Abstract

Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw memiliki manfaat untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab siswa terhadap pembelajarannya sendiri dan pembelajaran teman-temannya. Selain itu, pembelajaran ini dapat menumbuhkan sikap positif terhadap kerja kolaboratif untuk memahami materi yang ditugaskan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yang melibatkan pemeriksaan metodis, transparan, dan komprehensif terhadap literatur saat ini melalui identifikasi, evaluasi, dan pengumpulan data penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan motivasi berprestasi tinggi memiliki sifat-sifat tertentu. Model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw merupakan pendekatan yang efektif bagi siswa untuk mengkonstruksi pengetahuan dengan melakukan penemuan-penemuan yang selaras dengan ide-ide pembelajaran. Paradigma pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw memiliki efek yang menguntungkan pada hasil belajar siswa. Menerapkan pendekatan ini dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kolaborasi di antara para siswa dari berbagai tingkat kemampuan. Selain itu, pendekatan ini mendorong tanggung jawab dan jaminan di antara individu dalam kelompok, serta merangsang pertumbuhan kerja sama dan keuntungan bersama. Hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh pengaruh internal dan eksternal, dengan motivasi belajar sebagai elemen internal yang sangat kuat.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of the effect of project-based learning (PjBL) together with the skills of critical thinking toward student learning achievement. This type of research is a survey, using the sample of 35 respondents from UNJ students majoring in Economic and Administration. The technique uses the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Data were collected by using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model and tests and will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the analysis of the data show that PjBL significantly influences student learning achievement in the form of more active and applicative learning processes, and CT affects the learning outcome by allowing students to think analytically and critically in problem-solving. Combined application of PjBL and critical thinking skills gives better effect on the student achievement compared to the individual application of PjBL and critical thinking skills. This implies that the two can be used simultaneously for enhancing performance, an indicative benefit that they can be used together for improving learning.

Abstract

Organisasi apapun bentuknya akan selalu berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk mencapai tujuan mereka dengan paling efisien dan efektif. Para pekerja harus dilatih secara terus menerus untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan pengetahuan agar organisasi itu berhasil. Dengan memberikan kompensasi kepada karyawannya, perusahaan juga dapat mencapai tujuan dan sasarannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Wijaya Karya. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan perusahaan. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi pelatihan, kompensasi, dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan dan kompensasi secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan dalam pelatihan dan kompensasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam konteks industri konstruksi, dengan menekankan pentingnya pelatihan dan kompensasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are the main support for productivity within a company. If a company wants a significant increase in productivity, the first thing to pay attention to is the facilities and tools available to employees. Office facilities and infrastructure such as office equipment and work space require special attention in procurement. If the procurement of office infrastructure is not carried out properly, it will result in disruption of work activities. The aim of this research is to determine the provision of infrastructure at Cikini Jakarta libraries. This research method uses a case study method, which is an in-depth research approach to certain cases or phenomena in a real context. The results of the research through observation and interviews show that the procurement of office infrastructure such as procurement of official vehicles, cleaning equipment, then schedules and obstacles in the procurement of infrastructure such as procurement schedules for example for vehicles or air conditioners are usually scheduled every three months and will be carried out for maintenance. Obstacles that occur when there is damage to infrastructure means we cannot immediately procure the goods, but must report it to the building manager. The researcher felt this obstacle himself when he was going to conduct the interview, there were several lifts and escalators that were not working. Even though various kinds of existing facilities and infrastructure are procured routinely and periodically, not all office facilities and infrastructure receive sufficient attention for procurement. This can be seen from the storage room for office equipment and machines which are not properly maintained and are not immediately repaired when damage occurs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menganalisis komunikasi interpersonal, konsep diri, dan pengetahuan yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja manajemen pada pengurus Koperasi Mahasiswa di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui distribusi angket responden yang diukur dengan skala likert antara 1-5 pilihan. Populasi yang diteliti adalah pengurus Koperasi Mahasiswa di Jabodetabek yang berjumlah 45 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Persamaan Struktur (SEM) menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik analisis data menggunakan software aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.0, 2023. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pengurus; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara konsep diri terhadap kinerja pengurus; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengetahuan terhadap kinerja pengurus; (4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal, pengetahuan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pengurus dan pengaruh tidak signifikan antara konsep diri terhadap peningkatan kinerja pengurus

Abstract

The recruitment and selection system are a vital component in the Human Resources Management of an organization in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. The aim of this research is to determine the recruitment and selection system implemented at the Female Daily Network which consists of the recruitment and selection process, recruitment and selection decision making procedures and how to measure the success of the recruitment system itself. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this research. The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants from this research were four people, consisting of one head of the human resources division, two human resources staff and one new employee, IT staff. The research results show that the recruitment and selection process start from the human resources department posting vacancies and applicants sending CV until the head of HR makes a decision whether to accept them or not.

Abstract

Leadership traits emerge in a person when one group member can change and arouse the motivation of other members in the group so that the group can be directed, structured and coordinated in achieving goals effectively and efficiently. Leadership is related to how to influence other people, followers and subordinates in a company to achieve the goals desired by a leader. In line with the discussion of the methodology, this research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely research that attempts to describe a symptom, event, event that is occurring in the present. In this research, the researcher tries to photograph events and occurrences that are of central concern, and then describe them as they really are. As for descriptive descriptive research on solving a problem that exists in the present, this research will describe the phenomena that occur regarding Leadership style is a person's ability to lead and encourage their subordinates to do everything they are given thoroughly and of course optimally. An authoritarian leadership style is one of the leadership styles used by leaders towards their employees. Authoritarian leadership is a form of leadership where all forms of power, decisions, performance and work motivation are in the hands of the leader himself. The leadership style applied at PT Xyz and Excise is a semi-military authoritarian leadership style. A person's level of work motivation determines how that person performs.

Abstract

Office means and infrastructure such as office equipment and work space are things that need to be considered in terms of their condition. If the condition of office means and infrastructure is not in good condition, it will cause damage which will disrupt work activities for employees. The aim of this research is to determine the condition of office means and infrastructure at PT. Sumber Artha Barokah which includes how to maintain the condition of means and infrastructure as well as setting schedules for maintaining the condition of office means and infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative approach by analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data begins with observation, continues with interviews, and ends with documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. From the research results, it can be seen that PT. Sumber Artha Barokah already has a fairly good condition of means and infrastructure, but not all office means and infrastructure receive attention in terms of their quality. This can be seen from the lack of maintenance on production parts and office machines which are only repaired when damage occurs.

Abstract

Archives play an important role in the operational activities of an organization as a source of information and memory center for the organization or company, but the existence of archives is sometimes less noticed, even ignored. The aim of this research is to analyze the management of inactive archives at the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP). This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in research are through observation, interviews and documentation. The population and sample in this research are employees who are directly involved in managing inactive records at LKPP. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the management of inactive archives in LKPP has been running quite well. Management of inactive archives at LKPP includes storing inactive archives, maintaining archives and depreciating archives. However, there are several obstacles that hinder the management of inactive archives, namely lack of Human Resources (HR), limited archive space, lack of understanding regarding the management of inactive archives, and lack of leadership commitment. It is recommended that LKPP recruit workers who meet the required criteria, add or maximize existing facilities and infrastructure, and involve leadership directly in managing inactive records.

Abstract

Education is a purposeful and systematic endeavor designed to create an atmosphere and learning process facilitating active development of learners' potential, encompassing spiritual dimensions, self-discipline, character, intelligence, ethical values, and skills essential for personal, community, national, and state interests. This study seeks to examine the factors influencing students' choices of majors within the Family Welfare Education Program at the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta (UNJ). Employing a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with students who had already made their major selections. The results highlighted pivotal factors impacting students' decisions, such as personal interests and talents, family influence, guidance from professors and academic advisors, and career expectations. These findings offer profound insights into the decision-making process related to major selection among students. Recommendations for future research involve expanding sample sizes, employing a mixed-methods approach, delving into contextual factors, exploring changes in the academic landscape, and considering technological advancements affecting students' choices. Comparative research across diverse higher education institutions can provide a more comprehensive understanding of student decision-making, ultimately contributing to the development of more effective strategies to assist students in aligning their majors with their interests, talents, and career aspirations.
