Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) report, corporate governance, financial performance, and the value of mining companies that go public. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The research data is in the form of annual resport, and financial statements of mining companies listed on the IDX from 2019 to 2022. The scope of the study includes various determining factors such as the quality and level of disclosure of the SDG report, the effectiveness of corporate governance mechanisms, and the combined influence of them on financial performance and company value. The findings show that two determining factors significantly affect the value of a company. SDG reports have a significant positive influence on financial performance but a non-significant positive effect on company value. Good Corporate Governance has a significant positive impact on financial performance but has a significant negative effect on the SDG report and company value. Financial performance, in turn, positively and significantly affects the value of a company.

Abstract

Public debt policy plays an important role in the Indonesian economy, especially in supporting development financing and maintaining fiscal stability. This study analyzes the long-term impact of public debt on macroeconomic stability, considering indicators such as economic growth, inflation, fiscal balance, exchange rate, and interest rate. This study uses secondary data from Bank Indonesia (BI), Ministry of Finance (MoF), Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (IBPS). Fund (IMF), and the World Bank to identify the relationship between debt policy and national economic stability. The results of the analysis show that although public debt can drive economic growth if used for productive investments such as infrastructure, education, and other strategic sectors, an increase in debt that is not managed properly risks causing fiscal imbalance, inflation, and dependence on foreign financing. The econometric model used in this study shows that Indonesia's economic growth tends to decline when the debt-to-GDP ratio increases significantly. In addition, fluctuations in the rupiah exchange rate and international interest rates also affect the amount of foreign debt payments. This study recommends a more transparent debt management policy that is oriented towards productive investment, diversification of financing sources to reduce exchange rate risk, and fiscal reform to increase state revenues and reduce dependence on debt. With the right strategy, public debt can function as an instrument of sustainable development without sacrificing long-term economic stability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh yang ada pada variabel modal kerja, piutang usaha, dan kebijakan hutang serta pengaruhnya pada rentabilitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar pada pasar modal Indonesia dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi data panel, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis. Hasil uji t variabel modal kerja menghasilkan nilai sig. 0.4601 > 0.05 yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara modal kerja terhadap rentabilitas, lalu hasil uji t variabel piutang usaha menghasilkan nilai sig. 0.9433 < 0.05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara piutang usaha terhadap rentabilitas dan variabel kebijakan hutang menghasilkan nilai sig. 0.2327 < 0.05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kebijakan hutang terhadap rentabilitas dan yang terakhir diikuti dengan hasil uji F menghasilkan f-statistik menunjukkan bahwa 0.615282 < 2.87 dengan tingkat prob (F-statistik) 0.739143 < 0.05 yang artinya secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan anatara modal kerja, piutang usaha,dan kebijakan hutang terhadap rentabilitas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of devidend policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity to firm value on insurance company listed on capital market indonesia in 2012-2016. Variabel in this study is devidend policy represented by devidend payout ratio, ownership strucktur represented by manajerial ownership and growth opportunity represented by asset growth then firm value represented by price book value. This study is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are 14 insurance companies listed on sahamok.com, the sample in this study chosen by purposive sampling method and obtained 6 compaanies according to the criteria established, so there are 30 financial statement are processed. This study using multiple regression analysis,t analysis, f analysis. The result this study show that variables devidend policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity have significant effect to firm value. Then variabel devidendd policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity jointly have influence to firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and dividend policy on stock price studies in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016. In this study profitability was measured using Basic Earning Power (BEP) dividend policy using Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and stock prices using the closing price (Closing price). The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016, while the samples in this study were food and beverage companies that met the research criteria so that as many as 6 companies were obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. The results of the study stated that Basic Earning Power (BEP) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) had a significant positive effect on stock prices. This means that Basic Earning Power (BEP) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have a relationship with stock prices, so the two ratios are also one aspect that needs to be taken into account when investing in shares.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in a company to achieve its goals. If the performance of employees is less than the maximum in the company it will affect several success factors that support employee performance. Some factors that support the success of employee performance are a work environment that is increasingly uncomfortable, job satisfaction within the company is not good, and also the employee's morale decreases when doing a job. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, and work morale on employee performance at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The sampling method uses simple random sampling, and the sampling technique is based on the table determining the number of ISSAC and Michael samples from a population of 135 employees in 2019, with an error rate of 10% obtained as many as 92 employees at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted with SPSS 16. The results of multiple regression analysis showed the equation Y = 4.682 + 0.177X1 + 0.404X2 + 0.147X3 which means that the work environment variables significantly influence employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.177, job satisfaction has an effect significant to employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.404. While the variable morale has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.147. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis conducted showed that the work environment (), job satisfaction () and morale () had significant and significant effects on employee performance (Y), and had a Determination Coefficient or R Square of 0.373 or 37.3%.

Abstract

Evaluation of communication strategies is very important to measure the success and follow-up of waste management programs by the Environmental Service (DLH) of Kediri Regency. The previous communication strategy evaluation model was considered ineffective and did not provide comprehensive information. This study aims to apply the AIDDA model ( Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action ) in waste management program evaluation activities in Kediri Regency based on the theory of environmental communication sociology. Researchers examine the comparison of communication strategy evaluation results before and after using the AIDDA model. In addition, assess community involvement and identify factors that influence the success of this model. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. The number of informants in this study was 6 people, namely 3 staff of the DLH PSLB3 division and 5 waste managers in five villages in Kediri Regency. The results of the study found that the evaluation of the AIDDA model communication strategy can ensure the effectiveness of communication, increase community participation, optimize resource use, improve program sustainability, and provide empirical evidence of the effectiveness of communication strategies. The results of this study can provide valuable information for DLH and stakeholders to design more effective communication strategy evaluations in waste management programs, environmental responsibility programs and sustainability support according to needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at CV Ar Royhan Tulungagung. The variables in this study are Work Discipline (X1), Compensation (X2), Work Environment (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). This study uses a quantitative method using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, literature studies and questionnaires. While the analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test and f test and coefficient of determination. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling by taking into account all employees of CV Ar Royhan totaling 80 people based on the results of the research conducted. The results of this study used the SPSS 25.0 program using a significance level of 5% or 0.05 with the results (1) partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means H1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. (2) Partially, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that H2 is accepted and Ho2 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, work discipline, compensation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Ha4 is accepted and Ho4 is rejected

Abstract

This study aims to implement Total Productive Maintenance at UD. Palapa to improve production efficiency and reduce machine downtime. The main problem faced is the high downtime of production machines, which disrupts the production process, decreases production capacity, and increases operational costs. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through direct observation, interviews with operators and management, and analysis of company documents related to machine maintenance schedules and downtime data. The analysis was carried out based on the TPM concept with a focus on three main pillars, namely autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, and training and education. The results of the study showed that the maintenance system implemented at UD. Palapa is still reactive, with maintenance only carried out after damage occurs. Operator participation in maintenance is still minimal, which has an impact on the low Overall Equipment Effectiveness value of 71%, far below the industry standard of 85%. Therefore, effective TPM implementation is expected to increase machine availability, reduce downtime, and increase productivity and product quality. As a recommendation, the implementation of TPM should be carried out in stages, starting with autonomous maintenance by operators, periodic training to improve operator understanding, and the implementation of planned maintenance schedules. Proper implementation will help UD. Palapa improve competitiveness and achieve higher production efficiency

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to use the six sigma approach to assess the quality of cracker manufacturing at UD. Palapa in Nganjuk Regency. This technology was chosen because it allows for quantitative measurement and analysis of product defect levels, as well as the identification of defect-causing variables. The study was carried out using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) steps and statistical methods such as Pareto diagrams, fishbone diagrams, and C-chart control charts. According to the research, the cracker manufacturing process at UD. Palapa has an average sigma value of 2.74, which is still below the six sigma (6σ) threshold.  This figure implies that the product fault rate remains fairly high.  The most common forms of faults are irregular shape and uneven thickness, which are mostly produced by machine, human, process, and raw material problems. C-chart analysis reveals that most processes are still under control, while there are a few spots beyond the control boundaries that indicate unique variances. Based on these data, it is possible to infer that UD. Palapa's quality control system is still reactive and has to be improved in order to be more proactive. Routine equipment maintenance, operator training, the introduction of standard operating procedures (SOP), and more stringent raw material selection are all possible efforts. Six Sigma deployment has been shown to provide a full view of production quality conditions, as well as a foundation for future continuous improvement programs.
