Abstract

Basic Principles of Digital Literacy Development that digital literacy is a skill that not only involves the ability to use technological devices, information and communication, but also the ability to socialize, the ability to learn, and have the attitude, critical thinking, creative, and inspirational as digital competence. The scope of digital literacy is very broad. Digital literacy can be applied in schools, families and communities. To apply digital literacy in these various areas, different strategies are needed. After getting to know digital literacy, it is hoped that millennials can use technology wisely.

Abstract

The development of madrasahs cannot be separated from the productive human resources in them. Productive human resources cannot be separated from good management. This management is known as human resource management. In managing human resources, the madrasah must be able to create a management model that is planned, structured, and measurable in order to produce quality human resources. The human resource management model at Islamic boarding school-based Madrasah Tsanawiyah has its own uniqueness in achieving the vision of the institution. Starting with the main competencies that correspond to the institution's dominance and the continuity of human resources who always carry out service to the institution. The human resource management model in Islamic boarding schools begins with the stages of carrying out job analysis, implementing recruitment, implementing HR placement, implementing HR development, implementing compensation, implementing integration, implementing HR maintenance, implementing termination of employment, and last is the implementation of HR monitoring and assessment stages.

Abstract

This Community Service activity is a collaborative activity of three educational institutions, namely Universitas Islam Nusantara, SMKN 1 Cihampelas and SMPN 4 Cisompet.The purpose of this community service is to increase knowledge and skills and facilitate teachers in compiling Differentiated RPP and Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project modules. So as to minimize misconceptions related to differentiated learning and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. This service was carried out at SDN Selakopi, West Bandung regency with the participants of one principal, eight teachers and one school operator. Service is carried out with four stages, namely preparation, implementation, evaluation and reflection. The implementation is carried out in the form of workshops and assistance in compiling differentiated RPP and modules of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project. Furthermore, the RRP that has been prepared is implemented in the classroom and class observations are carried out to determine the compatibility between the RPP made and the implementation in class. The results of this dedication show that the activity has been carried out and runs smoothly. The activity succeeded in correcting misconceptions related to differentiated learning and the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project.  With this activity, all participants can understand differentiated learning and  the Pancasil Student Profile Strengthening Project. Furthermore, the teacher succeeded in compiling a differentiated lesson plan according to the subjects taught and the facilitator team of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project succeeded in compiling the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project module. This activity not only focuses on workshop products but also on participants' understanding of differentiated learning and  the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project

Abstract

In the field of education, the teaching paradigm means providing lessons about various sciences to individuals, which then will benefit the individual's thinking abilities. Educational Psychology is a branch of psychology that specializes in the understanding of learning and teaching processes in educational environments. Through the perspective of Educational Psychology, education can be viewed as a practical science that seeks to explain learning in accordance with scientifically established principles and facts surrounding human behavior. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with triangulation techniques, data collection through observation, interviews and questionnaires, as well as documentation studies. The results of this research are first, the presence of psychology in the world of education provides practical benefits in the teaching and learning process, especially in learning English For Specific Purposes (ESP) in Accounting courses, which helps students know English terms in making financial reports and journals. Second, it was found that the paradigm skills of teaching and educating ESP when viewed from educational psychology had a positive impact on college graduates and teaching staff. One of them is helping graduates have ESP competence in their field. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of the ESP curriculum in Indonesia.

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the leadership competence of principals and teachers in learning organizations as an effort to realize the quality of education at Mekar Arum Foundation. This Community Service method uses counseling in the form of webinars. The target of this service is the principal, teachers and staff of Mekar Arum Bandung Kindergarten, Junior High School, and Senior High School. The evaluation instrument of this activity uses questionnaires and interviews which are then analyzed descriptively, the results of this service show that school principals have the competence to design, organize, direct, and coordinate staff within the context of learning organizations. Principals can design effective learning strategies, inspire staff, and create a positive learning climate in the school. Through a learning organization approach, it can make a significant contribution in improving the quality of education at Mekar Arum Foundation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze language errors in phonetics in the use of Indonesian by foreign speakers and as a guide or reference in learning Indonesian for foreign speakers. The data obtained was taken from one of the video content on the Hello82 YouTube channel with guest star NCT DREAM. The research method uses descriptive qualitative by collecting data analyzing errors in language, recording and describing all the data, analyzing in more detail and describing errors in each data, classifying each data in phonetic studies. Phonetics is a field of study in language that focuses on the mechanisms and speech sounds produced by the speech apparatus. There are 24 Indonesian words that have errors in pronunciation. Language errors made by speakers include the vowel phonemes /a/, /i/, /u/, /e/, /ə/, and /o/ while the consonant phonemes /i/, /k/, /g/ , /n/, /r/, /p/, /t/, and /b/. Based on the form of sound change, it is divided into 18 forms of sound change, 10 forms of adding phoneme sounds, and 4 forms of removing phoneme sounds. From this research, the forms of phoneme sound changes include neutralization, vowel harmonization, assimilation, aspiration, epenthesis anaphtysis, paragog anaptysis, apocope contractions, and syncope contractions. Errors that occur can be influenced by the speaker's native grammar or the speaker's habits. In the rules of the Korean language, there are several phonemes that are pronounced and written the same, following the rules of the language. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesalahan berbahasa dalam fonetik pada penggunaan bahasa Indonesia oleh penutur asing dan sebagai pedoman atau acuan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia bagi penutur asing. Data yang diperoleh diambil dari salah satu konten video yang ada pada kanal Youtube Hello82 dengan bintang tamu NCT DREAM. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data analisis kesalahan dalam berbahasa, mencatat dan menguraikan keseluruhan data, menganalisis lebih detail dan mendeskripsikan kesalahan setiap data, mengklasifikasikan setiap data dalam kajian fonetik. Fonetik merupakan suatu bidang kajian dalam bahasa yang berfokus pada mekanisme dan bunyi ujaran yang dihasilkan oleh alat ucap. Terdapat 24 kata bahasa Indonesia yang mengalami kesalahan dalam pengucapan. Kesalahan berbahasa yang diucapkan oleh penutur antara lain pada fonem vokal /a/, /i/, /u/, /e/, /ə/, dan /o/ sedangkan pada fonem konsonan /i/, /k/, /g/, /n/, /r/, /p/, /t/, dan /b/. Berdasarkan bentuk perubahan bunyi dibagi menjadi 18 bentuk perubahan bunyi, 10 bentuk penambahan bunyi fonem, dan 4 bentuk penghilangan bunyi fonem. Dari hasil analisis pada penelitian ini, terdapat bentuk perubahan bunyi fonem yang berbeda diantara lain adanya netralisasi, harmonisasi vokal, asimilasi, aspirasi, anaptiksis epentesis, anaptiksis paragog, kontraksi apokop, dan kontraksi sinkop. Kesalahan yang terjadi dapat dipengaruhi dari tata bahasa asli penutur ataupun kebiasaan penutur. Pada aturan bahasa Korea terdapat beberapa fonem yang pengucapan dan penulisannya sama, mengikuti aturan bahasanya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving teacher performance in terms of the leadership of the school principal. This study aims to describe the increase in teacher performance through the leadership of the principal at SMP Al Falah Dago Bandung. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach and is descriptive in nature. The place and time of this research is SMP Al Falah Dago Bandung in Odd Semester 2023/2024. Data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. Informants/sources of information in this study were the Principal of SMP Al Falah, Deputy Principal of SMP Al Falah and SMP Al Falah teachers. Data analysis techniques carried out were data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study explain 1) SMP Al Falah is located in Dago Bandung, Jalan Cisitu 52 Bandung City under the auspices of the Insan Al Falah Foundation Dago Bandung, 2) Teacher performance is the ability to carry out the work of a teacher in carrying out his duties and responsibilities at the school where he teaches both in the form of knowledge and skills, 3) Principal leadership is the ability to lead all existing resources in a school to achieve common goals, and 4) Al Falah Dago Bandung principal leadership is a paternalistic and charismatic leadership style with this style influencing teacher performance. The conclusion of this study is that teacher performance can be improved through the leadership of the school principal.

Abstract

The application of the principles of transformational leadership in school management is very important to improve the quality of education, so this is the background of this research. This study aims to explain the Principles of Transformational Leadership in School Management (Case Study at SMP Negeri 1 Bojongsoang). This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach and is descriptive in nature. The place and time of this research is SMP Negeri 1 Bojongsoang in the Even Semester 2022/2023. Data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. The informants/sources of information in this study were the principal, deputy principal and teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Bojongsoang. Data analysis techniques carried out were data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study explain 1) Transformational leaders are leaders who have far-reaching insights and seek to improve and develop the organization not only for now but in the future as well, 2) Transformational leadership is based on four main dimensions, namely Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation , and Individualized Consideration, 3) The principles of transformational leadership include Simplification, Motivation, Facilitation, Innovation, Mobility, Alertness, and Determination, and 4) Application of the Principles of Transformational Leadership in School Management at SMP Negeri 1 Bojongsoang includes a clear inspirational vision, individual development, intellectual stimulation, ideal influence, inspiration and motivation, and empowerment and delegation.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan inovatif di pendidikan tinggi dapat menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang dinamis, relevan, dan adaptif, yang mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi tuntutan dunia yang terus berkembang. Peran kepemimpinan inovatif menjadi sangat strategis untuk melakukan penataan, perubahan, dan pengembangan agar tantangan dan tuntutan pendidikan tinggi dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik, sehingga tujuan pendidikan tinggi dapat tercapai secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggali tentang bagaimana peran kepemimpinan inovatif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka, dimana data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan cara analisis konten isi. Sumber data penelitian berupa buku-buku, jurnal, dan internet serta sumber lainnya yang relevan. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan inovatif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan tinggi antara lain : 1) sebagai penentu arah kebijakan organisasi dalam mencapai visi, misi, tujuan dan strategi pendidikan tinggi; 2) sebagai motivator dalam penataan, perubahan, dan pengembangan organisasi pendidikan tinggi menghadapi tantangan dan tuntutan dunia pendidikan yang terus berkembang; 3) dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, kepemimpinan inovatif sebagai penggerak dalam proses standarisasi mutu, mengelola dan mengarahkan tim serta sumber daya lainnya dalam organisasi.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program is a national initiative aimed at aligning higher education outcomes with workforce demands. However, at Universitas Islam Nusantara, student participation in MBKM remains low. This study investigates the perceptions, interest, and readiness of students—factors that may influence their engagement in the program. This study employed a quantitative survey design using a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 207 students from three study programs within the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. The sample was determined using the Isaac and Michael formula with a 1% error margin. Data were analyzed descriptively. Findings indicate that students’ perceptions of the MBKM program are varied and lack a dominant consensus. While 54.11% of respondents viewed the program as "very useful," only 21.26% considered it "very important" for future employment. Additionally, student knowledge about MBKM is limited, with only 0.97% claiming full awareness of the program. Interest was highest in internship (44.93%), student exchange (41.06%), and teaching assistantship (40.10%) activities. Overall, 63.77% of students expressed a strong interest in MBKM, yet only 31.40% felt ready to participate. The study highlights a gap between student interest and readiness, potentially due to limited socialization and understanding of the program. Enhanced communication strategies and institutional support are recommended to increase student engagement in MBKM.
