Abstract

Sebagai generasi muda harus memiliki bekal kreativitas, inovatif, kecerdasan dan ketrampilan yang dapat bermanfaat bagi lingkungan disekitar mereka. Sebagai generasi muda yang berkarakter maka harus mampu memiliki mental yang kokoh dalam menghadapi berbagai problematika yang terjadi di masyarakat. Karakter saja tidak cukup bagi generasi muda, tetapi harus bisa berfikir kreatif dan inovatif melalui program kewirausahaan. Karena saat ini lapangan di dunia kerja sudah mulai penuh maka generasi muda tidak harus mencari kerja tetapi harusnya merekalah yang membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Jadi pembinaan generasi muda untuk program kewirausahaan juga perlu dan penting untuk diberikan kepada generasi muda. Materi yang disampaikan oleh tim pelaksana program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini akan menginisiasi mitra untuk menjadi wirausahawan/ti yang berkarakter, maka ada beberapa bidang keilmuan yang akan diberikan yaitu ilmu berwirausaha, ilmu manajerial (POAC), proses produksi hingga proses penjualan, kepemimpinan, ilmu keorganisasian, ilmu kerajinan, kesenian, sinergy building dan ilmu pembudidayaan untuk dapat memberikan masukan atau ide kepada mitra terkait bidang usaha apa saja yang dapat mereka lakukan nantinya.

Abstract

The Industry 4.0 era has brought profound changes in the way businesses and organizations operate. The development of information and communication technology has enabled the application of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, the internet of things, and automation which have fundamentally changed the business landscape. In this context, human resource management (HR) faces new, unprecedented challenges and opportunities. In the Industry 4.0 era, HR not only has to manage the human workforce but also has to integrate increasingly sophisticated technology. This requires a thorough understanding of the technology used as well as the ability to select, implement and manage relevant technology solutions. On the other hand, the Industry 4.0 era also opens up great opportunities to increase the efficiency and productivity of human resource management. This research emphasizes the importance of progressive and innovative human resource management to face the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities brought by the Industry 4.0 era. Through a combination of technology and human intelligence, organizations can gain a competitive advantage and create a dynamic and responsive workplace in the digital era.

Abstract

The increase in insurance throughout 2022-2023 has been a remarkable achievement. This result states that people are increasingly realizing the importance of life insurance as a form of future financial planning. Every company has a goal to succeed, one way for a company to survive is to improve its performance, especially in the field of HR (human resources). Employee performance is influenced by several factors such as compensation and leadership. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation and leadership on employee performance. The method used is comparative causality, which is to investigate possible causal relationships based on observations of existing effects and using certain data to find facts that have the potential to cause causation. Based on the research results, compensation has a positive influence on employee performance at PT AJS Bumiputera Syariah Yogyakarta, leadership has a positive influence on employee performance at PT AJS Bumiputera Syariah Yogyakarta, compensation and leadership have a positive influence on employee performance

Abstract

Discussing the issue of gender equality in human resource management (HR) in Indonesia. Gender equality is achieved when there is no discrimination between men and women, and both have equal access, the opportunity to participate, control development, and enjoy the same benefits and fairness in development. Although Indonesia has applied the principle of equality between men and women in front of the law, women are still far behind in various aspects that require special attention. Negative attitudes towards female workers, especially middle-class women, began to change after independence. But there is still a tendency to judge women based on their weaknesses. Women's participation in the labor force is increasing, which also contributes to Indonesia's development. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of clarifying and clarifying the subject matter of research, while gender analysis is a method or tool used to identify gender differences by analyzing data, facts, and information about gender.

Abstract

performance in the Industry 4.0 era. This era is characterized by dramatic changes in industry driven by the integration of digital technology into the work environment. The main focus in this article is how organizations can design adaptive and innovative HR management strategies, enabling employees to adapt to rapid technological changes. The research method used is descriptive analysis which prioritizes the decomposition of data obtained through literature studies originating from books, research and recent journals which are then formulated for analysis to form valid research results. The practical implication of HR management strategies in Industry 4.0 is to create a work environment that supports innovation, employee motivation and continuous performance improvement in increasingly complex business competition.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan yang efektif di tempat kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan produktivitas karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang telah terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kepemimpinan memiliki peran yang krusial dalam membentuk kepuasan dan produktivitas karyawan di suatu organisasi. Salah satu jenis kepemimpinan yang telah banyak diteliti adalah kepemimpinan transformational. PT. Interma Trikencana Bersinar Medan adalah perusahaan yang memiliki komitmen untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan dan produktivitas karyawan di PT. IntermA Trikencana Bersinar Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dan wawancara kepada karyawan dan manajemen perusahaan.

Abstract

Market-driven strategies contribute to the segmentation of the target market and determine positions against alternatives to build a company's competitive advantage. Strategic market segmentation is used by many companies to understand how customers' needs and the desire that vary to design effective marketing strategies. In addition, the application of grouping and predictive modeling provides an understanding to project managers to create loyalty or advanced programs that require a more specific approach to specific customers. This research aims to reveal the influence of market orientation on marketing performance, marketing performance on competitive advantage, market orientation to competitive advantage and the role of marketing performance mediating the influence of market orientation on competitive advantage. The data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. Hypotheses are tested with path analysis techniques and Sobel tests. The results of hypothesis testing show that all the suggested hypotheses are accepted. Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, marketing performance has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and marketing performance is able to mediate the influence of market orientation on competitive advantage.
