Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu pilar dari perekonomian Indonesia yang dapat bertahan pada masa krisis moneter dan pandemic Covid 19. Namun, meski demikian masih terdapat UMKM yang belum berdaya saing. Hal ini dikarenakan salah satunya oleh tingkat produktivitas yang tidak terpenuhi, antara lain dipengaruhi oleh keterampilan tenaga kerja dan penggunaan alat tradisional atau manual. Mitra pengabdian ini berjumlah satu UMKM yang bernama UMKM Letisya Shop di Karangawen Demak Jateng, yang merupakan produsen bawang goreng dengan kendala yang sama, yaitu produktivitas yang tidak terpenuhi karena masih menggunakan alat pemotong bawang merah manual atau pisau, dan kendala pemasaran yang masih tradisional. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu pendampingan manajemen pada proses produksi dan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pendampingan dan pelatihan serta pendekatan ergonomi. Pendekatan pendampingan dan pelatihan digunakan dalam peningkatan produktivitas dan peningkatan penjualan. Pendekatan ergonomi digunakan untuk menilai postur atau posisi kerja karyawan pengiris bawang merah dan mendesain mesin pengiris bawang merah. Hasil Pendampingan manajemen dari tim Universitas Muria Kudus atas masalah tidak terpenuhinya produktivitas dan pemasaran Mitra tersebut diatas dilakukan dengan pemberian alat pengiris bawang yang ergonomis guna dapat memberikan kenyamanan bagi karyawan sehingga meningkatkan produksi jumlah bawang yang diiris dengan lebih rapi dan ketebalan yang presisi. Selain itu, pendampingan pemasaran dilakukan pada aspek digital marketing untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasarannya. Sehingga dengan jumlah konsumen yang lebih luas, maka produktivitas akan meningkat. Sebelum dilakukan pendampingan, pengirisan bawang masih manual dan cakupan pemasaran hanya di Demak. Setelah dilakukan pendampingan, Mitra menggunakan mesin pengiris sehingga lebih efisien dan lebih produktif. Mitra juga memiliki perluasan pasar hingga Semarang, Kudus, dan Pati

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of career development on Employee Performance at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Analyzing the influence of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Analyzing the influence of Career Development on Work Motivation at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Analyzing the influence of Organizational Commitment on Work Motivation at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Analyzing the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The sample was 126 employees at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia and sampling use purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM-AMOS. The results of this research show that Career Development has a positive and not significant effect on Employee Performance at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Organizational Commitment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta by Delicia. Career Development has a significant positive effect on Work Motivation at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Organizational Commitment has a  positive and not significant effect on Work Motivation. Work Motivation has a positive significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation is unable to mediate the relationship between Career Development variables and Employee Performance. Work Motivation is unable to mediate the relationship between the Organizational Commitment variable and Employee Performance.

Abstract

One of the most significant industries supporting a nation's economy is the tourist sector. Religious tourism is one type of travel that has a big financial influence on the neighborhood. The increasing number of visitors and their intention to return to the tourist destination are indicators of the industry's success. For instance, there has been a noticeable annual growth in the number of tourists visiting Central Java. The Kudus Regency, also referred to as the cities of Santri and Kretek, is located in the Central Java Province. Menara Kudus religious tourism is one among the tourist attractions in Kudus Regency. In contrast to the Colo Tourist Attraction in 2021, the Menara Kudus Tour is currently seeing a decline in visitors. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how WOM and Tourist Emotion affect Menara Kudus' destination image and how much it influences travelers' intentions to return. This study employs a quantitative methodology and surveys Menara Kudus tourists with a questionnaire. The tool or method Smart-PLS 3.0 was used to evaluate the data. Purposive sampling was utilized to choose the sample for this study, which included 132 respondents who visited Menara Kudus. According to the research's findings, (1) Tourist Emotions have a positive impact on destination image; (2) word-of-mouth (WOM) has a positive impact on destination image; (3) Tourist Emotions do not have a positive or significant impact on the Revisit Intention; (4) WOM has a positive impact on the Revisit Intention; and (5) destination image has a positive impact on the Revisit Intention.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and distribution channel strategy on entrepreneurial success with competitive advantage as mediation in the Muria coffee center Kudus, Central Java, Indonesia. This research is descriptive statistically by testing hypotheses. The sample was 110 business actors. Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling The data collection used in this study is a questionnaire method. Test Instruments use validity tests, reliability tests, and normality tests. Analysis of data used Structural Equation Modeling operated through the AMOS program. The results are entrepreneurial orientation does not have a significant direct effect on competitive advantage. Distribution channel strategy directly affects competitive advantage, and entrepreneurial orientation has no significant direct effect on entrepreneurial success. Distribution channel strategy has a direct effect on entrepreneurial success. Competitive advantage has a direct effect on entrepreneurial success. Competitive advantage can mediate the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial success, and competitive advantage can mediate the influence of distribution channel strategy on entrepreneurial success as partial mediation.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic going on for an entire year in 2020 has impacted many aspects of life in Indonesia. This situation forces us as social creatures to find new ways to socialize, work, and perform various daily activities safely. The impact of social distancing concept makes industry players or SMEs in 2021 must be able to respond to what the community needs directly by changing the business model, including SMEs renting party equipment and tents. Marketing that has been done offline needs to be changed by using digital marketing media, which is currently very influential in the business world. Through Instagram, SME players can take advantage of various marketing features that can attract many prospective strategic consumers more efficiently and effectively to be implemented during this pandemic. The selection of Tembalang District as a target group in community service because Tembalang District is the 2nd district with the most significant number of SMEs in Semarang City.

Abstract

Ethics-based marketing and religiosity are currently in the spotlight, particularly in communities where Sharia marketing strategies are crucial. This study aims to analyze the effect of Halal productservice innovation and brand religiosity marketing communication on ensuring customer satisfaction through competitive advantage. This study’s research object is Muslimah fashion products in Central Java, Indonesia, which we examine through a sample of 338 respondents who answered an online questionnaire. The study used structural equation modelling and statistical techniques to examine the positive and substantial effects of Halal productservice innovation and brand religious marketing communication on competitive advantage and customer happiness. Competitive advantage can act as a mediator in achieving customer satisfaction. Marketers must comprehend the impact of religiosity on consumer behavior, to effective marketing strategies that resonate with religious values and beliefs, particularly in markets with strong religious affiliations.

Abstract

The readiness of human resources is the most critical support in developing halal tourism. Competence of human resources as strength. Several studies have used social cognitive theory in building human competence. However, it is rare to use a social cognitive theory approach to work as worship. This study aims to determine the achievement of human development competencies in Halal Tourism. This study uses a social cognitive theory approach with Islamic values, namely Islamic Self-Efficacy. The number of samples in this study was 96 respondents who came from the tourism-driving community in Terban Kudus. The analysis used multiple regression with SPSS to test the effect of Islamic self-efficacy on human resource competence. As a result, it is known that the behavior of believing in destiny, halal knowledge, and workplace spirituality simultaneously and partially affect the competence of halal tourism ambassadors. This study reveals the existence of Islamic Self-efficacy in building human resource competence in the field of halal tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan strategi saluran distribusi terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan dengan keunggulan bersaing sebagai mediasi pada sentra kopi muria kudus. Penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif statistik dengan menuji hipotesis. Sampel sebanyak 110 orang pelaku usaha. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling Pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner. Uji Instrumen menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, dan uji normalitas. Analisis data yang digunakan (SEM) Structual Equatuion Modeling yang di operasikan melalui program AMOS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap keunggulan bersaing,(2) strategi saluran distribusi berpengaruh langsung terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (3) orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan,(4) strategi saluran distribusi berpengaruh langsung terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan, (5) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh langsung terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan. Keunggulan bersaing mampu menjadi mediasi dari pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan dan keunggulan bersaing mampu menjadi mediasi pengaruh strategi saluran distribusi terhadap keberhasilan kewirausahaan tetapi pengaruhnya lemah.Kata kunci : Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Strategi Saluran Distribusi, Keberhasilan Kewirausahaan, Keunggulan Bersaing

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of online customer reviews and brand image on purchasing decisions with consumer trust as an intervening variable at VJO Café and Bistro. The population in this study were customers of VJO Café and Bistro Kudus. The sample consisted of 120 respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling. The research results show that online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, consumer trust has an effect positive and significant on purchasing decisions. Consumer trust can be a mediating variable in the relationship between online customer reviews and purchasing decisions, and consumer trust can be a mediating variable in the relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Purpose: Assistance activities to achieve economic self-sufficiency that is based on food resilience. Cultivating plants such as chilies, eggplants, tomatoes and the technique of cultivating plants in buckets is believed to bring benefits. With the presence of food plants, we can provide a healthy food supply that is easily accessible, affordable and nutritious. Not only that, food security can have an impact on economic independence. Research methodology: This service activity includes counseling in the form of lectures which aims to enrich food plant literacy. Followed by cultivation practices using the method of cultivating plants in buckets. To provide motivation, seeds are given as a form of stimulant and trigger for program sustainability. The targets for this activity are residents of Dersalam, Bae District, Kudus Regency, Central Java. Results: Increasing partners' economic self-sufficiency through food resilience and the success of the program can be seen in the level of expenditure of partners who previously had to spend at least an average of IDR 5,000 per day per family to buy vegetables and catfish. Limitations: This activity is limited to certain plants, such as eggplant, chilies, mustard greens, tomatoes and kale. Contribution: a food resilience-based approach has a key role in increasing community economic self-sufficiency. The implementation of activities focuses on counseling and assistance to achieve economic self-sufficiency, with an emphasis on plant literacy, land preparation, plant selection, and the use of organic fertilizer.
