Abstract

Pengaruh dari variabel independen yang terdiri dari variabel struktur modal, kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Nilai perusahaan sangat penting karena menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan yang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi investor dan berdampak pada keinginan untuk berinvestasi.             Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling merupakan teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan atau kriteria tertentu. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil adalah data laporan keuangan periode 2016 hingga 2023 secara triwulan dengan banyak 32 sampel data. Data diperoleh dari web resmi perusahaan www.unilever.co.id. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kinerja keuangan perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan struktur modal, kinerja keuangan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hal tersebut diketahui dari hasil analisis signifikansi parameter individual dan signifikansi parameter simultan bahwasanya keseluruhan variabel independen memiliki nilai signifikan < 0,05 yang berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.

Abstract

Pengaruh dari variabel independen yang terdiri dari variabel struktur modal, profitabilitas dan likuiditas sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk. Memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan sangat penting artinya bagi perusahaan karena nilai perusahaan berarti memaksimalkan kemakmuran pemegang saham yang merupakan tujuan utama perusahaan. Penurunan nilai perusahaan sendiri dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Adanya faktor struktur modal, profitabilitas dan likuiditas maka dapat diketahui akan menaikkan nilai perusahaan atau menurunkan nilai perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel disesuaikan dengan tujuan penelitian yang telah ditentukan. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan yang dipublish selama tahun 2016 hingga 2023 di web resmi https://www.pkpk-tbk.co.id/. Sampel penelitian data yang digunakan sebanyak 32 sampel. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan struktur modal, profitabilitas dan likuiditas secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hal tersebut diketahui dari hasil analisis signifikansi parameter individual dan signifikansi parameter simultan bahwasanya keseluruhan variabel independen memiliki nilai signifikan < 0,05 yang berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of devidend policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity to firm value on insurance company listed on capital market indonesia in 2012-2016. Variabel in this study is devidend policy represented by devidend payout ratio, ownership strucktur represented by manajerial ownership and growth opportunity represented by asset growth then firm value represented by price book value. This study is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are 14 insurance companies listed on sahamok.com, the sample in this study chosen by purposive sampling method and obtained 6 compaanies according to the criteria established, so there are 30 financial statement are processed. This study using multiple regression analysis,t analysis, f analysis. The result this study show that variables devidend policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity have significant effect to firm value. Then variabel devidendd policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity jointly have influence to firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and dividend policy on stock price studies in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016. In this study profitability was measured using Basic Earning Power (BEP) dividend policy using Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and stock prices using the closing price (Closing price). The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016, while the samples in this study were food and beverage companies that met the research criteria so that as many as 6 companies were obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. The results of the study stated that Basic Earning Power (BEP) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) had a significant positive effect on stock prices. This means that Basic Earning Power (BEP) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have a relationship with stock prices, so the two ratios are also one aspect that needs to be taken into account when investing in shares.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in a company to achieve its goals. If the performance of employees is less than the maximum in the company it will affect several success factors that support employee performance. Some factors that support the success of employee performance are a work environment that is increasingly uncomfortable, job satisfaction within the company is not good, and also the employee's morale decreases when doing a job. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, and work morale on employee performance at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The sampling method uses simple random sampling, and the sampling technique is based on the table determining the number of ISSAC and Michael samples from a population of 135 employees in 2019, with an error rate of 10% obtained as many as 92 employees at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted with SPSS 16. The results of multiple regression analysis showed the equation Y = 4.682 + 0.177X1 + 0.404X2 + 0.147X3 which means that the work environment variables significantly influence employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.177, job satisfaction has an effect significant to employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.404. While the variable morale has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.147. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis conducted showed that the work environment (), job satisfaction () and morale () had significant and significant effects on employee performance (Y), and had a Determination Coefficient or R Square of 0.373 or 37.3%.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological advancement, business development requires the right strategies to attract customers through customer satisfaction. Therefore, research is needed to uncover whether interpersonal communication and service quality have a partial or simultaneous impact on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted in April 2023, with a sample of 95 respondents, customers of Hotel Front One Inn Kediri. A quantitative descriptive method was used in this research, involving data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis in this research included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results indicate that the interpersonal communication of employees with customers and the quality of service provided have a partial impact on Customer Satisfaction at Hotel Front One Inn Kediri. This is shown by the significance value below 0.05. Simultaneously, these variables are known to have an impact on customer satisfaction, with an influence of 27.3%. Hotel Front One Inn Kediri should provide training to its employees on effective communication with customers and how to provide the best service to customers, as it is evident that interpersonal communication and service quality have an impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract Manjah Tour & Travel provides travel services to various tourist destinations in Indonesia. The management of this bureau experienced difficulties in managing customer complaints, providing personal service, and retaining customers. This reduces customer satisfaction and the company's brand image. Customer database management is the key to the success of the tour and travel business. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to conduct customer database management training using CRM Spreadsheets to increase Manjah Tour and Travel customer satisfaction. The target of PKM activities is 10 employees in the Information Technology and Marketing fields. PKM activity methods consist of: 1) socialization, 2) training, 3) direct practice, and 4) evaluation of program sustainability. The results of PKM activities are in the form of increasing employee knowledge and skills in managing customer databases more effectively using CRM Spreadsheet. This activity is very useful in building stronger relationships with customers because it can provide more personalized service, increase customer satisfaction, improve the quality of decision making related to customer management so that it can improve service quality.   Abstrak Manjah Tour & Travel memberikan pelayanan perjalanan wisata ke berbagai destinasi wisata di Indonesia. Manajemen biro ini mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola keluhan pelanggan, memberikan pelayanan secara personal, dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Hal ini menurunkan kepuasan pelanggan dan brand image perusahaan. Pengelolaan database pelanggan adalah kunci keberhasilan bisnis tour dan travel. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan pengelolaan database pelanggan menggunakan CRM Spreadsheet untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan manjah tour and travel. Sasaran kegiatan PKM adalah karyawan bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Marketing sebanyak 10 orang. Metode kegiatan PKM terdiri dari : 1) sosialisasi, 2) pelatihan, 3) praktik langsung, dan 4) evaluasi keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan PKM berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan karyawan dalam melakukan pengelolaan database pelanggan secara lebih efektif menggunakan CRM Spreadsheet. Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam membangun hubungan yang lebih kuat dengan pelanggan karena dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih personal, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan terkait manajemen pelanggan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari variabel kredit bermasalah dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan BUMN yang terdaftar di Pasar Modal Indonesia Periode 2018-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor perbankan BUMN sebanyak 4 perusahaan, kemudian peneliti melakukan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan koefisien sebesar 0.123 dan nilai t statistik -3.043 ≥ nilai t tabel sebesar t tabel 1.960341 sehingga adanya pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara kredit bermasalah terhadap leverage. Adanya pengaruh negatif signifikan antara leverage terhadap profitabilitas dengan nilai koefisien 0.138 dan nilai t statistik sebesar -2.605 ≥ nilai t tabel sebesar t tabel 1.960341. Tidak adanya pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara kredit bermasalah terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai koefisien 0.109 dan nilai t statistik -1.726 ≥ nilai t tabel 1.960341. Adanya pengaruh positif signifikan antara leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai koefisien 0.133 dan nilai t statistik 1.969 ≤ nilai t tabel 1.960341. Adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai koefisien 0.146 dan nilai t statistik 2.054 ≥ nilai t tabel 1.960341.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work life balance and compensation on employee performance with employer branding as a moderating variable on Gen Z in Kediri City. This type of research is quantitative research with non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 100 respondents who are Gen Z in Kediri City who work as employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire method distributed online via google form. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that work life balanced has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at gen z in Kediri City. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at gen z in Kediri City. Work life balanced has a negative and significant effect on employee performance with employer branding as a moderating variable on gen z in Kediri City. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with employer branding as a moderating variable on gen z in Kediri City.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors that have a strategic role in driving national economic growth. One of the areas that has positive dynamics in the MSME sector is Kediri City, where the area has shown a significant increase in the number of MSMEs in recent years, based on this phenomenon, it is known that financial literacy has a significant influence in helping MSMEs manage their businesses sustainably through better investment decision making. investment decisions are also supported by the locus of control factor. Locus of control refers to an individual's belief about the extent to which an individual can control the results of their investment decisions. The data taken for this study were responses from participation, the responses were taken using a questionnaire method with a random sampling technique. The target in this study were MSME actors registered with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) Kediri. The data collection method was a questionnaire, and the data analysis method was a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of this study show a significant influence between risk perception on investment decisions, no significant influence between locus of control on investment decisions, no significant influence between risk perception on investment decisions with financial literacy as a moderating variable, no significant influence between locus of control on investment decisions with financial literacy as a moderating variable
