<![CDATA[KONI Central Kalimantan is a branch of KONI Indonesia. One of the sports in Central Kalimantan is FPTI (Federal Rock Climbing Indonesia). During the decision making on the selection of athlete determinants at the Pre-Pon level, it is carried out by a manual analysis process by considering based on athlete data. To overcome this problem, a system for determining the location of determining athletes at the Pre-Pon level is needed. Therefore, a decision-making system was made using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The application of the fuzzy tsukamoto method is in the form of compiling systematic calculations to be carried out, so as to get a value as a comparison material for each athlete. The software development method uses the waterfall where the stages are system analysis and design, database design and interface design, implementation of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm from design into the PHP and MySQL programming languages as databases, system testing using the Black box method. The application of a decision support system using the Fuzzy Method can help select athletes based on criteria such as endurance, technique, tactics and physicality. The information generated is 15 rock climbing athletes with 5 eligible status and 10 unfit for pre-pound level. The results of the system test show that this application is feasible and can be used according to manual and system trials, which obtained a comparison of 90% of the data with the same results.]]>

<![CDATA[Central Kalimantan is known for its diversity of local plants. Moreover, most of these plants are also known for their health benefits. This is a great opportunity for the community to process these plants into traditional medicines and establish Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) selling traditional medicines. Unfortunately, these MSME entrepreneurs are not widely introduced to the surrounding community so that people also experience difficulties when they want to find traditional medicine. The Android-based Central Kalimantan Traditional Medicine Search Information System application was created so that users who are local people can search for traditional medicine stores selling the medicine they want, view information and be able to see the location of the store. The software system development method used is waterfall through five stages, namely analysis, design, implementation / coding, testing and support. The software developed in the preparation of this Professional Program uses the Java language and uses the Android studio software as a means of application development. MySQL is used as a database storage media about traditional medicine store information. The final result of this research is to produce an android-based application that can be used by the community to search for traditional medicine shops in Central Kalimantan based on keywords of medicine types, as well as helping MSMEs to run their businesses]]>

<![CDATA[Technology plays an important role in the management of a trading business, the cashier program at this time can be integrated with the Barcode Scanner which in its development is now implemented on smartphone cameras. The purpose of making this application is so that micro and small business owners can manage their business from product inventory to transaction processing with customers. The research method used to make this application begins with determining the scope of research, collecting data, consulting, studying literature, and implementing software development with the waterfall method. This application is based on Android so it uses the Java programming language with SQLite as the application database. It is hoped that this application can make it easier for micro and small business owners to advance their business.]]>

<![CDATA[Sales of wedding invitations have been experiencing various problems in the marketing process from consumer to consumer. In addition, product sales still use a catalog sales system in the form of books and compete fiercely with other printing houses near the location. Another problem is the distance and time that make it difficult for customers to get invitation booking information at the printing house. Therefore, this study aims to make it easier for customers to order and sell invitations online through a wedding invitation sales website in Palangka Raya City. The research methods carried out include data collection methods with two stages, namely literature studies and literature studies, as well as software development using the Waterfall (Pressman) method. System and software design is done using Chris Gane and Trish Sarson's DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and interface design using Story Board. Program creation using PHP and JavaScript programming languages, CI framework (CodeIgniter), Visual Studio Code, and MySQL database. The results showed that the Web Print Invitation has been made in accordance with the design design and testing stages of the program using BlackBox Testing. Testing of the system has been successfully carried out so that functionally the website can run quite well and according to needs, and produce the expected output.]]>

<![CDATA[The Papuan Student Dormitory is one of the dormitories located at Jalan B'Koetin No 92, Palangka Village, Jekan Raya District, Palangka Raya City 73112, and is a dormitory inhabited by students from Papua who are pursuing Bachelor's Degree Education by getting educational assistance called Adik Papua (Papua Affirmation) at the University of Palangka Raya. Students who receive the Papua ADik Affirmation Program at Palangka Raya University are placed in the Papuan Student Dormitory where there are 40 rooms in all. The hostel management and also the Chancellor are in charge of the Papua ADik Papua Program Recipient Students. There are 2 goals in creating this system, namely to build a website-based Papua Student Dormitory Selection System that can be used to determine students who are entitled and eligible to live in Papuan Student Dormitories and Make a Comparison of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method and the Weighted Product (WP) Method ) in ranking to find out the best method recommendations. the results of this test can also be compared with the two methods with the same value, so it can be concluded that the DSS based on this website with the two methods used are very relevant]]>

<![CDATA[The City Government of Palangka Raya, in the year 2015 there was 2 4 star hotels, 2 star hotels 3 and 46 classy hotel jasmine in the City of Palangka Raya. Because of the increasing number of the construction of the hotel builted in the City of Palangka Raya, often cause problems for travelers that in doing a hotel search or specify the hotel based on the distance of the shortest path to the location of the hotel in the City of Palangka Raya with objective to minimize the cost of transportation and to speed up a journey.The research is made by using the algorithm of dijkstra to determine the path of the shortest distance to the location of the hotel destination in the City of Palangka Raya and software development methodologies in used in this research is using the waterfall method consists of five steps namely requirement analysis, design, coding, implementation and testing, and maintenance. Advances and developments in this technology will certainly make it easier to present information, one of which is in the field of mental health. This study aims to design and build an android-based consulting application that connects psychologists with clients to conduct consultations in real time. This application presents a list of psychologists that can be selected according to the topic of consultation and clients can process payments and schedule consultations with psychologists through this application. This application can also provide information about the world of mental health through the information page provided. <![CDATA[Since its establishment on September 25, 2018, lintasberita1.com has been active in reporting for the Palangka Raya city area of Central Kalimantan Province. Currently, lintasberita1.com still uses WordPress as a blog engine for news content. The use of WordPress has limitations in that the customization that can be done is limited to what is provided by the application developer itself. Another problem occurs in the news reporting process for field journalists who still use the WhatsApp application. This process is time-consuming for editors to take news and edit it on the WordPress administrator's site for publishing. Ad management constraints also often occur because they have to manually input data. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to design and build a website-based news portal lintasberita1 that can accommodate user needs. The waterfall software development method was used in this study. This method has several stages, namely requirement definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance.. This research produces a website application that can provide information on the latest news in Central Kalimantan Province, and improve the news processing process to be systematic and integrated.]]>

<![CDATA[In the current development of the use of internet services, internet service providers company provides internet services that can be connected to customer’s houses. PT. XYZ is an internet service provider company that operates in the city of Blitar, East Java. The customer of support manager registration process for internet services on this client still does not have an online system so that registration is still done manually by the support manager to be able to integrate its customers with the network provided by the company. Therefore, this registration process on PT. XYZ needs to be converted into an online subscription information system to simplify the subscription registration process and so on. This system module was developed using evolutionary prototyping methodology, starting from the quick design stage by analyzing requirements and designing the system quickly so that it can go directly to the prototype build process. The process of building a prototype is carried out by implementing the results of the system design, then followed by user evaluation to get feedback on the prototype that was built. The prototype refining stage is for stabilization on the prototype that has been made previously and there is a test of the system using the black box testing method. After several trials, and results of the trials carried out, it can be concluded that the system is running well and can be used as a Support Manager Subscription Module on the Home Internet Service Provider Information System in Blitar City. By implementing third party Application Programming Interface (API), the resulting subscription web module can display maps, bank account mutations, and WhatsApp notifications to assist the registration and payment process.]]>

<![CDATA[Service performance appraisal is now starting to become a benchmark for achieving quality service by evaluating every service and piece of information provided. The provision of questionnaire sheets is currently considered less effective in determining the satisfaction index of services due to storing data on questionnaire results and re-recording the results that have been filled in by the community. Therefore, this study aims to build a website to improve the work system with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the community satisfaction index. In designing the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) Website, Panarung Village uses the waterfall method with stages: requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, operation and maintenance. This website has been tested with black box testing, and the results show that the features on the website can run well. The Panarung Village Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) website can be used as evaluation material for the performance of services in the Pahandut sub-district and also as a means of information such as news data, graphs, survey results, and criticism suggestions.]]>
