Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, leadership style, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a total sample of 64 nurses. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, based on the results of this study that work stress does not affect employee performance, leadership style affects employee performance, motivation does not affect employee performance and organizational culture affects employee performance.. Keywords : Work Stress, Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture,                    And  Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract On online shopping sites, there are many fictitious online sellers who market fictitious products as well. A buyer must first check the existence of an online seller. Usually on an online shopping site, the site will display information about sellers whose "stalls" are often accessed by people. Buyers can take advantage of this information so as not to be deceived. Risk perception also determines someone in making purchases on Instagram. The higher risk perception causes a person to have a higher fear when transacting online, and vice versa. The various concerns of e-commerce transactions can be psychological, legal, or economic. Fear of being deceived, unsatisfactory, sometimes long delivery and confusing ordering system. the more someone trusts an online shop, the smaller the perceived risk associated with online purchases, the higher consumer confidence in online shopping sites will reduce the perceived risk of consumers in online shopping transactions. Keywords:........ Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between the variables of marketing channels, distribution channels, and promotions on purchasing decisions. The location of the research is in UMKM Keripik Singkong Permata, Pakis District, Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis that the variables of marketing strategy, distribution channels, and promotions have a positive simultaneous effect on consumer purchasing decisions at UMKM Keripik Singkong Permata. Partially, marketing strategies have a positive effect on purchasing decisions that are oriented to the formation of product innovation, service innovation, place innovation, promotional innovation used by UMKM’s managers/owners. Partially, distribution channel variables also positively influence purchasing decisions, with the orientation of the formation of product availability, ease of obtaining products, and fast food. Partially, the promotion variable has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions, with the orientation of introducing products, techniques to attract consumers, offering product advantages, promotional content carried out by UMKM Keripik Singkong Permata in Pakis District, Malang Regency.Keyword: Marketing Channels, Disributions Channels, Promotion, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to test the influence of service quality, price and lifestyle on airfare purchasing decisions through Traveloka case study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Islamic University of Malang Year 2018. This study used the Malhotra formula to determine the number of samples so that 85 samples were obtained. Sampling techniques using accidental sampling methods obtained samples as many as 85 respondents. The data collection method in this study used questionnaires, data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service, price and lifestyle simultaneously influenced the decision to purchase air tickets through Traveloka in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Islamic University of Malang in 2018. In this study also showed that partially the quality of service, price and lifestyle influences the decision to buy air tickets through Traveloka on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Islamic University of Malang in 2018. Keywords: quality of service, price, lifestyle, purchasing decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSThis research was conducted in the Mi Fans community in Malang City. This type of research is an explanatory research (quantitative research) through a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, word of mouth, and brand community on customer loyalty. The independent variables used are brand image, word of mouth, and brand community, while the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents who are members of the Malang City Mi Fans community. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical methods used are instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using the help of SPSS computer data processing software. Abstract

Abstract Companies need to have more effective and efficient strategies so as not to lose consumers to sell their products. CV. Maju Djaya Beton said the company was experiencing several problems related to the marketing of its products. Therefore, several new strategies are needed to further increase the advantages and minimize the disadvantages that have a negative impact on the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of CV. Maju Djaya Beton using SWOT analysis. This study uses data collection methods directly in the field by means of interviews and observations. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that CV. Maju Djaya Beton is in quadrant I position which is a favorable condition for the company. Opportunities can be obtained by maximizing existing strengths. So it can be concluded that the best strategy that must be applied is to use the Growth Oriented Strategy. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis, Sale.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: a) know the partial influence Motivation (X1) and Quality (X2) on Performance (Y). B) to know and analyze simultaneously Motivation and Quality to the Performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari Malang. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach.Sources of data of this research is the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires and questionnaires) to teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari Malang. The data used is primary data. This analysis was performed using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation and quality partially influence on the performance, while for the motivation variable has no partial influence on performance and for simultaneous test shows that the quality effect simultaneously on the performance.Keywords: Motivation, Quality and Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of reward and punishment on work motivation by taking a case study on Gojek Driver Partners in Malang City. The sample collection method in this study was using the Slovin formula and found a sample of 92 respondents. By using multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of the study show that the effect of reward and punishment has a significant effect on work motivation. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of viral marketing, online marketing, and lifestyle on buying decisions. The independent variables in this study are viral marketing, online marketing, and lifestyle. While the dependent variable is the buying decision. This type of research is quantitative research, because the primary data with data collection methods is in the form of a questionnaire via google form. The population in this study were customers from FEB UNISMA students batch 2017 who had bought Converse shoes. The data collection technique was carried out using Lemeshow's theoretical technique. Based on this method the number of samples used is 96 respondents. The hypothesis was tested using descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that viral marketing variables affect buying decisions, online marketing variables affect buying decisions, and lifestyle influences buying decisions. Keywords: Viral Marketing, Online Marketing, Lifestyle, Buying Decision
