Abstract

ABSTRACTTaxpayer compliance is an act of obeying the law. There are issues with taxpayer compliance, such as tax evasion, which will lead to declining tax revenues. Behind all that there are factors that cause decreased taxpayer compliance, which is, taxpayer dissatisfaction with public services and administrative systems used too convoluted and consuming a lot of taxpayer time, Therefore, it needs to be done repair in terms of the server and administration system with the support of tax audit on taxpayers. In this research aims to determine the influence of the quality of tax service, the implementation of tax audit and the modernization of the tax administration system to the taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama South Malang. The research is a quantitative study using primary data. Collection of data on this research using instrument questionnaire. The questionnaire distributed as much as 100 to the taxpayer as the respondent. The technique used is random sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS Analysis program version 25 tool. Based on the results of the analysis in this study stated that simultaneously the quality of tax services, the implementation of tax checks, and the modernization of taxation administration system significantly affect the personal mandatory compliance. As for a partial good quality of tax service, implementation of tax checks, and modernization of the taxation administration system has a positive and significant influence on the compliance of personal taxpayers. Keywords: Tax Service quality, implementation of tax audit, modernization of taxation administration system, taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and customer trust on customer loyalty Ijo ireng coffee 99 Malang, the sample of this study is consumers of Ijo ireng coffee 99 Malang. For data collection using a questionnaire to consumers in Ijo ireng coffee Malang, to analyze data using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear analyze test F and statistical tests t, coefficient determination test in IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 version..From the results of calculations with SPSS that are quality product, quality service and trust customers variables simultaneously and significantly affect customer loyalty. While partially the product quality variable has no effect on customer loyalty. Whereas the variable service quality and customer trust partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer trust and customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPerformance in the organization is the answer to the success or failure ofcorporate goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of theinfluence of organizational commitment, satisfaction and appreciation ofemployee performance in Rural Bank Rakyat Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang. Thepurpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of OrganizationalCommitment, Satisfaction and Appreciation on Employee Performance at PT.BPR Gunung Ringgit Malang.The result of research shows that the three variables of OrganizationalCommitment, Satisfaction and Reward have significant influence to dependentvariable that is Rredit Bank Rakyat Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang. The biggestsignificant impact on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Gunung Ringgit Malangis on Organizational Commitment variable with Regression coefficient of 0,469then followed by variable of appreciation with regression coefficient equal to0,380 next variable Satisfaction with regression coefficient equal to 0,097. Fromthe results of the analysis can be taken a conclusion that OrganizationalCommitment is the dominant factor that has the greatest influence on the level ofPerformance of Rural Bank employees Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Satisfaction, Employee Awards andPerformance.

Abstract

ABSTRACKT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of direct marketing, sales promotion, and price perception both simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package. The method used in sampling is non-probability sampling, which is a purposive sampling technique in which the sample determination technique takes into consideration certain criteria. The analytical technique used is quantitative descriptive using a Likert scale, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and also through f test and t test using the SPSS program.Based on the results of data analysis simultaneously shows that direct marketing, sales promotion and price perception have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package. While partially it shows that direct marketing and sales promotion have a significant influence on buying interest. While the perception of price has no significant effect on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package Keywords: Direct marketing, sales promotion, price perception and buying interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study to determine the influence of Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.Based on the results of this study that positive and significant Leadership on Employee Performance this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 1.987 and a significant value of 0.050. Compensation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 2.594 and significant value of 0.011. Motivation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of the variable coefficient of 4.422 and a significant value of 0.000. Organizational Commitment positive and insignificant to Employee Performance, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 0.256 and significant value of 0.799. As well as the significant value of Fuji 0,000 <0.05, where H04 is accepted, which means there are some free variables that have the ability to explain the dependent variable (Employee Performance).Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Commitment Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The current high inflation rate and low yields on banking products make people have to be smart in managing their finances so that the value of money does not shrink when spent. Investment instruments in stocks that already exist in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations are an alternative choice for managing finances. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form of technical analysis and bandarmological analysis obtained from the stock trading facility of one of the securities companies in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the stocks studied are JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) stocks for the 2018-2020 periode. Based on the research made, conducting technical analysis, fundamental analysis and bandarmology analysis simultaneously can provide higher  profits for stock investors than if doing technical analysis, fundamental analysis and partial bandarmological analysis.  Keywords: Technical Analysis, Fundamentals, Bandarmology, Investor  profit

Abstract

AbstractThis reserach is an explanatory study which aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, spiritual intelligence and organizational structure on the performance of the employees of  PT Madura United Pamekasan. The population in the study were employees of PT Madura United Pamekasan and the sample of this study used a saturated sample technique with a total of 40 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis, instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found a conclusion, namely that partially leadership style affects employee performance, spiritual intelligence has no positive effect on employee performance, organizational structure has no positive effect on employee performance, while simultaneously leadership style, spiritual intelligence and organizational structure have a positive effect on employee performance.  Keywords : Leadership style, spiritual intelligence, organizational structure, employee perfoemance

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is To find out the difference in the average Abnormal Return of stocks before and after the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic. The variables used in this study were Abnormal Return and the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Parametric t-test and the non-parametric t-test. The population and sample in this study are companies listed on the LQ-45 index as a whole. The results state that there is a difference in Abnormal Return between before and at the time of the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic, that there is a difference in Abnormal Return during and after the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic and there is a significant difference in Abnormal Return before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Covid-19, Pandemic, Abnormal Return, Capital Market, Stocks, LQ-45 Index, Composite Stock Price Index, Companies, Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique is done by using purposive sampling method which produces 37 samples in 2016-2018. The data used are secondary data taken through documentation techniques which consist of annual reports of banking companies in 2016-2018. Data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This study proves that company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer simultaneously have a positive effect on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. Partial testing shows that company size and leverage have no significant effect on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. The concentration of ownership, auditor's reputation, and chief risk officer significantly influences the disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. Keywords: company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer.
