Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah SMK Negeri 1 Bone. Masalah yang di Indonesia. Hal ini membuat guru sulit beradaptasi dengan metode pembelajaran daring. Hal ini terjadi karena wabah COVID-19 terjadi begitu tiba-tiba. Masalah yang dihadapioleh mitra yakni (1) mitra sulit beradaptasi dengan metode pembelajaran online, (2) mitra kurang aktif dalam menyiapkan media pembelajaran pokok, (3) mitra belum memahami tata cara pembuatan media pembelajaran online. Realisasi peyelesaian masalah dalam kegiatan ini yakni memberikan pemahaman mengenai media pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, tujuan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, karakteristik penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, cara pembuatan media pembelajaran dan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh bahwa pelatihan pembuatan media untuk pembelajaran online mampu meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran. Media Canva merupakan media yang paling disenagnagi oleh guru karena mudah dalam pembuatannya. Namun media explee tidak terlalu menarik perhatian guru karena sulit dalam hal penggunaan.Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, pembelajaran online, aplikasi

Abstract

Abstrak. SMKS Nurfadhilah Gowa merupakan salah satu SMK swasta yang ada di kabupaten gowa yang dibangun pada tahun 2019 dan terdiri dari 2 program studi yaitu agribisnis tanaman pangan hortikultura dan agribisnis pengolahan hasil pertanian. SMKS Nurfadhilah menjadi salah satu sekolah pertanian yang memiliki jarak paling dekat dengan pusat kota Makassar. Berdasarkan kondisi di sekolah SMKS Nurfadhilah yang masih memiliki fasilitas yang minim terkait alat mekanisasi pertanian yang dimana berdampak kepada kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta didik mengenai alat mekanisasi pertanian modern. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan peserta didik dapat memperoleh informasi seluas-luasnya, Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, simulasi dan praktik pengoperasian secara langsung dilapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta didik. Tingkat keberhasilan peningkatan ini diindikasikan dari semula peserta didik sebanyak 80 %  tidak mengetahui alat penyemprot menjadi 14 % peserta didik mengetahui dan memahami materi teori dan 86 % peserta didik sangat mengetahui materi teori yang dipaparkan oleh narasumber terkait prinsip kerja, pengoperasian, perawatan dan pernbaikan alat serta keterampilan dan mengoperasikan alat penyemprot tanaman berbasis sistem robotika pertanian modern. Kata kunci: alat penyemprot, robotika, tanaman, moderen

Abstract

Performance is the result of work and work behavior that has been achieved in completing the assigned tasks and responsibilities within a certain period. The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out the description of office layout at the Barombong District Office, 2) To find out how the performance of employees at the Barombong District Office, 3) To find out whether there is an influence of office layout on employee performance at the Barombong District Office. Data collection used primary data obtained from employees of the Barombong sub-district office who were then used as respondents using a saturated sample where all members of the population were used as samples from the results of primary data collected through distributing questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that partially good office layout had a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that the proposed hypothesis was accepted. This study has a strong influence between the two variables compared to previous studies which only had a moderate effect.

Abstract

The influence of extracurricular activities on character building of students at SMPN 22 Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of extracurricular activities on the formation of student characters at SMPN 22 Makassar. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 505 students. The sample used in this study was 15 percent or 71 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire techniques (questionnaire), interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the extracurricular activities of the students at SMPN 22 Makassar were in the quite good category with a percentage level of 56.88 percent which was seen from the indicators of krida and training/talent/achievement indicators and for the character of the students in the good category with a percentage level of 78.38 percent which was reviewed from indicators of a religious character, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic and responsible. Based on the product-moment correlation analysis, it was stated that there was a relationship between extracurricular activities and the character-building of students in the medium category. The results of the simple regression analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of extracurricular activities on the character building of students of SMP Negeri 22 Makassar

Abstract

The implementation of the Strengthening Character Education program cannot be separated from the role of all parties in the school. This research is a descriptive research using a qualitative approach. With as many as seven subjects, namely the Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, 2 teachers, and 3 students of the Campalagian State Vocational School. Data collection techniques using observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results showed that the Implementation of Strengthening Character Education at UPT SMK Negeri Campalagian, seen from the results of data analysis, was included in the effective category. This can be seen from the fulfillment of the three indicators, namely the cultivation of strengthening integrated character education in subjects, the existence of extracurricular activities with the aim of forming the character of students, and habituation activities through school culture. In this study, the Campalagian State Vocational School teachers need to be creative in arranging learning and activities at school while still considering character education during the Covid-19 period. Character education during the pandemic will provide a pattern of living with character anywhere and under any conditions.

Abstract

The culture of employee work discipline is used as a habit of self-actualization in realizing attitudes and behaviors that can reflect obedience and compliance with the regulations that have been set by the organization to create quality employees. Research objectives to determine an overview of the effectiveness level of employee discipline culture in the Office of the Environment and Forestry Office of Sinjai Regency and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the employee work discipline culture. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data presented through the frequency table and processed through the technique of calculating scores. The data analysis technique in this study uses the percentage formula. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of the employee discipline culture was in the very effective category in terms of punctuality, using office equipment properly. This research can be used as a reference to determine the level of work discipline and awareness of employees at the Office of the Environment and Forestry Office of Sinjai Regency. Because there are still employees who still do not comply with the regulations that have been set.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui isolat Bakteri Asam Laktat (BAL) pektinolitik yang terlibat dalam fermentasi biji kopi robusta, pengaruh waktu inkubasi terhadap aktivitas BAL pektinolitik serta karakterisasi pH dan suhu enzim pektinase ekstraseluler. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan termasuk penelitian eksperimen model Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi seleksi BAL pektinolitik, penentuan waktu inkubasi optimum, pH, dan suhu optimum enzim pektinase. Isolat BAL yang dihasilkan dari fermentasi spontan biji kopi robusta ditumbuhkan pada media agar yang mengandung pektin untuk mendapatkan isolat BAL dengan kemampuan pektinolitik tertinggi. Isolat BAL pektinolitik terpilih diinkubasi pada rentan interval 0, 24, 48, 72, 96, dan 120 jam untuk mengetahui waktu inkubasi optimum serta melakukan ekstraksi enzim. Enzim yang dihasilkan kemudian dilakukan pengujian karakterisasi untuk menentukan pH maupun suhu optimumnya. Karakterisasi enzim dilakukan pada pH 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, dan 6 dengan suhu 35oC; 40oC; 45oC; 50oC; 55oC dan 60oC. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 6 isolat BAL indigenus yang diuji bersifat pektinolitik. Isolat yang menghasilkan pektinolitik tertinggi yaitu isolat BT48I1 dengan diameter zona bening 5.67 mm. Waktu inkubasi optimum selama 48 jam dengan nilai spesifikasi enzim 158.43 U/ml, pH optimum pada kisaran pH 3.5 (10.0511 U/ml) dengan suhu 40-45oC dan nilai kemurnian enzim yaitu 10.085 U/mg dan 10.087 U/mg.This study aims to determine the isolates of pectinolytic Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) involved in the fermentation of robusta coffee beans, the effect of time interaction on pectinolytic LAB activity and characterization of pH and temperature of extracellular pectinase. This type of research is descriptive and includes experimental research with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) model. The research includes the selection of pectinolytic LAB, determining the optimum incubation time, pH, and temperature of the optimum pectinase enzyme. LAB isolates produced from spontaneous fermentation of robusta coffee beans were grown on agar media containing pectin to obtain LAB isolates with the highest pectinolytic ability. Selected pectinolytic LAB isolates were incubated at intervals of 0, 24, 48, 72, 96, and 120 hours to determine the optimal incubation time and perform enzyme extraction. The enzymes produced were then subjected to characterization tests to determine the optimum pH and temperature. Enzyme characterization was carried out at pH 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, and 6 with a temperature of 35oC; 40oC; 45oC; 50oC; 55oC and 60oC. The result showed that 6 indigenous LAB isolates tested were pectinolytic. The isolate that produced the highest pectinolytic was BT48I1 isolate with a clear zone diameter of 5.67 mm. The optimum storage time was 48 hours with the enzyme specification value of 158.43 U/ml, the optimum pH was in the range of pH 3.5 (10,0511 U/ml) with a temperature of 40-45oC and the enzyme purity values were 10,085 U/mg and 10,087 U/mg

Abstract

One of the most influential factors in human resources is the discipline factor. This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee discipline during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Sinjai Regency DPRD Secretariat. This study uses a qualitative research method with 7 (seven) people, namely the leadership and employees of the DPRD secretariat. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the DPRD Sinjai Regency. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are processed using data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion/verification. The results show that the analysis of factors that influence employee discipline during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Sinjai Regency DPRD Secretariat proves that there are influencing factors, seen from the provision of employee compensation, leadership role models for employees, the existence of definite rules, leadership courage in taking action. , the existence of leadership supervision, and the establishment of discipline

Abstract

Comparison of the realm of learning between offline and online learning in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Makassar. This study aims to compare the realm of learning between offline and online learning in the Office Administration Education Study Program FIS-H UNM. To determine the purpose of the study, an ex post facto quantitative research approach was used with a comparative level of explanation. Respondents in this study amounted to 93 people using data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were then processed using data analysis techniques consisting of descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that offline learning was in the very good category while online learning was in a good category. For the results of student academic achievement during offline learning, academic achievement or semester achievement index (IPS) is higher than academic achievement or semester achievement index (IPS) during online learning at the Office Administration Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Makassar. Based on the analysis of variance (ANAVA) and t-test conducted, it was stated that there was no significant difference in student academic achievement between offline and online learning in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Eiger store cabang Rappocini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan adalah melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 39.405 orang dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 100 orang responden. Data diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan analisis data dan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25 yang terdiri dari teknik analisis data deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang digunakan pada variabel citra merek berada pada kategori sangat baik,sedangkan untuk indikator pada variabel keputusan pembelian berada pada kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan uji korelasi terjadi hubungan yang kuat/tinggi antara kedua variabel tersebut. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Eigar Store cabang Rappocini.
