Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh media strip story terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar IPS pada kelas V A, dapat diketahui bahwa pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan diberikan Media Pembelajaran Strip Story terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung pada ranah kognitif.Hal ini dapat ditunjukan dalam pembelajaran kelas V A dengan penggunaan Media Strip Story, Hasil Belajar IPS dalam materi kerajaan hindu budha di indonesia memiliki kualifikasi “Baik” dengan rata-rata 81,04 yang artinya Media Pembelajaran Strip Story efektif di gunakan untuk mata Pelajaran IPS. Berdasarkan kesimpulan, maka peneliti memberikan beberapa saran diantaranya sebagai berikut yaitu sebagai seorang guru harus terus memperbarui kreativitas, pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang cukup tentang media pembelajaran maupun komponen-komponen lain dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Augmented Reality-based mathematics poster is one of the media for learning mathematics with the use of technology. The rapid development of technology requires education to innovate learn-ing devices with technology, this learning media is made as a form of developing technolo-gy-based learning tools that are in accordance with educational needs. This study aims to deter-mine the feasibility and effectiveness of mathematical posters on building materials using Aug-mented Reality (AR). The subjects of this study were students of Class X SMA. This type of re-search ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of this study show that the Mathematics Poster for Building Spaces with Augmented Reality is "Very Appropriate" with a value given by Design and Technology experts in the "Good" category with a feasibility presentation of 89% in the "Eligible" category. The results of the validation of mathema-ticians in the "Very Good" category and a feasibility presentation rate of 93% in the "Very Eligible" category. The results of the teacher assessment are in the "Very Good" category and the feasibility presentation rate is 94% with the "Very Eligible" category. And based on the results of the pretest and posttest, it was found that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in the material of building space.

Abstract

Kompetensi profesional bagi seorang guru atau pendidik adalah sebuah tuntutan sebagai profesinya, bukan hanya menguasai materi yang akan diajarkan namun harus memahami tentang pengelolaan pembelajaran atau pengelolaan kelas. Pengelolaan kelas adalah keterampilan guru untuk menciptakan dan memelihara kondisi belajar yang optimal dan mengembalikannya saat terjadi gangguan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana cara guru PAUD dalam mengelola kelas yang menyenangkan di TK Al Rizkika Natar Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan kelas di TK Al Rizkika Natar Lampung Selatan sudah memenuhi standar yang baik karena pengelolaan kelas di TK Al Rizkika Natar Lampung Selatan dapat diketahui bahwa menguasai materi, struktur, dan pola pikir keilmuan mata pelajaran yang di ampu di lakukan dengan cara mengamati peserta didik dalam menguasai aspek-aspek penting dari suatu pelajaran dan meningkatkan minat serta perhatian peserta didik terhadap pelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of principal leadership on teachers' work motivation. Leadership is an important social process to achieve the common good in society, including in education. Government Regulation No 32 of 2013 stipulates eight education standards, including educator competency standards. This research focuses on how much influence the principal's leadership has on teachers' work motivation at Primary School 11st Tulang Bawang Tengah. This research is a quantitative study using a correlational research design, while the data analysis technique uses normality test and product moment correlation. The results of this study found that the principal's sample on 10 teachers who were sampled obtained an average value of 70, median of 72.625, mode of 72 with a standard deviation of 13.265. While the results of teacher work motivation from the data obtained an average value of 77.8, a median of 77.5, a mode of 74.5, and a standard deviation of 27.72. Testing the product moment correlation rxy = 0.976 is greater than rtabel so it is known that at the 5% significance level = 0.444 and at the 1% significance level = 0.561, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The future of a nation is tied to the quality of its education, which teachers play a crucial role in realising. This study analyses the principal's role in improving teacher discipline and motivation at Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School, and its effect on the quality of education. The study used qualitative research methodology, utilising literature review and interviews as the main tools for data collection and analysis in exploring the principal's role in improving teachers' discipline and motivation at Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School. The findings show that principals have an important role in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating teachers through various strategies, such as building a positive school culture, recognising performance, providing self-development opportunities, and providing support in facing teaching challenges. At Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School, the principal has shown her commitment through various efforts, such as regular meetings, training, clear rules and rewards. These efforts show the principal's commitment to improving the quality of education at Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School. Success in improving teacher discipline and motivation will have a positive impact on the quality of learning and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and determine the level of physical fitness in extracurricular pencak silat students. The approach used in this research is descriptive. The method used in this research is quantitative method. This research was conducted by students. The data in this study were obtained through the TKJI test. The results showed that the level of physical fitness of students who participated in extracurricular pencak silat students was in the excellent category 0 students or (0%), good category 0 students or (0%), moderate category 0 students or (0%), poor category 27 students or (88.8%), very poor category 3 students or (11.1%). The level of physical fitness of students who take part in extracurricular pencak silat students is mostly in the less category, namely 88.8%. This shows that the level of physical fitness of extracurricular pencak silat students is in the less category. The level of physical fitness is closely related to pencak silat extracurricular achievements, so teachers or extracurricular trainers should pay attention to training programmes for the quality of physical fitness as a support for achieving better student achievement. To researchers who will conduct similar research can continue this research by linking the achievements of students who take part in pencak silat extracurriculars to other variables

Abstract

This article wants to discuss the basic concepts of work ethics in Islamic Perspective and its Implementation in Islamic Bank Marketing. This is important to do because ethics is one of the components that must exist in various activities including in the field of marketing in order to produce various benefits for various parties, and not harm other parties. The method used is a literature study. The data used in this research comes from library data, such as books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents and other relevant data. The results of this research show that work ethics is something that is very important in work. Ethics guide, encourage and direct work attitudes and behaviour to values that are in line with religious teachings, legal and societal norms. Islamic bank marketing work ethics in principle aims to ensure the embedding of seeds of professionalism, sincerity, harmony and creating justice in public relations, thereby increasing dignity, and upholding human rights such as when carrying out promotions must use soft words, be polite and full of responsibility, be professional, transparent and the position of consumers or customers is placed as equal as partners. Being wise to competitors and the work culture created is different from conventional institutions.

Abstract

Gross motor development in early childhood plays an important role in the process of their growth and development, one way to improve gross motor development is through playing. The traditional game of coconut shell stilts has the potential to provide useful motoric stimulus for early childhood. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the traditional game of coconut shell stilts on gross motor development of group B early childhood at Padma Mandiri Kindergarten Kedaton Bandar Lampung in the 2022/2023 school year. This research is a quantitative research in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Designs experiments. The population of this study amounted to 12 children. Determination of the sample was carried out using saturated sampling, as many as 12 children. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, documentation, and tests. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be seen that based on the calculation of the t test, it is obtained that t count is 17.683 which is greater than t table 2.201 and it is determined that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because t count > t table, namely 17.683 > 2.201. So it can be proven that there is a significant influence between playing stilts on the gross motor development of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of applying learning media using literacy trees on the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Way Lima, Pesawaran District. This research is a quantitative research with the type of pre-experimental design that uses the form of one group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Way Lima, Pesawaran Regency. Determination of the sample with saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques and data collection instruments using observation, documentation and testing techniques. The data analysis technique used was the t-test (paired sample t test) for the same sample with different treatments (pre-test post-test) with tcount < ttable with a value of 0.003 <0.05. This proves that there is an effect of applying literacy tree media to the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Way Lima, Pesawaran Regency.

Abstract

The aims of this research was to describe the development of independence in early childhood. In more detail, an overview, and description of independent abilities is obtainde 3 children at TK Amarta Tani HKTI Bandar Lampung. This research was conducted in class B2 at TK Amarta Tani HKTI Bandar Lampung. This research used a qualitative approach, with 3 children as the subject. Collecting data using the method of ebservation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis and validity test used triangulation. Based on the results of research conducted at TK Amarta Tani HKTI Bandar Lampung, KYA has not been independent in the aspects of development of emotional and cognitive independence, MS still has not show independence in the aspects of emotional independence, and MA is not yet independent in the aspects of cognitive independence.
