Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis diksi dan gaya bahasa dalam terjemahan lagu "Qalbi Fill Madinah" dengan pendekatan stilistika. Lagu ini memiliki makna yang mendalam bagi umat Islam, dengan lirik yang menggambarkan cinta, kerinduan, dan penghormatan terhadap Nabi Muhammad SAW dan kota Madinah. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yang fokus pada analisis penggunaan diksi dan gaya bahasa yang ada dalam terjemahan lirik lagu dari bahasa Arab ke bahasa Indonesia. Subjek penelitian ini adalah lirik lagu "Qolbi Fill Madinah" dan terjemahannya, yang diambil dari karya Maher Zain dan Harris J, sedangkan objek penelitian meliputi pemilihan diksi, penggunaan majas, serta efek estetika dan emosional yang timbul dari kedua teks tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi dan simak-catat, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan lirik lagu dalam bahasa Arab dan terjemahannya dalam bahasa Indonesia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori stilistika Geoffrey Leech, yang mencakup konsep penyimpangan (deviation), penonjolan (foregrounding), serta analisis efek estetika dan kontekstual dari setiap baris lirik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjemahan lagu ini tidak hanya berfokus pada pemindahan makna denotatif, tetapi juga berupaya mempertahankan keindahan dan nuansa estetika yang terkandung dalam teks asli. Meskipun ada pergeseran dalam pemilihan diksi dan gaya bahasa untuk menyesuaikan dengan bahasa sasaran, penerjemahan ini berhasil mempertahankan kedalaman emosional dan spiritual yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pendekatan stilistika dalam penerjemahan lagu religi untuk mempertahankan nilai-nilai estetika, emosional, dan spiritual dalam bahasa sasaran, serta memberikan panduan bagi penerjemah agar lebih memperhatikan aspek puitis dan estetis dalam karya sastra yang diterjemahkan.

Abstract

Shalat Tasbih adalah shalat sunnah yang pernah diajarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad Saw. kepada pamannya, al-‘Abbas. Tata cara shalat ini berbeda dengan shalat fardu dan shalat sunnah lainnya. Shalat sunnah tasbih berjumlah 4 rakaat; pada tiap rakaatnya dibaca tasbih 75 kali, sehingga total bacaan tasbih sebanyak 300 kali. Ditinjau dari perspektif ilmu hadis, hadis tentang Shalat Tasbih ditemukan pada Sunan Abi Dawud (w. 275 H), hadis nomor 1297; Sunan al-Tirmidzi (w. 279 H), hadis nomor 481, Sunan Ibn Majah (w. 273 H), hadis nomor 1387, Shahih Ibn Khuzaimah (w. 311 H), alMustadrak ‘ala al-Shahihain karya al-Imam al-Hakim (w. 405 H), dan al-Sunan alKubra karya al-Imam al-Baihaqi (w. 458 H). Hadis-hadis shalat tasbih memiliki kualitas yang hasan (bagus) karena jalur periwayatannya (sanad) banyak dan bersambung. Terdapat perawi yang dianggap majhul (tidak diketahui), tetapi setelah ditelusuri dapat dibuktikan kejujurannya serta ketersambungan sanadnya. Ada juga yang dianggap lemah hafalannya, tetapi didukung hadis penguat (syāhid) sehingga peringkatnya naik menjadi hasan li-ghairi (bagus karena didukung hadis lain). Untuk memahami hadis shalat tasbih, terdapat dua metode, yaitu metode ahli hadis dan metode ahli fikih. Metode ahli hadis cenderung tekstualis dan menerima shalat tasbih sebagai amal sunnah yang disyariatkan. Metode ahli fikih lebih kontekstual dan rasional serta memahami shalat tasbih sebagai sunnah yang disyariatkan dengan cara tertentu. Hasil analisis terhadap redaksi hadis, ditemukan pula nilai-nilai edukasi spiritual yang amat berharga, yaitu: (1) pengulangan bacaan tasbih, tahmid, tahlil, dan takbir sebanyak 300 kali, (2) anjuran mengulangi shalat tasbih minimal setahun sekali atau seumur hidup, (3) penguatan sikap tawajjuh (fokus menghadap) kepada Allah Swt. dalam durasi yang lama, (4) penguatan kesabaran dan keteguhan hati dalam beribadah, (5) penguatan nilai kesetaraan dalam kehidupan sosial dan nilai kerendahan manusia di hadapan Sang Khalik sebagai aktulisasi rukuk dan sujud, (6) pengampunan atas semua dosa yang pernah dilakukan, (7) benefit spiritual berupa ketenteraman dan kebahagiaan hati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi penerjemahan uslūb al-tawkīd atau gaya bahasa penegasan dalam pidato politik Gamal Abdel Nasser yang diterjemahkan dari bahasa Indonesia ke dalam bahasa Arab. Fokus utama kajian ini adalah bagaimana bentuk-bentuk penegasan seperti partikel (tawkīd ḥarfī), pengulangan leksikal (tawkīd lafẓī), dan ekspresi idiomatik (tawkīd maʿnawī) ditransformasikan agar tetap mempertahankan kekuatan retoris dan makna ideologis dalam bahasa sasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi, dengan data utama berupa kutipan pidato politik yang direkonstruksi berdasarkan konteks pasca-Perang Enam Hari 1967. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi penerjemahan yang mempertahankan unsur penegasan secara eksplisit dalam struktur bahasa Arab dapat menjaga intensi dan dampak orisinal teks sumber. Penggunaan partikel إِنَّ, pengulangan akar kata, serta idiom seperti لَا مَحَالَةَ terbukti efektif dalam menyampaikan penegasan politis yang bersifat mutlak. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya sensitivitas terhadap aspek retoris dan budaya dalam penerjemahan teks politik serta peran aktif penerjemah dalam memediasi makna antar bahasa dan ideologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan penerapan metode penerjemahan pada subtitle film animasi Fawaz dan Nuroh dari bahasa Arab ke bahasa Indonesia. Analisis difokuskan pada kalimat-kalimat dialog yang terdapat dalam film tersebut. Teori delapan metode penerjemahan Peter Newmark digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan jenis penerjemahan yang diterapkan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa metode simak dan catat. Data diambil dari 100 kalimat subtitle dalam episode 2 dan 3 yang diunggah pada kanal YouTube Sukardi Hasanudin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa enam metode penerjemahan diterapkan, dengan dominasi pada metode setia (36%), diikuti oleh metode semantik (23%), harfiah (19%), kata demi kata (11%), komunikatif (6%), dan idiomatik (5%). Temuan ini menunjukkan kecenderungan orientasi pada bahasa sumber, selaras dengan karakter film yang edukatif dan kental dengan unsur bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini memperkaya wacana penerjemahan audiovisual lintas bahasa dan budaya.

Abstract

This article discussed the challenges in pronouncing Arabic phonemes by students at INSTIKA Madura. Phoneme pronunciation is the most important principle in Arabic. Without the correct phoneme pronunciation, a language cannot be understood. The problem of phoneme pronunciation was investigated and a solution was found based on factor analysis. Qualitative descriptive research design was used with a case study approach. Data collection methods include interviews with lecturers and students, direct observation of in-class learning and documentation of the results of lecturer notes. The data analysis model adhered the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Validity was ensured through passion, observation, triangulation, and expert views. The finding of the research showed problems with Arabic phonemes, which were categorized as Akhtha’ al-Harakat, Akhtha’ al-Ibdal, Akhtha’ al-Hadzf, and Akhtha’ al-Tahrif. Factors include language problems (characteristics of the first and second languages) and non-language problems (student characteristics, lecturer competence, learning strategies, lesson materials, and learning facilities). The proposed solutions included error and comparative analysis for language problems, motivation, diagnosis, cooperative learning, detailed examples, pronunciation exercises, and adequate facilities for non-language problems. This research provided a comprehensive study of the challenges of pronouncing Arabic phonemes at INSTIKA Madura. Certain types of errors and the underlying factors that affect pronunciation were identified. Practical solutions were proposed, addressing both language and non-language aspects to improve students' pronunciation skills. These findings offered valuable insights for educators, curriculum developers and language instructors, facilitating targeted interventions and effective teaching strategies to students struggling with Arabic phonetics.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the syntactic structures and stylistic features found in the Al-I'tir?f poem by Abu Nuwas, both in its original Arabic version and its Indonesian translation. The study focuses on two key syntactic structures, namely tark?b ‘athfi (coordinative structure) and tark?b isn?di (predicative structure), exploring how these structures convey spiritual and aesthetic meanings. By employing a contrastive analysis, the research also examines how these syntactic structures transform in the Indonesian translation, preserving or shifting their meaning and stylistic impact. The findings reveal that these syntactic structures play a significant role in the expression of religious humility and repentance, as well as the emotional intensity of the poem. The study contributes to the understanding of classical Arabic syntax, its stylistic implications, and the challenges of translating such texts into Indonesian.

Abstract

This study examines the interrogation and application of hadiths from Imam Muslim no. 2581, as well as their significance for Islamic social knowledge. This study uses the Arabic linguistic method and content analysis to determine the structure and function of hadis. Per temuan penelitian, hadits in this form have a greater function and meaning than those in previous versions; they also cover rhetorical, pedagogical, and moral education components. While maintaining the integrity of the hadits, the analysis highlights many difficulties in translating the Islamic makna from Arabic to Indonesian. This study also identifies strong connections between the interogatif gaya found in hadiths and contemporary Islamic principles, such as social justice, human rights, and the development of strong communities. These tenets aid in the development of strategies for understanding hadits in the context of the modern world and advancing hadit analysis from an Arab linguistic perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Arabic Club activities, the level of Arabic language anxiety experienced by students, and the contributing factors to that anxiety at Daarul Qur’an Mulia Islamic Senior High School, Bogor. Although the Arabic Club is designed to enhance Arabic language skills, some students still exhibit symptoms of anxiety, such as shyness, fear of making mistakes, and lack of self-confidence. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through observation, interviews, FLCAS questionnaire, and documentation. The subjects involved 45 Arabic Club members, the club advisor, and Arabic language teachers. The findings indicate that the club is held weekly using interactive methods such as question-and-answer sessions, text reading, and educational games with digital media. However, FLCAS results show that most students experience moderate anxiety (75.56%), while the rest show high anxiety (24.44%), with no students reporting low anxiety. The highest anxiety level is associated with Fear of Negative Evaluation, followed by Communication Apprehension and Test Anxiety. Internal factors such as lack of self-confidence, limited vocabulary, and insufficient speaking practice are the primary causes of anxiety, while external factors like pressure when speaking in front of teachers also play a role. Strategies used by students and teachers to manage anxiety include independent practice, thorough preparation, gradual exposure, and creating a supportive learning environment. The study concludes that reducing language anxiety requires the integration of affective approaches and communicative teaching techniques tailored to students’ abilities, and the results are expected to serve as a reference for the development of a more effective and student-friendly Arabic Club.Keywords :     Arabic Club; language anxiety; language skills; FLCAS.

Abstract

This study investigates the stylistic deployment of uslūb at-tafḍīl (comparative-superlative constructions) in selected sermons of Imam ʿAlī contained in Nahjul Balaghah, Volume I, as rendered into Indonesian by Muhammad Halabi. Employing a qualitative, stylistic-textual method, it maps how Arabic linguistic devices—especially ism tafḍīl—convey rhetorical force, ethical exhortation, and spiritual resonance, and examines the extent to which these effects survive translation. The data set comprises sermons that employ uslūb at-tafḍīl explicitly or implicitly; each is analysed for its grammatical form, rhetorical function (moral persuasion, social criticism, performative oath), and the shifts that occur in the target text. The findings reveal that tafḍīl transcends mere grammatical comparison, functioning as an evaluative, ideological, and pragmatic resource. The lexical and syntactic constraints of Indonesian attenuate certain nuances, especially moral intensity and emotive colouring, while Halabi's translation captures most of the expressive load. The article contributes to Arabic stylistics, Islamic rhetoric, and translation studies by underscoring the need to preserve stylistic integrity when mediating sacred discourse.
