Abstract

Kepercayaan diri merupakan aspek kepribadian, percaya pada kemampuan diri sendiri sehingga tidak terpengaruh oleh orang lain dan dapat berbuat sesuka hati, senang, optimis dan bertanggung jawab. Keyakinan dan perilaku, perasaan, motivasi batin dan hati nurani untuk melakukan sesuatu dengan itikad baik, pada seseorang yang memahami dirinya dengan baik dan pada seseorang yang dapat menyadari potensi dirinya. Dengan percaya diri, seseorang dapat menghadapi tantangan baru, percaya diri dalam situasi sulit dan mengembangkan sikap positif tanpa mengkhawatirkan situasi dan keadaan yang berbeda. Setiap orang memiliki tingkat percaya diri yang berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kepercayaan diri terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa melalui konseling individu dengan teknik symbolic modeling di SMK Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A, dengan satu subjek dan peneliti akan melakukan penelitian selama 12 sesi. Pada tahap pertama peneliti melakukan 3 kali pertemuan Baseline (A1), pada tahap kedua peneliti melakukan 6 kali pertemuan pada tahap Intervensi (B) dan pada tahap ketiga yaitu pertemuan Baseline (A2).

Abstract

Verbal bullying merupakan salah satu jenis bullying yang paling mudah dan sering dilakukan oleh seseorang, khususnya peserta didik. Perilaku verbal bullying yang terus dibiarkan dapat memicu jenis bullying yang lainnya. Perlunya memberikan pemahaman serta upaya untuk mengurangi perilaku verbal bullying sangat penting dilakukan supaya peserta didik memiliki karakter yang mencerminkan seorang pelajar. Seperti yang dialami oleh peserta didik di tingkat sekolah menengah di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konseling individu dengan teknik behavior contract dalam mengurangi perilaku verbal bullying terhadap peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan menggunakan satu subjek penelitian, dengan desain A-B-A yang dimana proses penelitian ini berlangsung dengan 3 tahapan. Tahapan pertama penelitian melakukan baseline A1 sebanyak 3 kali pertemuan. Kemudian peneliti memberikan treatment pada fase intervensi (B) sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan. Dan tahap terakhir yaitu baseline A2 sebanyak 3 kali pertemuan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Air sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia dan ekosistem. Ketersediaan air yang bersih dan sehat menjadi semakin kritis, terutama di musim kemarau. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami dan menjaga sumber air yang bersih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan alat filter air menggunakan karbon aktif dengan berbagai ukuran, yaitu 1kg, 2kg, dan 3kg. Alat ini nantinya akan diuji dalam skala lebih besar menggunakan karbon aktif yang lebih efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan menggunakan filtrasi menggunakan arang aktif, dan hasilnya dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa filter air dengan menggunakan karbon aktif seberat 3kg pada wadah pipa PVC dengan diameter 8 cm dan tinggi 120 cm efektif dalam menurunkan Ph, TDS, dan tingkat kesadahan pada air. Oleh karena itu, alat ini direkomendasikan untuk digunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran lingkungan tentang air di sekolah dengan menggunakan karbon aktif seberat 3kg.

Abstract

The management of slaughterhouse wastewater presents significant environmental challenges due to its high organic load, fat, oil, and persistent pollutants. Electrocoagulation (EC) is an effective treatment method that utilizes electric currents to generate in situ coagulants for pollutant removal. This review examines key operational parameters of EC, including current density, pH, electrode type, and contact time, while comparing its performance with electro-oxidation (EO) and coagulation-flocculation (CF). The findings indicate that EC effectively reduces Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), and turbidity with relatively low operational costs. Integrating EC with CF and EO improves treatment efficiency by addressing complex wastewater characteristics. Optimization of parameters, energy consumption reduction, and electrode durability enhancements are recommended for improving EC performance. Bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer highlights the increasing research focus on energy efficiency, electrode materials, and process optimization. A graphical abstract is provided to illustrate EC’s role in wastewater treatment, highlighting its effectiveness, optimization strategies, and integration potential. Future research should focus on scaling up industrial applications and integrating predictive models to enhance efficiency and sustainability in slaughterhouse wastewater management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) based on Green Education and self-efficacy on students’ creative thinking ability. The study employed a quasi-experimental method. The population consisted of all eighth-grade students at SMP Beringin Ratu, with a sample of 69 students selected through cluster random sampling. Data were collected using a self-efficacy questionnaire and creative thinking ability test. Two-way ANOVA was used to analyze the data. The results revealed: (1) a significant effect of the RME model with a Green Education approach on students’ creative thinking ability, (2) no significant effect of self-efficacy on creative thinking ability, and (3) a significant interaction between learning model and self-efficacy on creative thinking ability. Further analysis showed that the RME model was more effective in improving creative thinking ability among students with low self-efficacy compared to conventional learning. These findings indicate that learning models that are contextual, collaborative, and environmentally integrated can enhance students’ creative thinking skills regardless of their level of self-efficacy.

Abstract

Decision making requires courage and confidence from individuals to be able to make decisions even though it has consequences where self-efficacy is a factor because people believe in their ability to make decisions. This study aims to determine the correlation of self-efficacy with decision making continuing studies in college students at Islamic based universities. The study population was college students of the Raden Intan State Islamic University, Lampung, with a random sampling method. The total sample of 504 college students. The instruments in this study were the scale of self-efficacy, and the scale of decision making. Data analysis using the Karl Spearman correlation test was assisted by SPSS software for Windows 23. The correlation score from the results of the study was 0.628 which showed a strong relationship between self-efficacy and respondent decision making so that the Self-Efficacy of Raden Intan College students of the State Islamic University has strong in making decisions in continuing their studies

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the competencies of Madrasah Principals in implementing the National Education Standards (NES at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in Bandar Lampung. The study adopts a qualitative approach using data collection methods such as interviews, documentation, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The research focuses on assessing the principals' competency in managing the eight components of the SNP, including Graduate Competency Standards, Content Standards, Process Standards, and Assessment Standards. The findings reveal that MAN 1 has fully complied with the SNP criteria for the majority of the standards, with the principal’s competency categorized as "highly competent." Meanwhile, MAN 2 is approaching compliance, with competency levels rated as "competent" in most standards. The study identifies key areas for improvement, particularly in the management of infrastructure and financial standards, and recommends targeted strategies for enhancing principal competencies. Overall, effective leadership and strategic management by madrasah principals are critical for improving the quality of education and ensuring that madrasahs meet national education standards.

Abstract

Students need an understanding of mathematical concepts provided by educators who have good skills. Educators must also maximize their teaching time so that it requires learning models such as e-learning and blended learning to meet the loss of teaching time due to other activities that must be done by the teacher besides teaching. This study aims to see the impact of blended learning and e-learning on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students in the material of two-variable linear equations. The method used in this study is the quasi-experiment with the posttest only control design research. Technical analysis uses one way ANOVA. Based on the results of the study, Blended Learning and E-Learning influence understanding mathematical concepts in the two-variable linear equation material, so that it can be used as a knowledge given to students in understanding mathematical concepts.

Abstract

Conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills are necessary for all students to help them in their learning process. This research aims to determine the effect of Moodle-assisted e-learning on (1) conceptual understanding, (2) critical thinking skills, and (3) conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills combined. This research employed a quasi-experimental design with random cluster sampling was used as the sampling technique. An algebra written test was used to collect research data. Furthermore, the researchers performed the normality test, homogeneity test, and MANOVA analysis to analyze the data. The researchers discovered that Moodle-assisted e-learning influenced students' conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, and conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills.

Abstract

E-learning, assisted by Google Classroom, can be used to provide material and discussions. This research aimed to analyze the effect of e-learning on mathematical disposition and mathematical concept understanding using discovery learning. This research was experimental research with a non-equivalent control group design. The population of this research was the eleventh-grade science students (168 students). The sampling technique employed was random cluster sampling. Data collection techniques used were interviews, tests, and questionnaires. The test results showed that students in the experimental class obtained an average score of 71.7, while the control class obtained a score of 62.9. The results of the mathematical disposition questionnaire showed that experimental class students were more active and confident in solving problems. Thus, e-learning using discovery learning can improve mathematical disposition and mathematical concept understanding. It is suggested to the teacher to develop this learning for other materials.
