Abstract

This research aims to find out how work behavior and commitment influence employee performance in the Performance sector of the Secretariat of the Yogyakarta Special Region Communication and Information Service. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 25 samples. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling with the researcher's technique using saturated sampling. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, f tests and t tests. Based on the research results, the multiple regression equation Y = .300 + 0.527 X1 + 0.247 0.007 is smaller than 0.05 (0.007 < 0.05), f-count test results > f-table (39.961 > 3.342), sign value. 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), this shows that the variable factors of work behavior and commitment influence the performance of the secretariat. The coefficient of determination test shows that the R Square is 0.747, meaning that the influence of work behavior and commitment variables on the performance of the Secretariat of the Yogyakarta Special Region Communication and Information Service is 74.7%, while the remaining 25.3% must be explained by other causal factors. originating from outside this regression method.

Abstract

Problems in online marketing knowledge for women farming groups include a lack of understanding of effective digital marketing strategies and limited technological accessibility, which hinders optimizing digital marketing and increasing farmers' income and business opportunities. The solution to this problem is to provide online marketing knowledge and skills for farmers through a comprehensive training and mentoring program. This program includes understanding digital marketing strategies, the use of online platforms, engaging content, and consumer behavior. Training helps women farming groups face online marketing challenges. The material is presented in simple and accessible language, and collaborative workshops strengthen farmers' knowledge and skills.

Abstract

This writing aims to find out how workload, work environment and commitment influence employee performance in the staffing sector at class IIa Yogyakarta correctional institutions. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, f tests and t tests. Based on the research results, the multiple regression equation Y = -3.736 + 0.371X1 + 0.233X2 + 0.455X3 shows that there is an influence between workload, work environment and commitment on employee performance in the staffing sector at the Yogyakarta class IIa Correctional Institution. From the results of the coefficient of determination test, it shows that the R Square is 0.836. This means that the magnitude of the influence of workload, work environment and commitment variables on employee performance in the staffing sector at Yogyakarta class IIa correctional institutions is 83.6%, while the remaining 16.4% must be explained by other causal factors originating from outside the regression method. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of health services and hospital facilities have on outpatient satisfaction at the PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede KIA Hospital, Yogyakarta, partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, where data collection uses a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 30 employees, where these employees served at KIA PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Kotagede Yogyakarta. Validity test which shows that the statement in this study is valid, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha is declared reliable. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this analysis indicate that: (1) Health Service Quality has a positive effect on outpatient satisfaction of 0.318. (2) Hospital facilities have a positive effect on outpatient satisfaction of 0.334.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the aviation industry is facing increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors that influence customer satisfaction in the context of airlines. This study aims to see how much influence service quality has on customer satisfaction of Batik Air airline passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Airport. This research was conducted at Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Airport. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to Batik Air airline passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Airport. The research used by researchers is field research which uses a quantitative approach, namely testing or analyzing data and calculating numbers and then drawing conclusions from the testing. Based on the results of a simple regression test, it is known that service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Batik Air airline passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Airport. This significant effect can be seen based on the results of t-tests on independent variables of management information systems obtained a Sig value of 0.001. A probability value greater than the Sig value (0.05 greather than 0.001) can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Batik Air airline passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Airport.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of brand image and price on consumer loyalty in a case study of students of the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, f tests and t tests. Based on the results of the study, the multiple regression equation Y = 3.072 + 0.421X1 + 0.516X2 was obtained, indicating that there is an influence between brand image and loyalty on consumer satisfaction. From the results of the determination coefficient test, it shows that R Square is 0.661. This means that the magnitude of the influence of brand image and loyalty variables on consumer loyalty in a case study of students of the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy is 66.1%, while the remaining 33.9% must be explained by other causal factors that come from outside this regression method.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh Akademi Manajemen Administrasi Yogyakarta dengan mengangkat tema "Motivasi Pelatihan Hidup Bahagia Bagi Lansia" di Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Werdha Bantul, Yogyakarta. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memberikan dukungan psikologis dan emosional kepada lansia yang berisiko mengalami kesepian, depresi, dan kehilangan makna hidup akibat keterbatasan dukungan sosial dan keluarga. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui metode ceramah interaktif dan diskusi, dengan fokus pada penguatan semangat hidup, peningkatan rasa percaya diri, serta pengembangan keterampilan untuk mencapai kebahagiaan dan kepuasan hidup. Evaluasi pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan interaksi sosial, rasa dihargai, dan partisipasi aktif para lansia dalam aktivitas komunitas. Dampak positif lainnya adalah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat dan pihak terkait akan pentingnya perhatian terhadap kesejahteraan emosional lansia. Kegiatan ini juga memperkuat implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya pada aspek pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh para dosen AMA Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud dan tujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan pengelolaan usaha UMKM dengan pokok pembahasan Motivasi Wirusaha bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul. Sasaran yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat kali ini adalah pelaku usaha UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul. Pengabdian masyarakat ini diikuti peserta pelaku UMKM sebanyak 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Tatap muka di dalam ruangan dengan pemberian materi oleh nara sumber dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi / Tanya jawab terkait Motivasi Wirausaha UMKM. Rumusan masalah yang digunakan adalah Bagaimana pelaksanaan Motivasi Wirusaha UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul.? Dari hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan bahwa pelaku UMKM siap untuk melakukan perubahan dalam kemasan dan pemasaran serta perubahan manajemen usaha UMKM di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran Kapanewon Patuk Gunungkidul serta ada kepastian pendampingan usaha UMKM dari Pihak Kampus Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Ambarukmo (STIPRAM) Yogyakarta secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

From the results of the coefficient of determination test, it shows that the R Square is 0.793. This means that the magnitude of the influence of workload and work environment variables on employee performance in the staffing sector at the Yogyakarta Class IIA Correctional Institution is 79.3%, while the remaining 20.7% must be explained by other causal factors originating from outside this regression method.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain information regarding drug management studies in terms of planning, procurement, distribution, use and disposal carried out at the Pharmacy Installation of the South Ring Road Special Surgical Hospital D.I.Y. This type of qualitative research is descriptive. Three informants participated in this research: the head of the pharmaceutical installation, the head of the pharmaceutical installation warehouse, and the person in charge of inpatient services. The results of the research show that drug management is carried out using national and hospital formularies, namely in the form of an integrated information system, which in its implementation meets the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2016, namely procurement, receipt, storage, distribution and monitoring. The obstacle experienced is the lack of stock of medicines for heart, hypertension and diabetes mellitus, for this reason regular monitoring is needed to overcome stock problems and to be able to collaborate with various parties in dealing with this so that it is efficient and effective.
