Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Sistem Absensi Mahasiswa Menggunakan Sensor RFID dengan DataBase MYSQL dimana studi kasus yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Komputer STT Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan absensi digital berbasis RFID yang dapat dimanfaatkan di lingkungan STT Payakumbuh. Komponen yang digunakan terdiri dari Arduino Mega sebagai Mikrokontroller, RFID sebagai sensor, perancangan aplikasi menggunakan Visual Studio 2010 dengan DataBase MYSQL. Dengan adanya program sistem absensi mahasiswa di laboratorium komputer ini dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam menginputkan data mahasiswa yang akan melakukan perkuliahan pada laboratorium komputer. Program yang penulis buat dengan Visual Basic Studio 2010 dapat dikembangkan lagi dengan sistem yang lain.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini telah berkembang sangat pesat. Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini menjadi suatu cara yang efektif dan efisien untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Salah satunya pada web Forum OTATIK milik Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. OTATIK sendiri memiliki kepanjangan yaitu Obrolan Tentang Teknologi Informatika karena pada forum web ini kita dapat menemukan berbagai macam topik diskusi tentang teknologi dan informasi yang disajikan dari berbagai pihak baik dari Dinas KOMINFO Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota maupun sumber lainnya. Serta terdapat juga berbagai macam artikel – artikel dari bidang – bidang yang ada di Dinas KOMINFO Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisa konten - konten yang terdapat situs website dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna (user satisfaction) menggunakan metode PIECES.

Abstract

Perencanaan Gedung Majelis Guru SMKN 2 Kec.menggunakan konstruksi beton bertuang dengan mutu beton 25 MPa dan baja tulangan ulir menggunakan mutu beton 420 MPa. Perencanaan gedung ini terdiri dari 3 lantai dengan tinggi tiap lantai 4 meter dengan luas 15x33 meter. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dan pengecekan terhadap dimensi pelat yang sudah direncakan maka didapatkan tebal pelat lantai atap (h) 10 cm, tebal pelat lantai typical (h) 12 cm menggunakan tulangan Ø10, dimensi balok induk 30/60 cm menggunakan tulangan utama D16 ulir dan sengkang menggunakan tulangan Ø10, dimensi balok anak 20/40 cm, dan dimensi kolom 40/40 cm menggunakan tulangan utama D16 ulir dan sengkang menggunakan tulangan Ø10. Pondasi yang digunakan yaitu bored pile kedalaman 12,4 meter. Analisa struktur menggunakan aplikasi SAP2000 v14 dan desain gambar untuk perencanaan gedung ini menggunakan aplikasi Autocad 2007.

Abstract

Several studies have been carried out on the development of real-time gamma radiation dosimeter based on the wireless sensor network (WSN) protocol IEEE 802.15.4. WSN technology can be adopted to develop a gamma radiation dose monitoring system on a large scale due to its real-time, centralized, efficient, and relatively low-cost attributes. This study aims to develop a personal radiation dosimeter that can collect data from the measurement results of several sensor nodes or multi-sensors. The measurement results of radiation dose values from many radiation workers are sent to a coordinator node consisting of the Xbee module and Arduino as a microcontroller. The system test is compared with a calibrated dosimeter reading and is expected to be one of the instruments for determining radiation dose in real-time. It can also reduce the risk of receiving a radiation dose that exceeds the threshold allowed by the ionizing control agency and a program in radiation protection. Changes in the intensity of radiation emitted by Cs-137 (gamma radiation) are carried out by varying each detector's distance to the source, which indirectly varies the value of the dose rate received by the detector. This relationship is shown from the value of R2 = 0.99, which indicates a strong correlation between changes in the dose given to the detector's response being developed. The system built is efficient, inexpensive, and collecting radiation exposure data can monitor radiation exposure received by workers in real-time. This technique can help speed up reporting of radiation exposure received by radiation workers.

Abstract

Monitoring and evaluation are the jobs that are often done by the Payakumbuh Public Works Department to maximize work in the field. The Payakumbuh Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Office itself is experiencing difficulties in monitoring and evaluating work in the field that is currently underway and the activities carried out have been realized. So far, office work has been monitored manually one by one because the Payakumbuh (PUPR) does not have an information system that can monitor and evaluate all work simultaneously and provide an overall target picture yet. In activities, especially work at the Payakumbuh PUPR Service, it applies the application of gender mainstreaming ("PUG"). The Ministry of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia as the target for PUG implementation is the integration of a gender perspective into the internal culture of the Ministry of Public Works (at the central and regional levels) to produce an institutional culture that is sensitive to gender issues. To monitor this, applications are developed using the Agile Development software system development methodology. Researchers designed this website application to overcome this problem. The system was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework. The results showed that the application of reports on the implementation of gender mainstreaming activities with the Laravel Framework helped website developer performance to be more effective and efficient than using the static PHP programming language. The Laravel framework supports is object oriented and supports all databases. The Uniform Resource Locators (URL) structure used in Laravel is much more flexible and much easier to change in routing.

Abstract

In the decade between Roentgen’s discovery of X-rays in 1895 and Dr. Leonard had a lot going on in the world of radiation physics. Despite recent discoveries, especially radioactivity, the overall emphasis is on applying “Radiation” to clinical problems without fully understanding the nature of “radiation” or its interactions with matter, especially tissues. The use of x-rays discovered by William Rontgen in 1895 for medical purposes began when he found an image of his wife’s hand produced from x-rays. In this picture you can clearly see the bones in the fingers. After the discovery of x-rays, French scientist Henri Becquerel discovered another form of penetrating light—natural glow or radioactivity. The use of radiation in the medical field provides many benefits in overcoming health problems including radiodiagnostics, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine.

Abstract

One important component in the healing effort is the availability of medical equipment needed by patients at the hospital. Completeness of hospital facilities is a support for patient healing and patient comfort. Health care facilities include equipment and human resources. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the type and number of medical imaging equipment against the number of residents and patients in West Sumatra hospitals. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the profile of the use of ionizing radiation in the health sector, which comes from BAPETEN and is grouped by field. Hospitals in West Sumatra provide medical equipment in the field of radiodiagnostics with a total of 124 units and radiotherapy with a total of 6 units, but this still shows that the number is still very small compared to the number of residents and patients in West Sumatra so that there are still many patients who feel distress and difficulties in examination and treatment due to being referred to the central hospital. In addition, hospitals in West Sumatra have not yet implemented nuclear medicine equipment even though there are specialist doctors. This is an opportunity for the West Sumatra hospital to be able to develop nuclear medicine so that it can carry out both diagnosis and therapy at the same time with a low number of doses so that it can cure patients.

Abstract

The Public Works and Spatial Planning Service or known as (PUPR of Payakumbuh is the agency in charge of public works, spatial planning, and building permits in Payakumbuh. So it is necessary to control reports on development implementation, especially in the special allocation fund (DAK) activity section, one of the activities contained in PUPR, namely managing DAK activity report data to manage financial data in the PUPR Office. At the PUPR Service, especially the subdivision of the Program, there is no application system so they still use Microsoft Office Excel, this results in errors regarding funding information in making reports due to large amounts of data and delays in preparing reports. This study aims to create a web-based DAK reporting application. The method used to build the system is Rapid Application Development (RAD), with the stages of Requirement Planning, Workshop Design and Implementation, so that system development is faster and more efficient. Application development uses PHP, in this case Laravel and MySQL. The results of the research show that the application built is easy to use, all functions are running as expected, and user needs can be met.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the development of science and technology continues to advance rapidly. This encourages various changes that are very fast in terms of life and it is undeniable that these changes are felt in everyday life. One of the results of utilizing technological advances is the use of computers, which in the present and in the future will be very much needed, because it has been proven that computers are tools in completing human work accurately, effectively and efficiently. The research method uses observation and interview techniques to obtain information related to filing letters using a computerized system. Microsoft Visual Basic is a programming language that offers an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that creates software programs based on the Microsoft Windows operating system using a programming model. MySQL (My Structure Query Language) or commonly read "mai-se-kuel" is a database creation program that is open source and runs on all platforms, both Windows and Linux.
