Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by analyzing and describing the problems found. This research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Secondary data was obtained from books, previous research, and articles related to research related to employee job satisfaction. Researchers also used a data collection method in the form of a survey sent to 20 employees. The purpose of this research is to determine employee job satisfaction at PT. XYZ from various departments and also knows the factors that trigger job satisfaction for employees at PT. XYZ. The results of this research show that the majority of employees express a fairly high level of job satisfaction with their work, but there are still some employees who do not feel job satisfaction with their work or work environment. This research provides insight for company management which can enable the company to identify ways that can be implemented in an effort to increase employee job satisfaction at PT. XYZ. Thus, there will be an increase in overall company performance.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization and rapid technological development, payment systems have undergone significant transformation. One innovation in payments is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which has become increasingly common in various sectors. An in-depth understanding of the implementation of QRIS in the new canteen environment of Jakarta State University will provide valuable insight into how this new technology impacts the transaction process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Data collection techniques are based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving the initial goal of improving the payment process, understand the positive impacts that have been generated by the use of QRIS, including increased efficiency, transaction security and convenience for users, and identify obstacles. that may arise in implementing QRIS, such as network problems or additional costs, which may affect its effectiveness. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has gone well even though several obstacles need to be corrected, such as a lack of consistency in payment rules and a lack of socialization about QRIS. The Policy and Use of QRIS in the new canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving order, efficiency, and security in the payment process, simplifying transactions, reducing dependence on cash, reducing the risk of errors, and increasing sales in the canteen. Although there are challenges such as network problems, inadequate smartphones, and administration costs. It is highly recommended that sellers and managers of the New Jakarta State University Canteen continue to implement quality improvements properly. It is necessary to carry out intensive outreach to students and canteen staff regarding QRIS and how to use it, and it is important to ensure that the QRIS system runs smoothly and safely. Thus, the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University provides significant benefits and has the potential to continue to be improved.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to determine the analysis of employee welfare at the Head Office of the Director General of Taxes, South Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. This qualitative research was obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research and articles related to research. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the South Jakarta tax head office has carried out all existing management stages or cycles, but not all welfare in the prosperous life cycle has been well maintained. This can be seen from the extensive work and information system changes carried out by tax office employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational activeness and learning motivation on the learning achievement of students who are active in organizations at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, class of 2021. The method used in this research is a quantitative survey method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study amounted to 152 students. The respondent selection technique used random sampling using the slovin formula so that a sample of 110 students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta was obtained. Data collection was carried out through distributing closed questionnaires using a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used in this study consists of measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct effect hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS program. Based on the results of the research conducted, the results show that organizational activeness (X1) has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (Y) with a t-count of 3.943> t-table 1.98 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, learning motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (Y) with a t-count of 5.677> t-table 1.98 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, learning motivation (X3) has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (Y) with a t-count of 677> t-table 1.98. 677 > t-table 1.98 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and organizational activeness (X1) and learning motivation (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (Y) of 49.3% can be seen through R Square and the remaining 50.7% is explained by other factors or variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of learning facilities (X1), learning motivation (X2) and classroom management (X3) on student learning outcomes (Y). This research uses quantitative techniques with descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out through filling out questionnaires. The subjects of the research were general students, totaling 151 respondents. In analyzing the results of this research, a tool was used in the form of Partial Least Square Software (SmartPLS 4.0). The research results show that: 1) Learning facilities have a positive effect on student learning outcomes; 2) Learning motivation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; 3) Class management has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research focuses on applying technology in collaborative learning, specifically through online platforms that connect students and the workforce. It is objective is to enhance synergy among the workforce, students, and educators to improve learning quality. The case study methodology follows Creswell’s qualitative approach with five key steps: planning the case study; data collection; analysis; result interpretation; and reporting. The research explores innovative online platforms to create a comprehensive and diverse learning experience. Technology enables access to materials, virtual classrooms, e-books, mobile learning, and internship programs, fostering flexible and engaging education. Collaborative learning with workforce participation enhances effectiveness and skills. Students gain work experience related to their fields through active interaction with practitioners. At the same time, educators refine teaching methods and understand workforce demands-the synergy among the workforce, students, and educators’ mutually beneficial relationships. The workforce leverages student resources for problem-solving and innovation, while students enhance their networks. Educators gain input for curriculum improvement. The research enhances education quality, prepares students for the dynamic workforce, and aligns educational programs with industry demands. It emphasizes the importance of collaborative learning, integrating online platforms to increase skill development.

Abstract

Dalam suatu instansi pemerintah maupun swasta memerlukan informasi untuk menunjang proses kegiatan kerjanya, yaitu Informasi yang dimaksud adalah dalam bentuk arsip, manfaat arsip dalam kegiatan perusahaan sangatlah besar peranan penting dalam pengolahan informasi dan pengambilan keputusan perusahaan Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengetahui tentang sistem dan prosedur serta batasan penyimpanan arsip di PT Hirose Electric Indonesia. Peneliti menemukan permasalahan pada sistem peminjaman dan pengembalian arsip serta masih kurangnya tenaga arsiparis di PT Hirose Electric Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari beberapa tekniknya, seperti wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selain itu pada penelitian ini dilakukan triangulasi Teknik pengumpulannya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terkait dengan data yang dibutuhkan riset. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara, terdapat dua sistem penyimpanan arsip di PT Hirose Electric Indonesia yaitu arsip aktif dan arsip tidak aktif. Arsip aktif adalah arsip yang informasinya berada dicatat dan digunakan secara rutin untuk menunjang pelaksanaan kegiatan perusahaan atau organisasi. Tidak aktif Arsip adalah arsip yang masa manfaatnya sudah berkurang dan tidak dimanfaatkan secara langsung sebagai bahan informasi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan peserta, karyawan mengatakan kendala dalam peminjaman arsip seringkali lupa catatan pengembalian. Arsip disimpan selama 5 sampai 10 tahun tetapi tergantung kebutuhan masing-masing divisi, setelah itu masa arsip telah habis, PT Hirose Electric Indonesia akan bekerjasama dengan PT Indo Archives untuk pemusnahan arsip yang telah menyelesaikan masa manfaatnya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of increasingly sophisticated technology and the need for skills for students in facing an increasingly competitive world of work, however, several universities still use online learning methods which causes students to lack a deeper understanding of practical courses that suit their needs. working world. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of online lectures on the learning effectiveness of students in the Office Administration Education Study Program at Jakarta State University, especially students of the class of 2022. The research method used was a quantitative approach with survey design, which involved distributing questionnaires to 41 students from class B Office Administration Education Study Program class of 2022 to be able to collect all data and information regarding their perceptions of online lectures and their impact on practicum-based learning activities, and this data was analyzed using SPSS version 29.0.2.0 (20). These findings also show that although online learning can run well, there are several obstacles that accompany it which reduce the effectiveness of learning, such as boredom and difficulty understanding the learning material. This research has important implications for educational institutions in improving the quality of teaching materials and teaching methods used during online learning in order to increase the effectiveness of learning in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi pada data dari angket yang disebarkan kepada siswa sekolah menengah di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru yang memiliki kepribadian yang mantap, stabil, dewasa, bijaksana, berwibawa, dan memiliki akhlak mulia mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mendukung, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, motivasi belajar siswa juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar, menekankan pentingnya motivasi sebagai faktor kunci dalam mencapai prestasi akademik yang tinggi. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi praktis bagi dunia pendidikan, termasuk pentingnya program pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru, penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang interaktif dan inovatif, serta pengembangan alat evaluasi kinerja guru yang komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature review, yang melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis data dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai studi sebelumnya yang membahas hubungan antara kondisi ekonomi keluarga dan hasil belajar anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi ekonomi orang tua memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Siswa yang berasal dari keluarga dengan kondisi ekonomi yang baik cenderung memiliki akses lebih besar terhadap fasilitas belajar yang memadai, seperti buku, alat tulis, komputer, dan internet, serta mendapatkan dukungan belajar yang lebih intensif dari orang tua. Sebaliknya, siswa dari keluarga dengan kondisi ekonomi rendah sering kali menghadapi keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber belajar dan dukungan yang kurang, yang berdampak negatif pada prestasi akademis mereka. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan orang tua, baik moral maupun material, dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik anak. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan perlu memperhatikan kondisi ekonomi keluarga dan menyediakan dukungan yang lebih besar bagi peserta didik dari keluarga kurang mampu untuk mengurangi kesenjangan dalam hasil belajar. Dengan demikian, semua anak dapat memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk mencapai keberhasilan akademik.
