Organizational citizenship behaviour is the behavior of the extra that are not part of the formal obligations of an employee's work, but support the functioning of the organization effectively. This study aimed to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and Organizational citizenship behaviour. This research was conducted at the office of the Rector of Udayana University using sample that 57 non-government employees. Data were collected by interviews and questionnaires. Subsequently collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square. The Results of this study concluded that job satisfaction is significant positive effect on organizational commitment and Organizational citizenship behaviour. Other results also indicate that organizational commitment is a significant positive effect on Organizational citizenship behaviour. The implications of this study indicate that the need for efforts to improve satisfaction with co-workers and increasing voluntary participation and support functions of the organization both professionally and social nature.

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan, karena berkaitan erat dengan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Sasjam Riri di Kabupaten Gianyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan berjumlah 83 orang.Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau sampel jenuh, yaitu dengan mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa, komitmen berperan sebagai variabel mediasi hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional atau Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan dan berpengaruh baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sasjam Riri Gianyar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sasjam Riri meningkat apabila pemimpin menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan karyawan berada pada Budaya Organisasi yang disepakati oleh seluruh karyawan, ke dua hal tersebut mampu memberikan peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan melalui penguatan Komitmen Organisasi.

This study examined the effect of job involvement on job performance and organizational commitment as mediation. This study involved 135 respondents and using saturated sample which take all employee become a respondents. Likert Scale is used as a balanced assessment questionnaires and using validity and reliability for testing questionaires. The analysis tool in the research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) which using a variance-based approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) as well as to test the mediating variable VAF to testing. Result of study found that job involvement has a positive effect on organizational commitment and job performance at Defense of Ministry. Organizational commitment has positive influence on job performance at Pusat Keuangan and organizational commitment as Partial mediation proved directly affect the relationship between job involvement and job performance. can be given to the Defense of Ministry is increasing attention to the dimensions of salary, normative commitment, and discipline work as dimensions that have bad perception

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Terdapat tiga hipotesis yang diuji, 1. Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2. Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan 3. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lokasi penelitian di Wake Bali Art Market Kuta,dengan sampel sebanyak 72 karyawan, menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja, positif dan signifikanantara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. Demikian pula adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diisarankan, perlunyaketerlibatan pemimpin pada pengambilan keputusanuntuk kelancaran kerja karyawan. Perluperbaikan gaji serta tunjangan yang banyak dikeluhkan. Kinerja perlu ditingkatkan,difokuskan pada kehadiran, kerjasama dan pencapaian target. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja

This study a aims to analyze the effect of competence on auditor performance, to analyze the effect of compensation on auditor performance on auditor performance, to analyze the effect of moderation on the einfluence off competence on auditor performance and to analyze the effect of moderation on the influence of compensation on a auditor a performance. This are search was aconducted at auditor of public accountant office in Bali Province with respondent amount 67 auditor. Methods off data collectione using survey methodewith questionnaire technique.Data analysise technique use demoderation regression analysis technique. The results showed that competence has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance, compensation has positive and significant influence on auditor performance. While the effect of moderation on professional skepticism reinforces the influence of competence on the performance of auditors, as well as the moderate effects of professional skepticism reinforces the compensatory effect of auditor performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem reward dankomitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh sistem reward terhadap komitmenorganisasional kepala bagian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala bagian dana dankepala bagian kredit pada 28 BPR di Kabupaten Gianyar. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 orangditentukan dengan formula Slovin. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakankuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data digunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sistem reward juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala bagian, dankomitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kepala bagian.Implikasi penelitian ini adalah dengan penerapan sistem reward yang baik akan mampumeningkatkan komitmen organisasional dan kinerja kepala bagian. Komitmen organisasionalyang kuat juga dapat meningkatkan kinerja kepala bagian.

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of organizational culture on affective commitment, the influence of affective commitment on OCB, the influence of organizational culture on OCB and the mediating effect of affective commitment on the influence of organizational culture on OCB. These samples included 83 employees are determined using proportionate random sampling method. Data were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that organizational culture positive effect on affective commitment, the better the culture of the organization, affective commitment is also getting stronger. Affective commitment positively affects the OCB, the stronger the affective commitment has embraced the OCB behaviors also higher. Organizational culture positive influence on OCB, semaik both an organizational culture that is applied then OCB also higher. Results of testing the hypothesis is further produced that affective commitment partially mediates the influence of organizational culture on OCB.

Role conflict can be experienced by many professions that can affect the satisfaction and job performance of the employees in performing their duties and role. This study aims to determine the effect of role conflict toward job satisfaction and performance. The populations in this study are pastor in the Protestant Christian Church in Bali. Sampling was carried out research with saturated or census sampling method in order to get results that has a small error rate and tend to be closer to the true value based on the prescribed criteria, so the sample size of this study as many as 56 Pastors. The research data is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed throughout the Pastors. Research hypothesis testing is using SEM (Sequential Analysis Modeling) techniques based on covariant Partial Least Square (PLS) with tools SmartPLS application.The results showed that: (1) Role conflict significant negative effect on job performance. (2) Role Conflict and significant negative effect on job satisfaction. (3) Job satisfaction significant positive effect on job performance.

The leader is indispensable in achieving project success. The leader must be able to adjust leadership style that is suitable to be applied to specific situations and the follower. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership styles, team work as a mediating role in the performance of the project. The population in this study were all employees of the project. Location of research at PT. Ciputra Property Tbk - Sub Holding 3A - Bali, Jakarta and Semarang. Sampling technique using saturated sample so that the same population with the sample. Total respondents 121 employees. The research instrument used questionnaires and data analysis techniques using PLS. The results showed that transformational and transactional leadership style to teamwork influence positively, transformational leadership style to project performance affected positively whereas transactional leadership style to project performance is not influential in running the project and also teamwork as mediation does not affect the project performance.

Human resources are valuable assets owned by the company. Optimal performance can be achieved through compensation, training, and motivation. The West Denpasar Tax Service Office is an office that provides tax services to the public. At this location, there are still problems related to employee performance through attendance data and preliminary studies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, training, and motivation on employee performance. The research location is the West Denpasar Tax Service Office. The number of employees includes in the population is 97 people. The number of samples in this research was 97 people which was determined by the saturated sampling technique. Data collection using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 24. The results showed that the performance of the employees of the West Denpasar Pratama Tax Service Office could increase due to good compensation and training and high motivation. Compensation, training and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of West Denpasar KPP Pratama employees. Motivation is the variable that most influences employee performance
