also about the importance of unity, social justice, and participation in the life of the nation and state. Pancasila education has a significant impact on increasing the political awareness of the younger generation, which plays an active role in maintaining Indonesia's political stability. The application of democratic values in education also contributes to the development of positive attitudes towards the political system and government. Thus, Pancasila education is one of the main pillars in strengthening Indonesia's social and political stability. This study aims to analyze the role of Pancasila education in building political awareness of the younger generation and its impact on Indonesian politics, as well as to explore the importance of Pancasila education in maintaining the integrity of the nation in the midst of the era of globalization.

Abstract

Regional autonomy is a new system of governance that emerged as a result of reform. This is a way to build and empower regions in accordance with the progress and conditions of society. Various aspects of democracy are currently developing in Indonesia. This strategy is used as a countermeasure against the economic and trust crises that have caused a shift in political power in Indonesia. Along with the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia, regional autonomy and its problems have become the subject of growing discussion. Although regional autonomy is an ideal idea for the Republic of Indonesia, it does not mean that it can be implemented without problems. Because our country is currently still in a transitional stage, the implementation of regional autonomy and its problems are still the subject of research for academics and government practitioners. Indonesian. In the book Regional Autonomy: Problems and Solutions in Indonesia, it is stated that the negative effects of regional autonomy are the emergence of conflicts between regional and central governments and opportunities for people at the regional level to commit various violations. In addition, there is a difference between areas that are still developing and those with high incomes. Undoubtedly, regional autonomy in Indonesia still faces many problems. Undoubtedly, these problems must be addressed and resolved so that the main objectives and noble values of regional autonomy can be achieved and realized properly.

Abstract

Guidance teachers, also known as counselors, are responsible for providing guidance and counseling to students in schools by paying attention to the growth of the student's personality and abilities both physically and spiritually. able to live independently and fulfill their various responsibilities as God's creatures along with individual, social, moral, religious, and cultural creatures. Counseling is an effort to help people through a process of personal interaction between counselors and clients to help them understand themselves, their environment, make decisions, and set goals, so that they feel happy and behave well. Guidance Counseling plays an important role in educational institutions because it functions as a supporter of the progress or decline of the quality of education. The role of guidance and counseling in improving the quality of education is not only limited to academic guidance but also personal, social, intellectual guidance, and the provision of values. School guidance and counseling is also called school counselors/psychologists, Counselors play an important role in the education system, and they are considered school psychologists. Their counseling must include and have the aim of improving and expanding the potential of students. They must also have the ability to interact with the community and have interpersonal skills. Good society and alternative options for students. Planning, supervision, evaluation and follow-up of extension activities are carried out by extension workers. Extension workers are also responsible for informing students about career paths and solving their problems. Extension workers are given full freedom by the Minister of Education to develop students' potential and provide effective guidance and extension.

Abstract

This study focuses on how storytelling activities presented in a variety of ways, such as using voice intonation, visual media, puppets, gestures, and improvised storylines, can create a more interactive and meaningful learning experience for children. This method is considered a more flexible alternative for literacy learning compared to conventional methods, which are usually one-way and uninteresting for children. The results of the study showed that creative storytelling increases children's vocabulary, improves their phonological awareness, enhances their ability to understand the storyline, and increases their interest in reading and writing activities. The livelier storytelling can also help create a comfortable learning environment and encourage children to actively participate. Overall, this study shows that creative storytelling is an effective and useful method for helping young children learn to read and write well.

Abstract

Instruction and habituation often lead young children to develop religious and moral principles "automatically." However, this method needs to be questioned when compared with a better understanding of how children's cognition functions. This article examines Piaget's theory of cognitive development as a basis for enhancing the internalization of moral and religious values. To conduct the analysis, we examine how stages of children's cognitive development, particularly the preoperational stage, relate to pedagogical strategies based on concrete experiences, exploratory activities, and social interactions. The results show that learning religious and moral values ​​through hands-on activities, simple reflective discussions, and role-playing produces more stable understandings than verbalistic approaches. This method not only teaches children what is right and wrong but also builds their self-confidence. The results demonstrate that Piaget's theory is a pedagogical necessity to make the process of internalizing values ​​more authentic and relevant for young children.

Abstract

The phenomenon of child marriage has become a frequently heard social problem and is widespread in various regions, including Jember Regency. The researcher aimed to determine a communication strategy to stop child marriage in Jember Regency by the Child Protection and Family Planning Agency (DP3AKB). This research employed qualitative methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the Government Communications Agency, specifically the Jember Child Protection Department, identified several obstacles to ending child marriage in Jember. These challenges relate to the Jember City Child Protection Agency, particularly its belief in traditional customs, low public understanding, lack of human resources, and limited communication with various stakeholders. Therefore, a culturally based approach or religious leader-based approach is needed, given the community's belief in traditional customs. Volunteers need to be recruited to ensure that more parties are involved in child marriage prevention programs.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren memiliki peranan yang signifikan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai iman, ketakwaan, serta toleransi. Komunikasi antar budaya dalam Penelitian ini yang terjadi di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ma'rifah, khususnya terkait dengan cara santri dari berbagai latar belakang budaya berinteraksi satu sama lain serta mengidentifikasi elemen yang memengaruhi kualitas komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan bahasa dan proses adaptasi budaya sangat penting dalam berkomunikasi antar santri. Bahasa Madura, yang merupakan bahasa mayoritas di pesantren, digunakan untuk memperkuat hubungan antar santri. Akan tetapi, bahasa Indonesia berfungsi sebagai alat pemersatu bagi santri yang tidak fasih dalam bahasa daerah. Kendala komunikasi muncul akibat perbedaan bahasa, namun santri yang berasal dari luar daerah berusaha mempelajari bahasa Madura untuk mengurangi kecanggungan dan memperlancar interaksi antarbudaya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan bahwa komunikasi antarbudaya di pesantren melibatkan adaptasi budaya, saling menghormati, dan pengulangan komunikasi. Penggunaan bahasa Madura menjadi salah satu cara untuk mempererat hubungan antar santri yang memiliki perbedaan budaya. Rekomendasi yang diajukan adalah agar santri saling memahami dan mempelajari bahasa dari berbagai kebudayaan untuk mempermudah komunikasi antarbudaya. Dengan demikian, akan tercipta kesamaan makna dalam komunikasi sehingga tujuan dari komunikasi dapat tercapai secara efektif.

Abstract

This study examines inclusive policies and governance in Banyuwangi Regency, focusing on the interaction between policy actors and sectors within an inclusive governance framework. The study analyzes the roles of key stakeholders, including the local government, legislative institutions, social services, civil society organizations, private sector, media, and community groups in shaping and implementing inclusive policies. The findings show that inclusive governance in Banyuwangi is strengthened by the synergy between multi-actor involvement and cross-sectoral integration. Key sectors include public service delivery, policy regulation, education and employment access, disability services, digital innovation, skills development, and participatory assessment mechanisms, that are interconnected and oriented toward addressing the needs of vulnerable and marginalized groups. There is a shift from a charity based approach toward a rights based and empowerment-driven model, supported by collaborative governance mechanisms and adaptive policy innovations. The effectiveness of inclusive governance depends on strong collaboration among stakeholders, alignment across sectors, and the capacity of governance systems to ensure equitable access, participation, and representation for all society.
