Abstract

Tujuan utama kegiatan abdimas ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan terkait dengan strategi pemasaran, edukasi pemanfaatan pemasaran digital, packaging produk dan literasi keuangan. Kegiatan abdimas ini dilaksanakan di Balai Desa Gantiwarno, Klaten dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 30 orang. Kegiatan abdimas ini juga dibantu oleh mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata dari Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta (UST). Materi yang disampaikan terkait dengan kebutuhan peserta yang Sebagian besar menghadapi masalah terkait dengan kurang memahami bagaimana melakukan pemasaran secara online atau digital, membuat packaging yang menarik, serta melakukan literasi keuangan yang baik untuk usaha yang sedang dijalankan. Hasil dari abdimas yang dilakukan para peserta abdimas yang berperan sebagai pelaku usaha mulai memahami bagaimana memanfaatkan media sosial untuk dijadikan akun market place, membuat packaging produk yang menarik untuk produk yang dibuat, kemudian para peserta juga sangat terbantu dengan informasi terkait dengan literasi keuangan dalam melakukan usaha bisnis. Implikasi yang dapat diberikan dalam kegiatan abdimas ini adalah pelaku usaha yang ada di Desa Gantiwarno dapat mengembangkan usaha yang mereka jalankan, dan dapat memperluas jangkau pasar untuk menjual produk yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen, produk yang dijual memiliki positioning dibandingkan dengan pesaing, dan lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait dengan literasi keuangan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the NCT Dream Ambassador brand, e-WOM, Brand image on Purchase Interest. This research uses four variables, namely brand ambassador, e-WOM, and brand image as independent variables, and purchase intention as the dependent variable. The population in this research are K-pop fans who live in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who are familiar with Lemonilo instant noodle products, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with data collection using a questionnaire. The research results show that the Ambassador brand, e-WOM, and Brand Image together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on intention to buy Lemonilo instant noodle products, the Ambassador brand does not have a significant effect on the intention to buy Lemonilo instant noodle products, e-WOM has a significant effect on Lemonilo instant noodle products, and brand image have a significant effect on purchase intentions for Lemonilo instant noodle products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product design and content marketing variables affect purchasing decisions on products from 3Second brands with brand image as an intervening variable. This study took samples from consumers who were in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling method is non-probability, and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection was done through a messenger with questionnaires sent via Whatsapp. The number of respondents processed was 105 respondents and the data was analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that the variables of product design, content marketing and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results also showed that product design and content marketing variables had a positive and significant effect on brand image. Product design variables mediated by brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Content marketing variables mediated by brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan selebriti dan variasi produk yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan merek terhadap keputusan pembelian mie sedaap. Obyek penelitian adalah pelanggan mie sedaap di Yogyakarta pada tahun 2023. Sampel secara purposive dan diperoleh 105 responden yang kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dukungan selebriti dan variasi produk tidak berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian, juga tidak berpengaruh pada kepercayaan merek, tetapi variasi produk berpengaruh pada kepercayaan merek. Selain itu kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif pada keputusan pembelian dan memediasi hubungan variasi produk dengan keputusan pembelian. Namun kepercayaan merek tidak dapat memediasi hubungan dukungan selebriti terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of entrepreneurship education and social media on the entrepreneurial interest of students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, Yogyakarta. Entrepreneurship is one of the compulsory courses for UST FE Management students. This course is expected to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in students so that students are interested in running their own business when they graduate. Meanwhile, social media provides information including about entrepreneurship which can also attract students' interest in entrepreneurship. The results of the research on the t test show that the entrepreneurial education variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest variable (Y) with a value of 0.003 and the social media variable (X2) also has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest (Y) with a value of 0.000. In the F test, entrepreneurship education and social media simultaneously affect entrepreneurial interest which is indicated by a significance value of 0.000. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen pada UMKM Batik Jumputan di Kelurahan Tahunan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian pemilik UMKM Batik Jumputan di Kelurahan Tahunan. Data primer di peroleh dari angket 6 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner. Kemudian data di analisis menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian pada uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap keuangan (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel perilaku manajemen keuangan (Y) dengan nilai sebesar 0,445.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance partially, and the effect of work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance simultaneously at PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. The research method used is quantitative with a population of 45 employees. Sampling using saturated non-probability sampling, with the entire population of 45 employees to be sampled. The data obtained were then processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 22 for windows. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire using google forms for employees of PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. Data analysis techniques used in this study include reliability test, validity test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test through the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study concluded that the variables work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially affect the performance of employees at PT. Yogyakarta Engineering Mukti Day. The results of the study conclude that the variable work experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

Tight competition requires go-food to improve the purchasing decisions of its users. This study’s goal is to ascertain the extant to which service quality,usability, and trust affect consumers’ decisions to buy in go-food. The method used is quantitative, and employs a questionnaire to gather information. Respondents who came from the Gunungkidul community population whose identities were unknown amounted to 120 people using the purposive sampling technique that the researcher used. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 26. The study findings indicate that trust is positively and significantly influenced by service quality, trust is positively and significantly influenced by ease of use, service quality is positively and significantly influenced by purchasing decisions, and ease of use is positively and significantly influenced by purchasing decisions.. Based on the mediation test, the results of this study found that trust was able to mediate the influence of service quality on go-food purchasing decisions, and trust was also able to mediate the influence of ease of use on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research, which was conducted to test the influence of product quality, brand image, and purchase intention as intervening variables on purchasing decisions. The data in this research was collected through a questionnaire using Google form with respondents who were owners, users, or who had purchased an iPhone brand smartphone in Yogyakarta. The sample taken in this research was 115 people. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method and using a purposive sampling technique. For data processing, use SPSS version 22. The results of this research show that product quality, brand images, purchase intention have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research, which was conducted to test the influence of product quality, brand image, and purchase intention as intervening variables on purchasing decisions. The data in this research was collected through a questionnaire using Google Form with respondents who were owners, users, or who had purchased an iPhone brand smartphone in Yogyakarta, with a total of 115 respondents. Testing in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis tests. The results of this research show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has no effect on purchasing decisions, purchase intention has an effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the variables product quality, brand image, and purchase intention influence purchasing decisions.
