Abstract

In the digital age, adolescents in DKI Jakarta Province, Indonesia, are experiencing a transformative shift in their lifestyles, characterized by the pervasive influence of digital technologies. This research aimed to comprehensively investigate the multifaceted impact of digital lifestyles on the health of adolescents, with a specific focus on social media abuse, physical inactivity, and psychological well-being. Through a mixed-methods approach encompassing surveys and interviews, data from 500 adolescents were collected and analyzed. The findings revealed that digital lifestyles have become integral to the lives of adolescents, with social media use averaging 3.5 hours per day. However, this extensive use has led to concerning issues, including cyberbullying experiences among 18% of participants and feelings of inadequacy in 42% due to social comparison. Additionally, physical inactivity was prevalent, with only 38% meeting the recommended daily physical activity guidelines. These behaviors were associated with various health implications, such as poor sleep quality and eye strain. Psychological well-being also bore the brunt of digital lifestyles, with 32% of adolescents reporting symptoms of anxiety and 28% experiencing symptoms of depression. Despite these challenges, self-esteem levels remained moderate to high for most participants.

ABSTRACT Each country leader has a different communication style and leadership style. These two styles certainly do not just aim to meet the effectiveness targets of a president's communication with his people. However, these two styles must be used as indicators of the communication capacity and leadership ability of a president who is able to maintain the existence of the country and the continuity of the nation's development. This qualitative study using descriptive analysis methods based on literature and document studies tries to analyze the communication and leadership styles of President Soekarno and President Soeharto. Through searching a number of literature related to the communication styles and leadership styles of the two legendary national figures, the results of the study show: Soekarno's communication style was characterized by low-context, rhetorical, inspirational, optimistic, innovative, transformational, daring to take risks and his leadership character was characterized as charismatic, authoritative, visionary, imaginative, open, and diplomatic. Meanwhile, Soeharto's communication style is characterized by high-context, implicit, connotative, vague (even hidden), unpredictable, difficult to understand, not to the point, wordless with a leadership character that is charismatic, authoritative, dominant, delegative, transformational, visionary, transactional, situational, authoritarian, relatively closed, and anti-criticism. Abstract

In order to track the contribution of local wisdom to sustainable cultural heritage preservation, this study uses a bibliometric approach. A vast range of literature is covered by the analysis, including foundational works on political ecology, institutional ecology, ecological footprint, sustainable rural lifestyles, and systems thinking. Through the identification of clusters within the literature, the study reveals important topics including the preservation of biodiversity, sustainable tourism, and the incorporation of indigenous knowledge. The Brundtland Report and "Braiding Sweetgrass," among other notable publications, are recognized for having shaped the conversation on sustainability and the fusion of traditional knowledge with scientific understanding. A keyword analysis also indicates the prominence of terms like "Impact," "Local Wisdom," and "Tourism," indicating their importance in the industry. The results present a thorough summary of the field and are a useful resource for academics, decision-makers, and practitioners involved in the sustainable protection of cultural assets.

This research investigates the effect of digital marketing strategy, social media use, and service quality on customer loyalty within the context of e-commerce companies operating in Jakarta. A quantitative analysis was conducted with a sample of 150 participants, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 4). Descriptive statistics, measurement model evaluation, structural model results, and mediation analysis were employed to examine the interrelationships among the variables. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between digital marketing strategy, social media use, service quality, and customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer satisfaction was identified as a partial mediator between digital marketing strategy and customer loyalty. Abstract
