This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee’s performance to work motivation as an intervening variable on PT. Mitra Tri Sakti. The population is all of PT. Mitra Tri Sakti employees. The samples are 50 regular employees. Data analysis technique uses alternative methods of Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square obtained by Smart PLS. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance, and work motivation. Work motivation, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance through work motivation as an intervening.

Human resources are an important asset to an organization because they can determine whether human organizational goals are achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of work motivation, compensation and workload on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Sari Wira Tama Badung Regency, The research object in this study is work motivation, remuneration, workload on employee performance. The population and sample in this study were all employees at PT. BPR Sari Wira Tama, Badung Regency, totaling 41 employees. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling method so that all employees were used as research respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 26 software. Based on the analysis results, this study shows that work motivation has a positive and significant impact on PT employee performance. The number of BPR Sari Wira Tama Badung Regency will be increased. Compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT. The number of BPR Sari Wira Tama Badung Regency will be increased. Workload has a significant negative impact on PT staff performance. BPR Sari Wira Tama Badung Regency will experience a recession.

The success and failure of a company is often determined by the important role of its human resources. There are many factors that influence employee performance, including work motivation, work communication and work discipline. Likewise at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar, work motivation, work communication and work discipline are factors that can influence employee performance. There is attention and findings regarding the problems of work motivation, work communication and work discipline in an effort to improve and improve employee performance in accordance with the aim of this research to determine the influence of work motivation, work communication and work discipline on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar. The population in this study was 32 people. The number of samples in this study was 32 people. The sampling technique used is the census method or saturated sample. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The results of the study showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar. Work communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar.

Human resource management has a crucial role in achieving organizational performance and is closely related to employee performance. The research at PT Indomarco Primatama South Denpasar Branch aims to assess the influence of work skills, physical work environment and workload on employee performance. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees using accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that work skills, physical work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on performance. Therefore, it is necessary to increase skills through training, attention to the physical work environment, and adjustment of incentives according to realistic targets according to employee abilities.

Companies and government agencies want optimal employee performance in the interests of increasing work results and company and agency profits. There are many factors that influence employee performance, including organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction. Likewise, at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office, organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction are factors that can influence employee performance. There is attention and findings regarding issues of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction in an effort to improve and improve employee performance in accordance with the aim of this research to determine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office. The population in this study was 158 people. The number of samples in this study was 105 people. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office.

Human resources are a very important element in the movement and progress of a organization. Employees who have the ability to carry out their duties and responsibilities well can help the organization to continue to develop. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational climate, competence and communication on employee performance at PT. Bali Santosa My Swing Bali Tourism. The population of this research is all employees at PT. Bali Santosa My Swing Bali Tourism consisted of 60 people, using the census method so that the entire population was sampled. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the analysis results, it shows that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

UMKM mempunyai peranan strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional, terbukti pada waktu bangsa Indonesia mengalami krisis yang terjadi beberapa waktu lalu, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) lebih tangguh dalam menghadapi krisis ekonomi. Munculnya Virus COVID-19 dan adanya keputusan dari Pemerintah untuk memberlakukan kebijakan terhadap pembatasan berbagai aktivitas di masyarakat. Salah satunya Usaha Kecil Mikro Menengah (UMKM) pun iterkena imbasnya. Dampak pandemi covid-19 pada era modernisasi saat ini, seperti teknologi dan informasi mengalamii perkembangan yang sangat pesat terutama internet. Pertumbuhan e-commerce berkembang cukup pesat walaupun pada masa pandemi sekarang ini. Sebagai buktinya yaitu kenaikan pembelian dari melalui e-commerce hingga pencapaian sebanyak 18,1% atau 98,3 juta transaksi dari total transaksi sejumlah $1,4 juta USD. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan dilakukannya program pemanfaatan market place shopee untuk penjualan online dalam meningkatkan penjualan WAFS Bali di masa pandemi. Penggunanaan market place shopee diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM WAFS Bali dalam meningkatkan penjualannya di masa New Normal ini. Serta bisa mempromosikan WAFS Bali agar semakin dikenal lebih luas oleh para masyarakat. Pegawai yang lebih teredukasi pada program ini sehingga dapat memotivasi mereka dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab pada UMKM WAFS Bali.

Sejak diberlakukannya Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan HAM No. 11 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pelarangan Sementara Orang Asing Masuk Wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia tentunya sangat berdampak terhadap Bali yang sebagian besar ekonominya berasal dari Pariwisata dan juga terhadap UD. Semangat Jaya Baru dikarenakan secara tidak langsung perusahaan tersebut adalah supplyer minuman untuk horeka yang sebagian besar ada di wilayah pariwisata itu sendiri. Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat hadir untuk membantu memberikan solusi dalam menangani pemasaran dimasa pandemic dengan melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan dengan cara memperluas jangka pasar mereka melalui peran penting penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce Tokopedia agar lebih diketahui oleh konsumen. Adapun tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan produk berupa minuman beralkohol dan soda di UD. Semangat Jaya Baru dengan cara memperluas jangka pasar melalui aplikasi e-commerce yaitu Tokopedia agar lebih mudah untuk diketahui oleh konsumen. Serta pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi atau website Kasir Pintar untuk memudahkan kegiatan manajemen stok dan administrasi. Dengan adanya program ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh media sosial untuk meningkatkan omset penjualannya. Dalam pelaksanaanya digunakan metode pendekatan yaitu secara langsung mendatangi UD. Semangat Jaya Baru yang mana juga merupakan instansi tempat kerja penulis.

Pandemi covid-19 telah mewabah keseluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Virus covid -19 menular dengan cepat melalui kontak manusia sehingga menjadi masalah yang serius untuk semua sektor yang ada. Dampak pandemi covid – 19 membuat ruang gerak masyarakat dibatasi dengan adanya PPKM (Pemberlakukan Pembatasan Kegiatan Mayarakat) dengan adanya jam tutup lebih awal untuk pasar, toko, warung, dan sektor lainnya sehingga terjadi perubahan pada tatanan kehidupan masyarakat saat ini. Dimana Kios Kembang Girang yang merupakan salah satu usaha UMKM juga terkena dampak karena pandemi ini. Kios Kembang Girang bergerak dalam bidang penyediaan pakain tari bali, dampak yang dirasakan Kios Kembang Girang yaitu berkurangnya pesanan produk. Pakaian tari bali ini biasa digunakan saat adanya upacara, namun dikarenakan ada PPKM semua kegiatan terhambat. Sehingga mengakibatkan merosotnya pendapatan Kios ini. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat Peduli Pandemi Covid-19 (KAPPC) Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar hadir untuk membantu memberikan edukasi dan solusi kepada karyawan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dimasa pandemi dengan melakukan penyusunan standar operasional prosedur tahap produksi, memberikan pelatihan sop tahap produksi, memberikan arahan tentang melayani konsumen yang datang ke toko serta memberikan pelatihan tentang cara penggunaan sosial media dalam memasarkan produk. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatannya, penulis menggunakan metode luring/langsung dengan memanfaatkan Kios Kembang Girang yang mana merupakan instansi tempat kerja penulis.
