Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh service quality dan destination image terhadap customer loyalty melalui customer satisfaction pada kawasan Pantai Ngobaran Gunungkidul.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan Pantai Ngobaran Gunungkidul yang berjumlah 100 orang dengan menggunakan sempel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25. digunakan sebagai analisis data melalui dua tahap pengujian yaitu: uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regredi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas dengan metode Kolmogorov-Smirov, uji multikolinieritas,dan heterokedastisitas dengan menggunaka uji korelasi Spearman Rho kemudian uji parsial (Uji t), koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji sobel. Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian menunjukkan service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. destination image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Abstract

Aerostreet merupakan salah satu merek sepatu lokal asal klaten yang berhasil menarik perhatian konsumen di Indonesia melalui strategi branding yang unik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer value dan customer trust terhadap customer loyalty melalui customer satisfaction sebagai intervening kepada pelanggan brand Aerostreet di yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan purposive sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan alat uji partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer value tidak signifikan terhadap customer loyalty, customer trust signifikan terhadap customer loyalty, customer value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, customer trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  customer loyalty, customer value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty melalui customer satisfaction, customer trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty melalui customer satisfaction. Kepercayaan pelanggan lebih tinggi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Aerostreet dapat memperkuat interaksi dengan konsumen seperti mengajak pelanggan foto outfit bersama produk Aerostreet di media sosial dengan hastag khusus. Kata Kunci : customer value, customer trust, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty Abstrak Aerostreet is one of the local shoe brands from Klaten that has succeeded in attracting the attention of consumers in Indonesia through a unique branding strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of customer value and customer trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening for Aerostreet brand customers in Yogyakarta. This study uses quantitative methods, with purposive sampling, the sample in this study amounted to120 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and partial least square (PLS) test tools. The results showed that customer value is not significant to customer loyalty, customer trust is significant to customer loyalty, customer value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty, customer value has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, customer trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Customer trust is higher on customer satisfaction. Aerostreet can strengthen interactions with consumers such as inviting customers to take outfit photos with Aerostreet products on social media with special hastags.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between brand experience and perceived value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction in buying Warda Skincare products. This research uses a quantitative approach by taking 140 samples from women over 17 years old. Questionnaire data collection methods and studies related to the indicators used. The results of this study indicate that brand experience has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Perceived value has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Brand experience has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Perceived value has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction is able to mediate brand experience variables and perceived value on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the community, some people have lost their jobs in various sectors, and not a few people have experienced difficulties related to the economy. Community service activities in Watulangkah RT 01 RW 36, Ambarketawang, Gamping, Sleman, Yogyakarta aim to increase knowledge related to business opportunities and increase community income by utilizing technology. The method used in this community service which was carried out on January 11, 2022 was mentoring and training related to online business opportunities for mask straps during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results achieved are increased knowledge and development related to online business opportunities. In addition, it provides training in making mask straps and online business. The community can determine where to go that is more advanced and correct and not afraid / worried about every changing condition in this day and age such as pandemics, etc.

Abstract

The community service program in Sengonkerep Village, Gedangsari District, Gunung Kidul Regency, aims to rehabilitate critical land and empower the community through participatory-based reforestation. The community service team, apart from the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University academic community, also involved foreign campuses: Thepsatri Rajabhat University (TRU) Thailand, Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) Philippines and Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU) Vietnam. This activity involves the community in every stage, from preparation, counseling, training, to tree planting. A total of 1,200 trees consisting of sengon (500 trees), jackfruit (100 trees), soursop (100 trees), and munggur (500 trees) were planted in critical areas prone to erosion. This program aims to reduce erosion, improve soil quality, and increase water retention. In addition, the training provided to the community has improved their knowledge and skills in tree planting and maintenance. The evaluation results indicate a significant increase in the community's knowledge regarding reforestation techniques and environmental sustainability. This program has provided positive ecological and socio-economic impacts, with the hope of improving the environmental quality and the community's income in the long term.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis yang semakin berkembang dan persaingan usaha semakin tinggi membuat para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) harus memiliki strategi pemasaran yang baik untuk tetap dapat bersaing dengan para kompetitornya. Strategi pemasaran adalah salah satu cara memenangkan keunggulan bersaing yang berkesinambungan baik itu untuk bidang usaha kuliner. Strategi pemasaran dapat dipandang sebagai salah satu dasar yang dipakai dalam menyusun perencanaan umkm secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk: mendapat gambaran mengenai strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan daya saing, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Home’s Café Tana Tidung. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari analisis efektifitas strategi pemasaran menunjukkan adanya peningkatan total penjualan dalam satu tahun ini dan di jadikan acuan efektifitas strategi pemasaran dalam persaingan antar UMKM keliner.Keywords: Strategi Pemasaran; Daya Saing

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap strategi bisnis, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap strategi bisnis, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap strategi bisnis pada UMKM unggulan (Kopi Merapi dan Kopi Galia) di Yogyakarta. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan 34 responden dengan purposive sampling. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel strategi bisnis (Y) dengan nilai 0,045 dan variabel kepemimpinan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi bisnis (Y) dengan nilai 0,021. Pada hasil uji F, ligkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi bisnis yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja; kepemimpinan;  strategi bisnis.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of lifestyle, risk perception, and consumer trust on online purchase decisions at Shopee International Indonesia. The rapid development of internet technology and e-commerce has transformed consumer behavior, making it essential to understand the factors driving online purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, risk perception, and consumer confidence on online purchase decisions at Shopee International Indonesia. The research method employed is quantitative descriptive, with the sample consisting of customers who have purchased products through the Shopee online shop. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total of 100 questionnaires processed. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results show that the lifestyle variable has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decisions at Shopee International Indonesia. The risk perception variable has a negative and significant effect on online purchase decisions at Shopee International Indonesia. The consumer trust variable has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decisions at Shopee International Indonesia. Simultaneously, lifestyle, risk perception, and trust variables have a positive and significant effect on online purchase decisions at Shopee International Indonesia, with a contribution of 90.40%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to test and test the influence of financial analysis, profitability on the capital structure of rabbit farms in Karanganyar Gading Harjo Sanden Bantul Yogyakarta village. The population in this study was 24 respondents with purposive sampling. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with the results of research showing that 1) Financial statements affect business performance. Data supporting this conclusion is that as many as 14 people or 58% of rabbit farmers in karanganyar gading village Harjo Sanden Bantul Yogyakarta have recorded financial statements in their business; 2) Profitability affects the performance of the data business that supports this conclusion that 15 people or 62% of rabbit farmers can return the initial capital when starting their business for more than 1 year and as much as (38%) the rest can return the initial capital of the business for less than 1 year and 16 people or 67% of farmers can make the results of this rabbit farm business into income to meet basic daily needs. Rabbit farmers also need special attention from the district government to provide assistance or training facilities for farms as well as provide a place to hold activities such as rabbit shows so that farmers can meet and become a means of promotion for rabbit farmers. keywords: Financial Statements, Profitability, Business Performance          ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menguji pengaruh analisis keuangan, profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal peternakan kelinci desa Karanganyar Gading Harjo Sanden Bantul Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 24 responden dengan purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Laporan keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha. Data yang mendukung kesimpulan ini yaitu sebanyak 14 orang atau 58%  peternak kelinci di desa Karanganyar Gading Harjo Sanden Bantul Yogyakarta telah melakukan pencatatan laporan keuangan dalam usahanya; 2) Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha Data yang mendukung kesimpulan ini yaitu 15 orang atau 62% peternak kelinci bisa mengembalikan modal awal saat memulai usahanya selama lebih dari 1 tahun dan sebanyak (38%) sisanya dapat mengembalikan modal awal usaha selama kurang dari 1 tahun dan 16 orang atau 67% peternak bisa menjadikan hasil usaha peternakan kelinci ini menjadi penghasilan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari. Para peternak kelinci juga memerlukan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah kabupaten untuk memberikan bantuan ataupun sarana pelatihan peternakan serta memberikan tempat untuk mengadakan kegiatan seperti halnya show kelinci agar para peternak bisa bertemu serta menjadi sarana promosi bagi para peternak kelinci.  Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, Profitabilitas, Kinerja Usaha

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions through brand trust as an intervening variable in Erigo Yogyakarta products. This research was conducted quantitatively by taking 108 samples of consumers of Erigo products in Yogyakarta. The sampling method is a non-probability method and the sampling method uses purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out online by sending a survey link to respondents. The data was analyzed using the IBM SPSS version 22 application. The results of this research show that brand image has a positive effect on brand trust and the value is 0.001. Second, the celebrity endorsement variable has a positive effect on brand trust with a value of 0.000. The brand image variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.000. The celebrity endorsement variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.000. The brand trust variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.003. Then, through brand trust, brand image indirectly influences purchasing decisions, and through brand trust, celebrity endorsement indirectly influences purchasing decisions. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan celebrity endorsement tergadap purchase decision melaui brand trust sebaga variabel intervening pada produk erigo di Yogyakarata. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan mengambil n 108 sampel pada konsumen produk Erigo di Yogyakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah non probability dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakkukan secara online dengan pengiriman link kuisioner kepada responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap brand trust dengan nilai 0.001. Kemudian variabel celebrity endorsement berpengaruh positif terhadap brand trust dengan nilai 0.000. Variabel brand image berpengaruh postif terhadap purchase decision dengan nilai 0.000. Kemudian variabel celebrity endorsement berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase decision dengan nilai 0.000. Variabel brand trust berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase decision dengan nilai 0.003.
