"The strategy of managing the UIN Raden Fatah website news as a university information media. The problem in this thesis is that people want things that are fast paced. Therefore, in adjusting people's behavior, news presentation is increasingly shifting from starting to display content in the form of long form writing, switching to short forms and finally readers are interested in the news delivered so that it attracts readers to visit the UIN Raden Fatah website and provide feedback (clickbait ). The purpose of this research is to find out how the strategy of managing the news website of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through a survey of the object under study, in qualitative research which means the researcher himself or with the help of others, data collection tools in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Types and sources of qualitative research data were obtained directly from original sources (not through intermediaries). Primary data sources were obtained through depth interviews such as interviewing the head of Public Relations Dra. Elisma Harfiani, MM and several communicants. Secondary data is used as a complement in the study. Determining the news strategy first determines editorial management for the news strategy consisting of two strategic forms including (1) Writing that is emphasized by the editor of www.radenfatah.ac.id, namely procuring long titles that are rich in keywords and dividing news content into several pages, ) The news policy strategy is an effort to maintain media branding to reap as many visitors as possible by developing content in it. The obstacle that occurs in the management of UIN Raden Fatah's website news is the lack of human resources. Keywords: strategy, management, media, news and website

ABSTRACK News writing can be conveyed in various types of writing, depending on what style the journalist or media wants to apply. These various styles of information delivery lead to various types of news, one of which is feature news. The existence of feature news is used as a media as a distraction for readers after reading hard news. In addition, the function of a media is not only to provide information for readers but also as a means of entertaining the audience, so that the features should be present to please and inspire readers. Therefore, researchers are interested in raising the title, "Comparative Study of Featured News Writing Patterns in Online Media Liputan6.com and TribunSumsel.com" as research material. This study aims to find the similarities and differences in the feature news writing patterns applied to the online media Liputan6.com and TribunSumsel.com. This study uses a feature structure pattern analysis approach to Andi Baso Mappatoto's theory which has four types, namely, inverted pyramid, ordinary pyramid, rectangular pyramid and chronological pyramid. The methodology used in this research is a comparative study method which is a qualitative descriptive model. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and collecting documents in the form of writing human interest features and scientific features on both online media. The results showed that the human interest news feature Liputan6.com applied a rectangular pyramid building pattern with story intro composition, thematic paragraph patterns and summary closings, while in the media TribunSumsel.com applied a rectangular pyramid building pattern with a summary intro composition, block paragraph patterns and climax closings. In the scientific features in the Liputa6.com media, it uses a chronological pyramid building pattern consisting of a summary intro, a chronological paragraph pattern and a climax closing, while Tribunsumsel.com still uses a rectangular building pattern composed of summary intros, thematic paragraph patterns and climax closings. ABSTRACT This research was started from the authors’ interest in social criticisms related to the case of human rights violations experienced by the watch factory worker from PT. Catur Putra Surya (CPS) named Marsinah during the New Order period. Poetry itself is one of the communication media that can be used by someone to give social criticism against an occasion. In a poem "Dongeng Marsinah", there were many metaphors that represented the reality of Marsinah murder case. While, in order to learn the meaning of social critics was contained in the poem “Dongeng Marsinah”, researchers conductednthe research used a critical approach, model Teun A. Van Dijk that had three dimensions of analysis. That were text dimensions, social cognition, and social context dimensions, so that researchers could find a representation of the meaning of social criticism of Marsinah’s violations of human rights. Through observations, documentation, and interviews were conducted by researchers, finally found social criticisms of marsinah case contained in the poem. The results showed that Sapardi Djoko Damono wanted to show social criticism and how the reality that Marsinah experienced during her time as a watch factory worker, where she had to fight desperately for the severe rights of workers, until finally she had to be killed in a terrible accident. To become a reader of a poem, we must be prepared to be confronted with the thoughts made by the author of the text of the poem as a description of the reality that cools along with his ideology through the implied messages in the text. This research is motivated by dynamic social relationships, namely relationships between individuals, groups, or groups with groups, where these relationships have a reciprocal relationship. The movie 2037 was chosen because it has aspects of social interaction that occur in one environment, namely prisoners in a detention cell. This research aims to describe social interaction and also the forms of social interaction that occur in the movie 2037 directed by Mo Hong Jin. The results of this study found associative and dissociative forms of social interaction. The results are presented in the form of images, per-scene dialogue and gestures in each scene analyzed for denotation and connotation signs in the film 2037. Signs are displayed through several aspects such as the setting of the film, shooting techniques, scenes performed by character players and dialog between characters. These aspects then helped build the movie's storyline which resulted in a form of social interaction. Keywords: Film; Semiotics; Social Interaction;
