Abstract

The increase in insurance throughout 2022-2023 has been a remarkable achievement. This result states that people are increasingly realizing the importance of life insurance as a form of future financial planning. Every company has a goal to succeed, one way for a company to survive is to improve its performance, especially in the field of HR (human resources). Employee performance is influenced by several factors such as compensation and leadership. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation and leadership on employee performance. The method used is comparative causality, which is to investigate possible causal relationships based on observations of existing effects and using certain data to find facts that have the potential to cause causation. Based on the research results, compensation has a positive influence on employee performance at PT AJS Bumiputera Syariah Yogyakarta, leadership has a positive influence on employee performance at PT AJS Bumiputera Syariah Yogyakarta, compensation and leadership have a positive influence on employee performance

Abstract

Discussing the issue of gender equality in human resource management (HR) in Indonesia. Gender equality is achieved when there is no discrimination between men and women, and both have equal access, the opportunity to participate, control development, and enjoy the same benefits and fairness in development. Although Indonesia has applied the principle of equality between men and women in front of the law, women are still far behind in various aspects that require special attention. Negative attitudes towards female workers, especially middle-class women, began to change after independence. But there is still a tendency to judge women based on their weaknesses. Women's participation in the labor force is increasing, which also contributes to Indonesia's development. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of clarifying and clarifying the subject matter of research, while gender analysis is a method or tool used to identify gender differences by analyzing data, facts, and information about gender.

Abstract

performance in the Industry 4.0 era. This era is characterized by dramatic changes in industry driven by the integration of digital technology into the work environment. The main focus in this article is how organizations can design adaptive and innovative HR management strategies, enabling employees to adapt to rapid technological changes. The research method used is descriptive analysis which prioritizes the decomposition of data obtained through literature studies originating from books, research and recent journals which are then formulated for analysis to form valid research results. The practical implication of HR management strategies in Industry 4.0 is to create a work environment that supports innovation, employee motivation and continuous performance improvement in increasingly complex business competition.

Effective inventory management is very important for companies to meet consumer demand on time and at low cost. An approach that can be used to optimize inventory management is to implement supply chain technology. This article discusses the concepts and benefits of supply chain technology as well as implementation steps to achieve supply chain optimization. Supply chain technology involves the efficient coordination of the various functions and entities involved in the supply chain, such as suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. Implementing supply chain technology can provide a number of significant benefits for companies, such as increasing operational efficiency, reducing costs, increasing customer satisfaction, and increasing supply reliability. Abstract

Abstrak. Salah satu faktor kunci untuk mempertahankan kinerja perusahaan bagi perusahaan mana pun adalah mempertahankan loyalitas dan retensi karyawan yang terampil dan berpengalaman. Oleh karena itu, mengungkapkan dari sisi faktor positif dan negatif yang mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan dan mengambil tindakan untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut telah menjadi aspek penting bagi perusahaan. Makalah ini dibuat bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana kepuasan karyawan berdampak pada loyalitas karyawan serta kinerja perusahaan perusahaan berdasarkan kasus dibeberapa perusahaan. Survei sampel melibatkan 50 karyawan dari 3 Perusahaan. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas karyawan dapat dipertahankan melalui peningkatan kepuasan karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini kepuasan karyawan dianggap sebagai variabel independen dan sebagai faktor penengah melayani loyalitas karyawan dan kinerja perusahaan dianggap sebagai variabel dependen. Oleh karena itu, uji reliabilitas, korelasi dan analisis regresi telah dilakukan untuk membuktikan hipotesis kami tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang puas cenderung loyal dan berkomitmen pada perusahaan serta berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Solidarity with human diversity in groups can be built when there is a connection to moral aspects. Morals can unite humans socially and be able to lead a person to have attitudes and actions to act wisely in order to avoid conflict, how is the conflict resolution education model based on Sabilulungan local wisdom values in building social cooperation skills competencies for elementary school students? Based on the formulation of the main problem, the research steps are elaborated into several sub questions as follows: How is the factual picture of social studies learning in elementary schools so far? How is conflict resolution education based on local wisdom sabilulungan in building the competence of cooperative skills of elementary school students? Social skills are an important part that a person needs in social life when interacting with others. Cartledge and Milburn (1992) state that social skills are the ability of a person or community member to establish relationships with others and the ability to solve problems so that they can adapt harmoniously to the surrounding community. This research and development produces a product model of Conflict Resolution Education Based on Sabilulungan Local Wisdom (PRK-BKLS) which produces a model syntax consisting of 5 (five) stages, namely: exploration, logical reasoning, consensus building, decision making, and conflict resolution reflection.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan pada Bisnis CV Second Motor. Wawan Motor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 20.00. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling, yaitu setiap individu memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk menjadi subjek penelitian. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini dapat dihitung menurut rumus Slovin, jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan teknik konsumsi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan penjualan pada diler mobil Wawan adalah strategi pemasaran perusahaan yang kurang baik. Dan dalam memasarkan produknya masih menggunakan cara tradisional melalui sistem tatap muka atau dari mulut ke mulut.

Abstract

The expansion of Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses (MSMEs) can have an impact on Indonesia's economic growth (MSMEs). Because MSME players lack the capacity to adapt new technology, new technology in the industrial era 4.0 is one of the barriers to the development of MSMEs in Indonesia.Due to the inability of MSME players to adapt new technologies, Indonesia. Sales information systems, social networking, and Google My Business are a few examples of technologies that MSME & SMEs may use to their advantage. These technologies can aid in sales, marketing, and customer communication. The aim of this study was to ascertain the extent to which MSMEs in Banyumas Regency employ information technology, including information systems, social media, and Google My Business. information technology's impact on Banyumas Regency MSMEs' success. The research approach employed is The findings demonstrated the significant growth of MSMEs using technologies like Tokopedia, Instagram, and Google Maps. Use of technologies like Tokopedia, Instagram, and Google Maps is expanding quickly. A combination of increased asset turnover and customer communication is made simpler. According to these findings, there is a high correlation between the two factors, suggesting that the usage of industrial information technology (IIT) 4.0 might influence MSMEs' development. in order to say that there is a substantial correlation between the two variables.
