Abstract

Employee self-efficacy is an important factor that contributes to employee performance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. This research aims to analyze leaders' strategies in growing employee self-efficacy at PT World Innovative Telecommunication Kediri. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The main informants in this research are trainer managers, supervisors and promoters who have an important role in implementing leadership strategies and establishing self-efficacy in the work environment. The data analysis technique consists of four main stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that leaders' strategies for cultivating self-efficacy in PT World Innovative Telecommunication Kediri employees include: communication, direct meetings, discussion forums, training, coaching and mentoring, financial and moral support, providing reminders. Several factors were found that strengthen and weaken the process of increasing self-efficacy. This research is important for creating the right strategy to support the growth of employee self-efficacy in the workplace so that it has an impact on improving employee performance and welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance with discipline as an intervening variable at PT Mekar Sari Mulya. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was obtained using probability sampling technique with random sampling approach. The population used was employees of PT Mekar Sari Mulya with a sample of 50 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire method. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that Reward has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Punishment has no effect on employee performance. Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Reward has a significant effect on employee performance through discipline. Punishment affects employee performance through discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to see the ability of the Current Ratio, Return on Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio on Profit Growth in the Ceramics, Glass and Porcelain Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2021. Using financial reports obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research results show that together the variables Current Ratio, Return On Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio have a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth. The coefficient of determination test shows that it is 40%, while the remaining 60% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Partially, the Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect of 0.0309 and the t-statistic is 2.336784. Partially Return On Assets has a positive and significant effect of 0.0051 and a t-statistic of 2.522635. And partially the Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect of 0.0117 and a t-statistic of 2.266093.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to examine the financial performance in PT Alba Putra Jombang Resident. This study used data from financial statement of the PT Alba Putra Jombang Resident this study also used 36 month financial statement as the sample. Field research was applied, data collection uses documentation technique. There is one statistical analysis used in this study, that is double regression linier with SPPS software. This study is used to analyse three variables, those are Operational Policy, Capital structure and financial performance.. The result of this study found that operational Policy and capital structure influence to financial performance of the firm during 2013 – 2015. The result also show that financial structure influence financial performance more than operational Policy is influencing financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to build a reporting environment based on models of environmental accounting reporting on RSUD Gambiran Kediri locations to determine the actual cost of the accounting treatment of the environment as a form of attention and concern and responsibility of the hospital against hospital waste management. The results of this study can be concluded that the hospital has the objective to provide comprehensive health services through promotion efforts (increased), prevention (prevention), and curative (treatment). As a form of regulation of the Minister of Health of Republic of. 986 / Menkes/Per/XI/1992 on Requirements for Environmental Health Hospital and the Decision of the Director General of PPM and LPM MOH on Requirements, Instructions, and Procedures for Environmental Health Hospital, the hospital established the Installation Environmental Health (IPL). Installation Environmental Health is a unit of applied non-structural organization in the hospital environment that is functional and technical elements of servant leadership is a hospital in planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating all activities in the field of environmental health / sanitation of the hospital and had a responsible position at the bottom and responsible to the Deputy Director of the hospital finance. Implementation of environmental accounting in hospitals has not been done. Of property in the form of waste processing machines are grouped in public infrastructure and facilities account and not depreciated since the beginning of the year the asset is operated. In a simple short-term review clearly the cost of environmental management will reduce the contribution the operation of hospitals. Environmental management activities conducted in hospitals have been proven true for the internal and external hospital, because of the dangers that may arise from the waste generated can be avoided so the hospital medical staff, patients, visitors and surrounding community can be assured. Construction of environmental accounting in the public sector is very difficult to set up yet because there is a separation allocation of environmental costs in separate accounts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of love of money, hedonistic lifestyle, and locus of control on the financial behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics, Kadiri Islamic University. The background of this research is based on the low level of saving awareness and the tendency toward consumptive behavior among students, which are influenced by psychological factors and lifestyle. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of students from the Faculty of Economics at Kadiri Islamic University, with samples selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that partially, love of money, hedonistic lifestyle, and locus of control had a significant effect on students’ financial behavior. A hedonistic lifestyle tended to have a negative effect on financial behavior, while locus of control had a positive effect in improving financial management abilities. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influenced students’ financial behavior.This research is expected to contribute to the development of financial management knowledge, particularly regarding students’ financial behavior, and to serve as a consideration for students in managing their finances more wisely.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of customer experience and perceived value on brand loyalty through customer satisfaction among Mie Gacoan consumers in Kediri City. A quantitative survey method was employed involving 170 respondents who had purchased Mie Gacoan products at least three times. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0. The findings reveal that perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Customer satisfaction also significantly influences brand loyalty and mediates the relationship between perceived value and brand loyalty. In contrast, customer experience does not significantly affect customer satisfaction or brand loyalty, either directly or indirectly. These results imply that strengthening perceived value through product quality, price fairness, and service consistency is more important in fostering satisfaction and sustaining brand loyalty at Mie Gacoan Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the risk variables as an intervening factor between external factors and leverage on the financial performance of banking companies in the Indonesian Capital Market. In this study, 45 banking sector companies became the population. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, so the samples were 5 companies for 3 years. The data analysis technique in this study uses SmartPLS. The results show that the t-count coefficient is greater than the t-table, indicating a significant effect of external factors on risk in the company. There is no significant effect of leverage on risk with a t-count value smaller than the t-table. External factors significantly affect financial performance, with a coefficient value of t-count greater than t-table. There is a significant effect of leverage on financial performance, with a t-count coefficient value more significant than the t-table. The risk significantly affects financial performance, with a t-count coefficient value more significant than the t-table.
