Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek penting dalam pembentukan individu yang berkualitas. Pendidikan karakter bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kepribadian yang baik, sikap positif, dan nilai-nilai moral pada individu, sehingga mereka dapat berkontribusi secara positif terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. Salah satu faktor yang memiliki peran krusial dalam membangun pendidikan karakter yang efektif adalah kepemimpinan visioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kepemimpinan visioner kepala Dinas Pendidikan dalam mengembangkan karakter peserta didik di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner yang diimplementasikan oleh kepala dinas pendidikan dalam pendidikan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Purwakarta memiliki karakteristik pemipin visioner dalam memimpin organisasinya. Langkah-langkahnya meliputi menetapkan visi dan misi Pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta sebagai pondasi dalam menyusun tujuan, sasaran, strategi, program, kegiatan dan sub kegiatan pada Dinas Pendidikan. Visi dan misi Pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta dimasukkan dalam dokumen Rencana Strategis yang ditetapkan dan disosialisasikan kepada seluruh Pejabat Dinas Pendidikan, staf, Pengawas, Penilik, Kepala Sekolah serta guru-guru. Kepala Dinas juga sebagai sosok motivator yang mampu menginspirasi dan mendorong seluruh warga/pegawai Dinas Pendidikan mulai dari level Mid management sampai dengan entry management.

Abstract

Language is a very important communication tool for humans to interact. One of the tools used to communicate is social media. It is undeniable that at this time on social media there is often the use of language deviations such as hate speech. This research focuses on analyzing the forms and types of hate speech in posts and comments on the @nyinyir_update_official Instagram account. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique was carried out using reading and note-taking techniques. Data is obtained from comments on @nyinyir_update_official Instagram account posts that contain hate speech. The results of the study show that the hate or dislike response is the creative impetus for creative language expression. Creative in finding different ways to berate or blaspheme. The technique used is to use referents that are nuanced with negative meanings. The technique used is to use referents that are nuanced with negative meanings. There are nine types of referents used to express hatred, namely: (1) circumstances 32 utterances, (2) animals 13 utterances, (3) body parts 23 utterances, (4) objects 10 utterances, (5) activities 4 utterances, (6) spirits 6 utterances, (7) kinship 10 utterances, (8) profession 4 utterances, (9) exclamation 2 utterances. Judging from the form, the core of hatred is expressed in words, phrases, and clauses as follows: (1) words as many as 28 hate speeches, (2) phrases 35 hate speeches, and (3) clauses 37 hate speech data. AbstrakBahasa merupakan alat komunikasi yang sangat penting bagi manusia untuk berinteraksi. Salah satu sarana yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi yaitu media sosial. Tidak dipungkiri pada masa ini di media sosial sering terjadi penggunaan penyimpangan berbahasa seperti ujaran kebencian. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis bentuk dan jenis ujaran kebencian pada postingan dan komentar di akun Instagram @nyinyir_update_official. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca dan catat. Data diperoleh dari komentar pada postingan akun instagram @nyinyir_update_official yang mengandung ujaran kebencian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respons benci atau tidak suka merupakan dorongan kreatif membuat ungkapan bahasa kreatif. Kreatif dalam menemukan berbagai cara mencaci atau menghina. Teknik yang digunakan adalah menggunakan referen yang bernuansa makna negatif. Ada sembilan jenis referen yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan kebencian, yaitu: (1) keadaan 32 ujaran, (2) binatang 13 ujaran, (3) bagian tubuh 23 ujaran, (4) benda 10 ujaran, (5) aktivitas 4 ujaran, (6) makhluk halus 6 ujaran, (7) kekerabatan 10 ujaran, (8) profesi 4 ujaran, (9) seruan 2 ujaran. Dilihat dari bentuknya, inti kebencian itu diungkapkan dengan kata, frasa, dan klausa sebagai berikut: (1) kata sebanyak 28 ujaran kebencian, (2) frasa 35 ujaran kebencian, dan (3) klausa 37 data ujaran kebencian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kepemimpinan visioner dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi pustaka atau analisis konten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner merupakan pendekatan yang penting dalam memimpin organisasi dan individu. Dengan melihat ke depan, merumuskan visi yang inspiratif, dan menginspirasi orang lain untuk mencapainya, seorang pemimpin visioner dapat membawa perubahan positif dan membawa organisasi menuju kesuksesan jangka panjang.

Abstract

The existence of social media such as TikTok opens up opportunities for people to express themselves freely. This freedom demands creativity in expression, among others by using a sarcastic language style. This study aims to examine the use of satire language style used by Tiktoker Rian Fahardhi in his video using Keraf's Language Style theory. This research uses descriptive research to describe the sarcastic language style used by Rian Fahardhi in TikTok videos. The data collection technique used is the listening method with note taking technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis technique. The results showed that Rian Fahardhi used 19 satire language styles consisting of 4 irony language styles, 6 cynicism language styles, and 9 sarcasm language styles. Satire is not only used to convey criticism and aspirations, but it can also be implemented for readers and listeners of language in various types of literary works and outside literature. By using satire, readers or listeners can pay attention to the words used more carefully in writing or speech. So that it can increase understanding and appreciation of the beauty of language and can strengthen the message to be conveyed.

Abstract

The purpose of the study which became the focal point was the management of work practice training based on digital literacy in the boarding school environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method of data collection is done by triangulation techniques using interviews, document studies, and field observations. With the object of research at the community work Training Center (BLKK) vocational Information Technology and Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency, West Java province. The results showed that: 1) the planning of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan that focuses on identifying training needs has been carried out in accordance with SOP or rules, regulations of the Ministry of manpower. 2) the development of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan which focuses on internal training cooperation still occurs in the dichotomy of departments and sectoral egos and external cooperation with less developed companies and even tiered apprenticeship program cooperation no longer exists. 3) the implementation of the training Program at BLKK Al-Mizan focusing on the implementation of competency-based training (CBT) has not been fully implemented. 4) evaluation of training at BLKK Al-Mizan showed that the assessment of training services has been carried out but the results are limited to the basis for recognition of students and the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school environment. 5) support the function and use of training management at BLKK Al-Mizan to the function of improving digital literacy in the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school. The researcher concluded that the management of digital literacy-based work practice training in the boarding school environment runs effectively and equips students to be technologically literate, this is also reflected in the students themselves in the use of digital-based books.

Abstract

The Use of Various Indonesian Languages in Deddy Corbuzier’s Youtube Podcast TitlesABSTRAKPenggunaan ragam bahasa pada judul-judul podcast di youtube dapat bervariasi tergantung pada audiensi yang dituju dan konteks pembicaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan variasi ragam bahasa pada judul-judul podcast di youtube. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari judul-judul podcast pada platform media sosial youtube. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan penggunaan ragam bahasa informal pada judul-judul podcast yaitu ragam bahasa santai (kasual) dan dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi (1) penghilangan fonem awal atau suku kata awal, (2) penghilangan fonem tengah atau suku kata tengah, (3) perubahan grafi, (4) penambahan grafi, (5) penggunaan bahasa daerah, (6) penggunaan istilah bahasa asing, (7) penggunaan singkatan, (8) penggunaan simbol, (9) perubahan semantis, (10) proses morfologi yang belum baku, (11) angka yang menggantikan huruf, (12) penggunaan emoji. Ragam bahasa yang digunakan dalam judul-judul podcast menggunakan bahasa yang lebih santai dan informal untuk menarik perhatian penonton serta menghadirkan suasana yang lebih santai. Penggunaan ragam bahasa pada judul-judul podcast di youtube harus disesuaikan dengan audiensi yang dituju dan konteks pembicaraan agar dapat mencapai tujuan dari podcast tersebut. Bahasa Indonesia memanglah beragam, hal ini disebabkan bahasa Indonesia dituturkan oleh banyak orang dan suka atau tidak suka harus tunduk pada hukum perubahan.Kata kunci: Ragam Bahasa, Judul Podcast, Deddy CorbuzierABSTRACTThe use of various languages in podcast titles on YouTube can vary depending on the intended audience and the context of the conversation. This study aims to describe the use of language variations in podcast titles on YouTube. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data source in this study was taken from podcast titles on the YouTube social media platform. The results of this study found the use of informal language varieties in podcast titles, namely casual language varieties and can be classified into (1) omission of the initial phoneme or initial syllable, (2) omission of the middle phoneme or middle syllable, (3) changes in graphics, (4) adding graphics, (5) using local languages, (6) using foreign language terms, (7) using abbreviations, (8) using symbols, (9) semantic changes, (10) morphological processes that are not standard , (11) numbers that replace letters, (12) use of emojis. The variety of language used in the podcast titles uses more relaxed and informal language to attract the attention of the audience and create a more relaxed atmosphere. The use of various languages in podcast titles on YouTube must be adjusted to the intended audience and the context of the conversation in order to achieve the goals of the podcast. Abstract

The lack of optimal quality of education in madrasahs causes the public image of madrasas to remain poor. The public view of Madrasahs is associated with second-choice educational institutions, not developed, slums, and other negative images about madrasas, therefore, the desire of the community (parents) to continue their children's studies in madrasahs is very lacking. For the quality of learning in madrasah to increase, the head of the madrasah must always improve the effectiveness of the implementation of academic supervision, improve good school culture, and prepare educational facilities. The results of the pre-survey on the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah in South Lampung District, the initial data obtained on the quality of the learning process are as follows: (1) there are still many teachers using less varied learning methods; (2) teachers rarely make use of and use instructional media; (3) learning activities do not activate students, where teachers are more active in learning; (4) the evaluation activities carried out by the teacher were more on the cognitive aspects; (5) learning activities carried out by the teacher do not optimize the development of all potential students; and (6) student learning outcomes are rarely followed up, the information is merely to find out the extent of the learning outcomes of students (students).

Abstract

The development of madrasahs cannot be separated from the productive human resources in them. Productive human resources cannot be separated from good management. This management is known as human resource management. In managing human resources, the madrasah must be able to create a management model that is planned, structured, and measurable in order to produce quality human resources. The human resource management model at Islamic boarding school-based Madrasah Tsanawiyah has its own uniqueness in achieving the vision of the institution. Starting with the main competencies that correspond to the institution's dominance and the continuity of human resources who always carry out service to the institution. The human resource management model in Islamic boarding schools begins with the stages of carrying out job analysis, implementing recruitment, implementing HR placement, implementing HR development, implementing compensation, implementing integration, implementing HR maintenance, implementing termination of employment, and last is the implementation of HR monitoring and assessment stages.

Abstract

After the implementation of PKM differentiated learning model training in the implementation of the independent curriculum for elementary schools in Rancakalong District, Sumedang Regency, it is hoped that teachers can understand the basic concepts of differentiated learning in the Implementation of the Independent Elementary School Curriculum, teachers can plan differentiated learning models in schools appropriately, appropriately, and effectively, and so that they have an impact on improving the quality of learning by implementing differentiated learning in each school. As one of the spearheads of education, teachers are obliged to create a quality learning system for students. Because basically education has a responsibility in realizing quality human resources, especially preparing students as successors of future development who are competent, independent, critical, creative and able to solve the problems they face. This PKM activity is also used as a space to meet and exchange ideas and experiences with the progress and development of education in the digital era

Abstract

Character education is an educational process that focuses on changing attitudes and behavior on an ongoing basis and always harmonizes them in life in accordance with the norms and values that they believe in. One of the vehicles for character building and development is Pondok Pesantrens. This research is motivated by changes in the behavior of santris who are not in accordance with what is expected by the Pesantren institution. The focus of this research is on how to strengthen the values of character education for santris. In particular, the purpose of this research is to find out about: 1) The objectives and programs for strengthening the character education values of Santri; 2) Implementation of Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation of the Strengthening of Santri character education values; 3) Problems faced in strengthening the character education values of Santri; and 5) Solutions to problems in strengthening Santri character education values. This research uses the approach qualitative method with descriptive method which was carried out at the Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah and the Pondok pesantren Salafiyah in Sukabumi. Data collection techniques were carried out through field observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The grand theory of this research uses the theory of character education according to Thomas Lickona. Inductive data analysis resulted in several conclusions: 1) Objectives and Programs for Strengthening the Character Education Values of Santri at Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah and Pondok pesantren Salafiyah, exist and are implemented, 2). Implementation of the Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation of the Program for Strengthening the character education values of Santri at the Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah, has been planned, implemented and there is an evaluation. While at the Pondok pesantren Salafiyah there is a limited planning, implementation and evaluation classically, 3). Problems faced in strengthening the character education values of Santri at Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah in the effectiveness of implementing the rules and educational background of heterogeneous coaches and teachers, while problems at Pondok pesantren Salafiyah in the independence of santris, religious santris, social society and santris' national insight . 4). Solutions to problems in strengthening the values of character education for santris at the Pondok pesantren Al-Masthuriyah through deliberation, santri development and personal approaches as well as equalizing perceptions. Meanwhile, the solution to the problems at the Pondok pesantren Salafiyah is through fostering succession, habituation in worship, habituation in santri activities, as well as national strengthening activities. The recommendations of this research for Pondok Pesantrens should be strengthened in the management of Pondok Pesantrens and for the Pondok Pesantren section of the Ministry of Religion of Sukabumi Regency to carry out managerial facilitation in accordance with regulations and their main functions. The research products produced in strengthening the character values of santris are strengthening: Tradition, Literacy, Independence, and National Attitudes.
