Abstract

Discussing the issue of gender equality in human resource management (HR) in Indonesia. Gender equality is achieved when there is no discrimination between men and women, and both have equal access, the opportunity to participate, control development, and enjoy the same benefits and fairness in development. Although Indonesia has applied the principle of equality between men and women in front of the law, women are still far behind in various aspects that require special attention. Negative attitudes towards female workers, especially middle-class women, began to change after independence. But there is still a tendency to judge women based on their weaknesses. Women's participation in the labor force is increasing, which also contributes to Indonesia's development. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of clarifying and clarifying the subject matter of research, while gender analysis is a method or tool used to identify gender differences by analyzing data, facts, and information about gender.

Abstract

performance in the Industry 4.0 era. This era is characterized by dramatic changes in industry driven by the integration of digital technology into the work environment. The main focus in this article is how organizations can design adaptive and innovative HR management strategies, enabling employees to adapt to rapid technological changes. The research method used is descriptive analysis which prioritizes the decomposition of data obtained through literature studies originating from books, research and recent journals which are then formulated for analysis to form valid research results. The practical implication of HR management strategies in Industry 4.0 is to create a work environment that supports innovation, employee motivation and continuous performance improvement in increasingly complex business competition.

Abstract

Market-driven strategies contribute to the segmentation of the target market and determine positions against alternatives to build a company's competitive advantage. Strategic market segmentation is used by many companies to understand how customers' needs and the desire that vary to design effective marketing strategies. In addition, the application of grouping and predictive modeling provides an understanding to project managers to create loyalty or advanced programs that require a more specific approach to specific customers. This research aims to reveal the influence of market orientation on marketing performance, marketing performance on competitive advantage, market orientation to competitive advantage and the role of marketing performance mediating the influence of market orientation on competitive advantage. The data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. Hypotheses are tested with path analysis techniques and Sobel tests. The results of hypothesis testing show that all the suggested hypotheses are accepted. Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, marketing performance has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and marketing performance is able to mediate the influence of market orientation on competitive advantage.

Abstract

In order for a company to be a place where people are continuously growing, it needs its employees to perform well and be motivated to work hard. There are numerous approaches to raising worker productivity. Rewarding employees when they achieve their goals and punishing them for carelessness at work are the best ways to raise employee performance. One strategy the company uses to constantly inspire its staff to perform at the highest level for the company is to give them rewards or penalties. This system of rewards and penalties is in place to keep pushing workers to deliver quality work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap tingkat disiplin kerja pada pekerja generasi milenial. Generasi milenial telah muncul sebagai kekuatan besar di pasar tenaga kerja, dan pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi disiplin kerja mereka menjadi penting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja yang kuat memiliki dampak positif pada tingkat disiplin kerja generasi milenial. Motivasi kerja dapat berasal dari berbagai sumber, termasuk kepuasan kerja, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, pengakuan, fleksibilitas, dan keseimbangan kerja-hidup. Pemimpin yang menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang inspiratif, mendukung, dan berperan sebagai model peran positif dapat memicu motivasi kerja yang tinggi pada pekerja milenial. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pola positif dalam hubungan antara motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan tingkat disiplin kerja generasi milenial. Pemimpin yang mampu menginspirasi, memberikan visi yang jelas, dan mendukung pertumbuhan pribadi mereka cenderung meningkatkan kinerja, kepatuhan, dan kualitas kerja pekerja milenial.

Abstract

The reason for this examination is to decide (1) the impact of work weight on representative execution, (2) the impact of work inspiration on representative execution, (3) the impact of work discipline on worker execution, (4)) to decide the effect of work weight on worker execution. ( 4) the impact of the three factors on representative execution; This examination is quantitative exploration. Quantitative examination is an exploration strategy that concentrates on a specific populace or test utilizing research techniques in view of representative information from the Sudhiroprajan Locale Office. The finish of this examination is: The t test shows that work pressure, work inspiration, and work discipline together impact representative execution. Abstract

Unsur dengan adanya penelitian ini ialah guna mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi dampak keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kesehatan mental karyawan terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja saat terjadi pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah survei literatur, ada dipilih enam jurnal penelitian terbaru asal Indonesia yang mengangkat topik yang sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance dan kesehatan mental karyawan memberi pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja. Karyawan yang mempunyai kesetimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kesehatan mental baik akan bekerja dengan baik dan menjadi puas dengan pekerjaannya. Menurut penelitian ini, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kesehatan mental karyawan guna meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pembahasan lebih lengkap dibutuhkan untuk pemahaman lebih dengan bagaimana perusahaan dapat mendorong kesetimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kesehatan mental pekerja.
