Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Regulatory Understanding, Information Systems and Competency of Human Resources on Asset Management in the City Work Unit (SKPK) of Langsa City. Data analysis was performed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 25.0. Data collection is done through primary data and secondary data. Determination of the sample used in this study is the census method with a total sample of 60 people. The equation model analyzed is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that (1) Understanding of Regulations, Information Systems and Human Resource Competencies simultaneously affect asset management (2) Understanding of Regulations has an effect on Asset Management (3) Information systems have no effect on Asset Management (4) Competence of Human Resources has an effect on to Asset Management. Abstract

ABSTRAK Konsep pertanian ramah lingkungan adalah konsep pertanian yang mengedepankan keamanan seluruh komponen yang ada pada lingkungan ekosistem serta dapat dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan bahan yang relatif murah dan peralatan yang relatif sederhana tanpa meninggalkan dampak yang negatif bagi lingkungan. Di Indonesia Keanekaragaman jenis tanaman yang berpotensi sebagai bahan pestisida nabati sangat tinggi, namun sampai saat ini pemanfaatannya sebagai bahan untuk mengendalikan hama belum optimal karena minimnya sosialisasi pemanfaatan pestisida nabati dalam pengendalian hama dan penyakit kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian merupakan kegiatan melatih petani untuk dapat membuat pestisida nabati, mitra kegiatan adalah kelompok tani Tunas Harapan yang berada di Desa Rantau Panjang, Aceh Tamiang. Dalam pelatihan tim PKM menggunakan daun pepaya dan daun mimba yang diolah dengan sederhana menjadi pestisida nabati. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk : (1) Diskusi dan tanya jawab, (2) Praktik pembuatan pestisida nabati dengan melibatkan peserta secara aktif, (3) Aplikasi pemberian pestisida kepada tumbuhan (4) Pemberian sarana dalam pengaplikasian pembuatan pestisida nabati. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah petani sebagai mitra mampu membuat pestisida nabati sebagai alternatif pengganti pestisida sintetis untuk membasmi hama. Berdasarkan hasil monitoring dan evaluasi, lima dari dua puluh petani yang konsisten mempraktikkan pembuatan pestisida nabati dari daun papaya dan mimba, sedangkan sisanya masih mengandalkan pestisida sintetis.   Kata kunci : Inovasi, Pestisida, Hama, Penyakit tanaman

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work conflict on work discipline among employees at the Aceh Tamiang BKPSDM. This study uses quantitative methods with the help of the SPSS Version 26 application. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method. The sample in this study was 42 people, using the saturated sampling method, so that all populations were used as samples. The reason for all employees being sampled is because each employee has a different personality and assessment. In this study data collection used interview techniques and questionnaires, in which the questionnaires had been tested for validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show the equation Y = 153.986 - 0.460X1 - 0.351X2. The result of the t test for the effect of workload (X1) on work discipline (Y) is 0.013 ˂ 0.05. The result of the t test for the effect of work conflict (X2) on work discipline (Y) is 0.037 ˂ 0.05. The results of the F test for the simultaneous effect of workload (X1) and work stress (X2) on work discipline (Y) are 0.013 ˂ 0.05. Workload has a significant effect on work discipline, work conflict has a significant effect on work discipline and workload and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on work discipline.

Abstract

Digitalization is a must to maintain business consistency In the era of pandemics and technological advance. The culinary sector in Langsa City continues to grow, with a wide market ranging from students, students, and households, to industry causing several culinary destinations such as traditional and modern cafes to gain public interest. This study aims to analyze 1) How to adapt the digital transformation of SMEs in the culinary sub-sector in Langsa City, and 2) How is the creativity of the culinary sub-sector actors in the digital transformation adaptation period. This research method was descriptive and quantitative. The respondents of this research are one hundred people who are culinary consumers of Langsa city. Two aspects were measured in the research: digital transformation and innovation carried out by culinary SMEs. The results show that the Culinary SMEs in Langsa City has adapted to digital transformation in their business well. Culinary SMEs show that they have been innovating and being creative in the products offered. Product innovations ranging from taste, packaging, size, and so on are considered quite good and competitive, this shows that SMEs can adapt to compete in the culinary subsector

Abstract

Payment transactions using financial technology products have become a habit for payment transactions today. Fintech is a financial service that uses information technology and can systematically change business models, especially payment transactions. This study aimed to find out how students are interested in using fintech payments. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Kadiri University, with a total of ninety students as respondents. The analysis technique uses the Hierarchy of Effect Model with the stages of analysis of awareness, knowledge, liking, preference, conviction, and intention. The results of the study show that at each stage the response from respondents to fintech payments and the types of products is high, which means there is already awareness, knowledge, preferences, beliefs, and decisions to use products from fintech payments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of supervision, work environment, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Langsa Lama District Office. This research uses quantitative methods. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method. The sample in this study was 52 people, using a saturated sampling method, where the entire population would be sampled. In this research, data collection uses interview and questionnaire techniques, where the questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the t test on the supervision variable have an insignificant influence on employee performance at the Langsa Lama District Head Office, the work environment variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Langsa Lama District Head Office, and the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Langsa Lama Subdistrict Office. The results of the F test simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance at the Langsa Lama District Head Office. The conclusion of this research is that the low level of supervision that occurs at the Langsa Lama Subdistrict Office will result in performance decreasing, thereby causing the goals of the agency to not be achieved, therefore it is very necessary for leaders to be firm and pay attention to each employee's performance, and so Also, the working environment at the Langsa Lama District Head's Office is very good, where the conditions in the agency are all conducive and comfortable, so this is able to increase employees to obtain even better performance, and the organizational commitment that every employee of the Office has. The Langsa Lama sub-district head is in the high category, this can be seen from the contribution and readiness of the employees to carry out their work which is always completed well and the level of employee desire to always stay with the agency is very large.  Keywords: Supervision, Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Attitude is a combination of motivation, emotion, and perception of an aspect of an individual's life. Consumer attitude is an emotional expression of consumers that shows whether consumers like an object or not so that attitudes can describe the level of consumer confidence in products or services. Consumer attitudes on tourism service attributes describe what priority attributes are taken into consideration in choosing and visiting tourist sites. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer attitudes towards the Langsa hutan lindung park tourism services. This research is a quantitative descriptive using Fishbein's multi-attribute method. Fishbein's Multiattribute Model can measure consumer attitudes using three components: the level of importance, trust, and attitude evaluation. There are one hundred tourists who are visiting and selected using accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that research respondents have a positive attitude towards all fourteen attributes of protected forest tourism marketing services, and two of them are very positive about two attributes: the level of crime rate and the spacious parking lots.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketersediaan produk dan Kualitas Produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy di Kota Langsa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2). Ketersediaan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy di Kota Langsa, dimana dari uji t diperoleh nilai t sig 0,000. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy di Kota Langsa, dimana dari uji t diperoleh nilai t sig 0,002. Ketersediaan produk dan Kualitas Produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy di Kota Langsa, dimana dari uji F diperoleh nilai F sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Dari analisis koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa variabel ketersediaan produk dan Kualitas Produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy di Kota Langsa sebesar 50,3% sedangkan sisanya 49,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence digital literacy competence in students in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. This research found that at the Faculty of Economics, the University of Kadiri, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the number of respondents was one hundred students. The analysis used Confirmatory Factor Analysis, the results of the study show that three factors that influence the level of digital literacy competence of students, including 1) Environmental support factors consisting of the campus environment and family roles, 2) Socio-economic conditions factors which include individual financial conditions and criticality of the media, and 3) The intensity factor of media use which includes the use of digital media in daily activities and completion of academic tasks

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment, apparatus motivation and reporting systems on the accountability of village fund management in Seruway District. The sample in this study consisted of 60 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The regression equation in this study is Y = 4.117 + 0.291X1 + 0.165 X2 + 0.498X3. Organizational commitment, apparatus motivation and the reporting system simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management in the village government in Seruway District. From the coefficient of determination test, it can be explained that the variables of organizational commitment, apparatus motivation and reporting system influence the accountability of village fund management in the village government in Seruway District by 51.5%, while the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
