Abstract

Libraries have a very important role for the world of education. The library is not only used as a place to place books, but the library can be used as a place to learn and get sources of information. One of the types of libraries that exist is the school library. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of school library services at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive research type. The sample in this study was 81 people using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study show that library services at SMK Negeri 1 Soppeng are in the effective category. This research shows that the importance of library services and librarian services in serving the needs of users so that users can feel satisfied with the quality of services provided.

Abstract

The research aims to develop media, validity and see students' responses to the application of mini hydroponics simulator learning media based on microcontrollers with the addition of LED grow lights in SMK. The type of research used is research development (Research and Development). Efforts to develop instructional media to meet the needs of students at the vocational level, it is necessary to flow the research process using the ADDIE development model, covering 5 stages in its implementation, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation . The object of the research is a mini hydroponic simulator based on a microcontroller with the addition of led gow light which has been validated by media and material experts. Validation by media experts is carried out to assess and provide input to the media and validation by material experts is carried out to assess and provide input to the media usage manual. The research respondents consisted of 25 students. The instrument used for data collection was the use of a questionnaire. The measurement scale of the data uses a Likert scale and the activity of data analysis is done by finding the percentage (%) of validity and response of students. The results showed that the development of the simulator included the addition of led grow light components, light sensors, active buzzers and a more flexible construction. Through the application of simulators, students gain new knowledge about more modern hydroponic cultivation. Simulator validation conducted by media experts obtained a percentage value of 92%, which means that it was very valid to be used, while the validation of the manual that was done by material experts obtained a percentage value of 94.1%, which means it was very valid. Student responses to the simulator showed a percentage of 87.25% which means there is a very positive response to the application of the simulator in the learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembangan, kevalidan dan melihat respon mahasiswa terhadap penerapan trainer berbasis Atmega 2560 di program studi pendidikan teknologi pertanian fakultas teknik universitas negeri Makassar. Jenis penelitian yaitu research dan development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan melalui tahap analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Objek penelitian adalah trainer hasil pengembangan yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Validasi oleh ahli media dilakukan untuk menilai dan memberi masukan terhadap trainer dan validasi oleh ahli materi dilakukan untuk menilai dan memberi masukan terhadap buku petunjuk penggunaan trainer. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 5 orang mahasiswa sebagai kelompok kecil dan 30 orang mahasiswa sebagai kelompok besar. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu penggunaan angket. Skala pengukuran data menggunakan skala likert. Pengolahan data terdiri dari analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan trainer meliputi pengembangan dan penambahan sistem wahana pesawat tanpa awak pada rangkaian trainer sehingga profesionalisme mahasiswa di bidang keteknikan pertanian dapat dimaksimalkan. Validasi trainer yang dilakukan ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,72 yang berarti sangat valid digunakan, sedangkan validasi buku petunjuk yang dilakukan ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,61 yang berarti sangat valid. Respon peserta didik terhadap trainer menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 3,70 yang berarti sangat baik digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.      Kata kunci : Trainer, Pengembangan, Respon, Robotika, Pertanian

Abstract

This research is a class action research that aims to improve volleyball underhand passing skills through Audio Visual learning media for fourth grade students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Rappokalling I Makassar City. This research was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students at, totaling 25 students. There were 14 male students and 11 female students. The technique of collecting data is by testing and observation. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of the study show that learning through audio-visual media can improve lower passing skills in volleyball games in class IV students. The results of the data obtained from the results of the first cycle of students who completed 48% with a frequency of 12 students and a classical completeness score of 62.3%, then increased in the second cycle of students who completed 84% with a frequency of 21 students and a classical completeness score of 75.3 %. The conclusion of this study is that through audio-visual learning media in learning volleyball underhand passing can improve student learning outcomes in class IV at UPT SPF SD Inpres Rappokalling I Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh revitalisasi pasar terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Desa Batu-Batu Kecamatan Marioriawa  Kabupaten Soppeng. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran revitalisasi pasar di desa Batu-Batu Kecamatan Marioriawa  Kabupaten Soppeng, untuk mengetahui gambaran pendapatan pedagang di desa Batu-Batu Kecamatan Marioriawa  Kabupaten Soppeng, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh revitalisasi pasar  terhadap pendapatan pedagang di desa Batu-Batu Kecamatan Marioriawa  Kabupaten Soppeng. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di pasar sentral desa Batu-Batu Kecamatan Marioriawa  Kabupaten Soppeng. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah pedagang pada desa Batu-Batu Kecamatan Marioriawa  Kabupaten Soppeng pada bulan juni sampai juli 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa uji statistik, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang digunakan pada setiap variabel tersebut menunjukkan dimana revitalisasi pasar berada pada kategori sangat efektif. Indikator pada variabel pendapatan pedagang berada pada kategori sangat efektif. Berdasarkan uji korelasi terjadi hubungan yang sangat kuat diantara kedua variabel tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh revitalisasi pasar terhadap pendapatan pedagang di desa Batu-Batu Kecamatan Marioriawa  Kabupaten Soppeng.

Abstract

Tingkat kebugaran jasmani penting dalam aktivitas sehari-hari murid. Letak geografis mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keadaan tingkat kebugaran jasmani anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kebugaran jasmani murid SD Inpres Mamajang IV dengan SD Inpres Perumnas Antang III Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh murid SD Inpres Mamajang IV dengan SD Inpres Perumnas Antang III Makassar yang berumur 10-12 tahun. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dengan isntrumen Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) usia 10-12 tahun dari Depdiknas. Populasi dalam penilitian ini berjumlah 740 murid, jumlah sampel yang dipilih 60 murid dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji t melalui uji prasyarat uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani murid SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang IV dengan SD Inpres Perumnas Antang III Makassar. Tingkat kebugaran jasmani murid SD Inpres Perumnas Antang III Makassar lebih baik daripada SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang IV. Tingkat kebugaran jasmani murid SD Inpres Perumnas Antang III Makassar sebagian besar siswa mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani dalam kategori sedang, dan kurang dengan nilai 13,87 sedangkan pada siswa SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang IV sebagian besar murid dalam kategori kurang dan sedang dengan nilai 12,10. Dengan demikian tingkat kebugaran jasmani murid SD Inpres Perumnas Antang III Makassar dapat dikatakan lebih baik daripada murid SD Inpres Mamajang IV.

Abstract

Employee performance is a result of work achieved by employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given, therefore the purpose of this study is to be achieved to determine the performance of administrative education personnel in the implementation of office administration at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used by this study are data analysis models Miles, Huberman and Saldana, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The number of informants in this study was 5 people, namely 1 principal and 4 administrative education staff. The results of this study show that the performance of administrative education personnel in the implementation of office administration at SMA Negeri 5 Jeneponto is quite good for the performance of office administration implementation, this is indicated by the results of research on each indicator, namely: quality of work, quantity of work, punctuality and effectiveness. This research is used as a source of information and knowledge about the performance of administrative employees on the implementation of office administration in more depth.

Abstract

The effectiveness of administrative governance in improving the quality of administrative services. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of office administration governance in improving the quality of administrative services at the Bone Village office, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is descriptive research using qualitative methods and approaches to determine the effectiveness of office administration governance in improving the quality of administrative services at the Bone Village office, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The number of informants in this study was 3 people, namely 1 head of the administration sub-division, and 1 financial staff employee. 1 from the administrative department. The data collection techniques used are the observation method, interview method, and documentation method. The data analysis techniques used by researchers are data reduction techniques, data presentation, conclusions, and verification. The results of this research show that the achievement of service targets can be realized well, leadership abilities and human resources are quality provide excellent service in providing services, and overcome problems experienced. This research can be used as a reference in improving the quality of administrative services by using the latest indicators to determine the effectiveness of office administration governance, which is different from previous research which still used previous indicators to measure the effectiveness of office governance in improving the quality of administrative services

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the complete systematic land registration program(PTSL) in the context of accelerating land registration at the Makassar City National Land Agencyoffice. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a qualitative research approach witha descriptive type of research. The informants in this study were 7 people using data collectiontechniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. From thoseobtained from the research results, it was processed using data analysis techniques consisting ofdata reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the Effectiveness ofthe Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) in the Context of Accelerating LandRegistration seen from the indicators of the accuracy of program targets was good, based on programsocialization it was good, as well as the achievement of program objectives was good, and programmonitoring was good in the effectiveness of the Registration program. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the environment on employee work motivation at the Office of the Investment and One Stop Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were 83 people. The sampling method is saturated sample. Data obtained from the program through the SPSS 25 application which consists of validity tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical data analysis. The results showed that the work environment variable was in the good category and work motivation was in the good category. Based on the results of the inferential analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence between the work environment on the work motivation of employees at the Office of the Investment and One Stop Service Office of South Sulawesi Province.
