Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence digital literacy competence in students in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. This research found that at the Faculty of Economics, the University of Kadiri, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the number of respondents was one hundred students. The analysis used Confirmatory Factor Analysis, the results of the study show that three factors that influence the level of digital literacy competence of students, including 1) Environmental support factors consisting of the campus environment and family roles, 2) Socio-economic conditions factors which include individual financial conditions and criticality of the media, and 3) The intensity factor of media use which includes the use of digital media in daily activities and completion of academic tasks

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment, apparatus motivation and reporting systems on the accountability of village fund management in Seruway District. The sample in this study consisted of 60 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The regression equation in this study is Y = 4.117 + 0.291X1 + 0.165 X2 + 0.498X3. Organizational commitment, apparatus motivation and the reporting system simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management in the village government in Seruway District. From the coefficient of determination test, it can be explained that the variables of organizational commitment, apparatus motivation and reporting system influence the accountability of village fund management in the village government in Seruway District by 51.5%, while the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

Digitalization is a must to maintain business consistency In the era of pandemics and technological advance. The culinary sector in Langsa City continues to grow, with a wide market ranging from students, students, and households, to industry causing several culinary destinations such as traditional and modern cafes to gain public interest. This study aims to analyze 1) How to adapt the digital transformation of SMEs in the culinary sub-sector in Langsa City, and 2) How is the creativity of the culinary sub-sector actors in the digital transformation adaptation period. This research method was descriptive and quantitative. The respondents of this research are one hundred people who are culinary consumers of Langsa city. Two aspects were measured in the research: digital transformation and innovation carried out by culinary SMEs. The results show that the Culinary SMEs in Langsa City has adapted to digital transformation in their business well. Culinary SMEs show that they have been innovating and being creative in the products offered. Product innovations ranging from taste, packaging, size, and so on are considered quite good and competitive, this shows that SMEs can adapt to compete in the culinary subsector.

Abstract

Abstract:This study sought to ascertain how incentives, job training, and work discipline affected the performance of PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang staff. 43 PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang permanent employees form the saturated sample for this study. Multiple linear regression analysis and the traditional assumption test were utilized in the data analysis approach. The coefficient of determination test, t test, and F test were then employed as a proof of hypothesis. According to the results of the coefficient of determination test, 59.2% of the performance factors of the PERUMDA Air Drinking Tirta Tamiang employees may be explained by work discipline, job training, and incentives, while 40.8% can be impacted by other variables not included in this study. The outcomes of the The t-test results demonstrate that work discipline, job training, and incentives all significantly affect how well PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang personnel perform. The f test results show that incentives, job training, and work discipline all have a major impact on how well employees perform at PERUMDA Water Drinking Tirta Tamiang.Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Training, Incentives and Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivational factors consisting of transformational leadership, work motivation, and career development on employee performance at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises in Langsa City. The census technique was used in this study, with the research respondents totaling fifty-five respondents with State Civil Apparatus status, with leaders excluded from the sample. The data analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear regression equation. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has no significant effect on performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and HR development significantly affects performance.Keywords: Transformational leadership. Abstract

Increasing the competence of graduates is one of the Merdeka campus programs contained in key performance indicators 1 and 2, namely obtaining decent work and experience outside the campus. Preparing the competence of graduates, the Physical Education study program conducts physical fitness gymnastics training in collaboration with the Aceh Provincial Dispora. The activity was carried out for three days at the Multipurpose Building of Universitas Samudra, from February 1 to 3, 2024. The method of implementing activities uses participatory Action Research (PAR) with five stages: Planning, Implementation, Analysis, Action, and Sustainability. Activities include initial tests, material submission, practice tests, evaluations, and recommendations. There were 30 participants in physical education at FKIP Universitas Samudra semester IV. The assessment results of the guide resource persons showed that 13 categories were excellent, 14 were good, and three were in the sufficient category. Participants with good categories totalling 13 people are recommended to become trainers in campus environments, gymnastics studios in Langsa City, and government and private institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh kualitas layanan, lokasi, dan fasilitas terhadap loyalitas konsumen mini soccer di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 96 responden dengan frekuensi kunjungan minimal satu kali atau lebih. metode analisis memakai regresi linier berganda, uji t,uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan Y = 1,650 + 0,224X1 + 0,264X2 + 0,443X3. Dari uji t menyatakan faktor kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada loyalitas konsumen mini soccer di Kota Medan, lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen mini soccer di Kota Medan, dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen mini soccer di Kota Medan. Hasil uji F menyatakan kualitas layanan, lokasi dan fasilitas secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen mini soccer di Kota Medan. Dari uji koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) diperoleh nilai 0,836 atau sebesar 83,6% hal ini berarti variabel kualitas layanan, lokasi dan fasilitas mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen mini soccer di Kota Medan. Untuk sisanya 16,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Puskesmas Langsa Baro Kota Langsa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil untuk variabel etos kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa etos kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Peningkatan pelayanan puskesmas sangat dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang melekat pada pegawai. Maka diperlukan strategi pengembangan SDM tidak hanya berfokus pada lingkungan kerja dan etos kerja namun juga memperhatikan beban kerja pegawai supaya tidak ada penurunan kepuasan kerja pegawai puskesmas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Keumuneng Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Keumuneng Kota Langsa yang berjumlah 139 orang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik simple random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 103 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana yang didukung oleh uji asumsi klasik, uji t, serta uji koefisien korelasi dan determinasi dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,435 mengindikasikan bahwa variabel pelatihan kerja berkontribusi sebesar 43,5% terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, sedangkan 56,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa program pelatihan kerja yang efektif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen perusahaan disarankan untuk mengembangkan strategi pelatihan yang berkelanjutan dan relevan guna mengoptimalkan potensi karyawan serta meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan.
