Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand experience and emotional attachment on brand trust and brand loyalty in Mawar Sharon Church in West Surabaya. Currently, the level of membership, attendance, and participation in Christian churches has decreased. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS analysis with the SmartPLS program. The research results prove that brand experience has a significant effect on emotional attachment and brand loyalty, but insignificant on brand trust. Emotional attachment has a significant effect on brand trust and brand loyalty. Brand trust has a significant influence on brand loyalty. The role of emotional attachment is also significant as a mediator for brand experience on brand trust and brand loyalty. The role of brand trust as a mediator for brand experience and brand loyalty is insignificant. Suggestions from research for the Mawar Sharon Church in West Surabaya are to take a personal approach to the congregation and create programs, so that there is a personal bond between the congregation and the Mawar Sharon Church in West Surabaya and increase the congregation's trust and attachment to the church. but insignificant on brand trust.

Abstract

Tokopedia is one of the applications that is in great demand by consumers. This study aims to examine the effect of online shopping experience, customer satisfaction and adjusted satisfaction on online repurchase intention of Tokopedia consumers in Surabaya. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that: Online shopping experience has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction for consumers who shop at Tokopedia. Online shopping experience has a significant positive effect on adjusted expectations of consumers who shop at Tokopedia. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on online repurchase intention on consumers who shop at Tokopedia. Adjusted expectations have a significant positive effect on online repurchase intention on consumers who shop at Tokopedia. Tokopedia, the stronger the consumer's desire to shop at Tokopedia will be.This means that the higher the consumer's expectations for Tokopedia, the stronger the consumer's desire to shop at Tokopedia will be.

Abstract

This study has several main objectives as follows: (1) To explore how SMEs develop strategies based on their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. (2) Explore the various efforts of SMEs in anticipating the uncertainty of the business environment. (3) Exporting the efforts of SMEs to formulate their competitive strategies. (4) Exploring how environmental uncertainty affects the choice of a SMEs competitive strategy. (5) Explore the efforts of SMEs to formulate their operational strategies. (6) Exploring how competitive strategy affects SME operational strategies. (7) Exploring how competitive strategy and operating strategy affects SMEs business performance. This study uses a descriptive research approach that seeks to identify and map (mapping) the potential and characteristics of SMEs in Surabaya and its surroundings (Sidoarjo, Gresik) with the aim of obtaining an accurate and detailed descirption of the potential characteristics of small and medium enterprises in the Surabaya area and surroundings. Based on the phenomena found in this study, there are several things that can be underlined: uncertainty in the business environment does not affect the company’s business strategy. In carrying out their business strategy, SMEs usually use the following strategis: (1) Concering the development of skills to respond to the opportunities created by companies in the first market. What often happens is that many imitators improve or modify goods and services to create higher value for buyers. If so, entrepreneurs need to shift their competitiveness to other market segments by dominating small market segments that large companies sess as having no oppurtunity. (2) Changes in product, market, or industry characteristics based on innovation. This strategy is carried out by changing existing products and services, for example changing benefits, values, and other economic characteristics.

Abstract

The internet plays a vital role in the business environment. With the internet, companies can easily reach targeted consumers in a wide area and can deliver their services faster. This technology gives rise to high competition between companies in terms of delivery of goods and services using the internet as a means. Companies that can take full advantage of the internet may be able to dominate the market. Internet usage can be measured by how companies manage their websites, consumer experience, image, and consumer trust, which can lead to satisfaction. This study aims to analyze and understand the effect of website characteristics, consumer experience, and company image on consumer satisfaction mediated by trust in JD.ID. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires to the JD.ID user community, with a total of 150 respondents with a minimum age of 17 years, and domiciled in Surabaya. The results showed that website characteristics and consumer experience significantly affect consumer trust. Further, corporate image has a significant effect on trust, while consumer trust has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Moreover, consumer trust strongly mediates the relationship between website characteristics, consumer experience, and company image on consumer satisfaction. The result indicates that the higher the characteristics of the JD.ID website, consumer experience, company image, and consumer confidence in JD.ID, the higher the level of consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose: To examine the effect of Indomie's brand image and productinnovation on repurchase intention either directly or throughcustomer satisfaction. Method: This study uses quantitative methods to obtain significantresults and data collection in the form of an online questionnairethrough a google Forms. The total number of respondents obtained was 153respondents with a minimum age of 17 years or more, domiciled inSurabaya, and had consumed Indomie in the last three months. The datawere then analyzed using the structural equation model techniquewith the help of PLS 4 software. Result: The results showed that brand image and product innovationhad a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction andrepurchase intention, customer satisfaction had a positive andsignificant impact on repurchase intention and consumer satisfactionpartially mediated the relationship between brand image and productinnovation on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Bimbingan dan konseling adalah suatu komponen dari sistem pendidikan disekolah Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh service quality dan customer satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty melalui perceived value sebagai variabel intervening pada pengguna handphone merk Samsung. Service quality dan customer satisfaction yang diberikan memberikan pengaruh melalui perceived value sebagai variabel intervening pada pengguna handpphone merk Samsung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna handphone merk Samsung. Sampel diambil sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equition Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program LISREL. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) service quality berpengaruh negative serta tidak signifikan terhadap perceived value, (2) customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived value, service quality berpengaruh negatif serta tidak signifikan terhadap customer loyalty, (3) customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty, (4) customer loyalty berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived value pada pengguna handphone merk Samsung.

Abstract

One of the efforts that can be done is through community empowerment in agriculture, especially the horticultural agriculture sub-sector so that people can get out of this multidimensional crisis. If we look at the geographical conditions and the life of the people in Manggarai, especially in Ago Village, Todo Village, North Satarmese Subdistrict, which is agrarian, the development in the agricultural sector is very suitable to be implemented and also to support empowerment efforts carried out by the government. Therefore, farmers who are members of the 3G Farmer Group at Kampung Ago are trying to improve their Horticultural farming business in order to improve mutual welfare through the development of Organic Agriculture on our lands. Basically the group still has limitations in both Knowledge and Business Capital. Activities This community service activity was attended by leaders and members of the 3G-AGO farmer group who are practicing to develop farmer group organizations. They consist of 20 members who have officially joined this farmer group and 4 administrators. The activity will be held on Saturday 5 March 2022 and Sunday 6 March 2019 starting at 09.00 WIB until 12.00 WIB through zoom online. The participants were quite enthusiastic about participating in this training activity. At first, participants were given material according to the theme of this service. The material presented was enough to open their horizons about the importance of organizational governance and leadership. The provision of material is not only given in a lecture model, but is combined with several other methods to make it more relevant. Participants are invited to actively participate in the training process, by developing their creativity to discuss leadership and organizational issues, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The highest effectiveness value on membership insight is due to the efforts of members who are often present and active in activities made by farmer groups so that the longer the membership period of farmer group members, coupled with a strong desire to learn and actively participate in membership activities will produce knowledge insights. and also experience in organization. All of this really requires strengthening leadership in the 3G-AGO Farmer Group, Todo Village, North Satar Mese District, Manggarai – East Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

This research aims to contribute to filling a significant gap by studying changes in the value of mining companies' goodwill, this study highlights the focus of research on companies that report positive goodwill values will then be considered to have high intellectual capital, so investors assume the company has better earning potential in the future. This research sample consists of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The analysis techniques used linear regression analysis are simple. The results of simple linear r egression analysis in this study indicate that the value of goodwill has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

Purpose – This research focuses on how internal audit influences added value in the merger and acquisition (M&A) process. One of the internal audits provides value added by doing due process diligence For M&A transactions. The failure rate in creating value for companies and shareholders through M&A is still relatively high. Factors contributing to such failures include cultural differences between organizations, overly optimistic decisions based on market assessments, overestimating synergies, and inappropriate technology assessments. In overcoming these risks, the role of internal audit becomes crucial. This research underscores how internal audits can aid in recognizing and addressing the risks linked to M&A, particularly during the strategy, feasibility assessment, and results integration implementation phases. Methodology – This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods Findings – Research demonstrates that internal audit plays a vital role in guaranteeing the seamless operation of the M&A process. Internal audits help identify the various risks involved in the M&A process, from market and financial risks to legal and cultural risks. In addition, internal audits also provide recommendations for improvements needed to ensure that the M&A process runs according to the company's plans and goals. Thus, the contribution of internal audit is significant in ensuring the success of every M&A transaction carried out by the company. Originality – This article comprehensively discusses internal audit activities in the M&A process so the internal audit activity can add value to the company.
