Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain analisis jalur dengan pengelolahan secara statistik menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22.00 dan taraf signifikansi 0,05 atau 95%. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan Teknik probability sampling (simple random sampling) dengan system undian. Hasil penelitian dari pengujian analisis regresi struktur 1 dan struktur 2 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kecepatan reaksi terhadap motivasi sebesar -.038 pengaruh kekuatan otot lengan terhadap motivasi sebesar -.123, pengaruh koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap motivasi sebesar -.115, pengaruh kecepatan reaksi terhadap kemampuan smash bolavoli sebesar -.090, pengaruh kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan smash bolavoli sebesar -.893, pengaruh koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap kemampuan smash bolavoli sebesar -.034, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kemampuan smash bolavoli sebesar -.011. dilihat dari nilai α 0,05 maka pengaruh kecepatan reaksi, kekuatan otot lengan terhadap motivasi dan kecepatan reaksi, kekuatan otot lengan, koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap kemampuan smash bolavoli diterima karena nilai signifikansi dibawah α 0,05.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat diperuntukkan untuk memfasilitasi rakyat yang susah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar, namun masih membutuhkan bantuan untuk meningkatkan akses permodalan dan mengembangkan usaha melalui pemberdayaan usaha kecil dan menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemberdayaan usaha sektor UMKM di Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Pendekatan penelitian ini lakukan dengan mengolah seluruh data-data dari lokasi penelitian. Pendekatan kuantitatif lebih berfokus pada pencarian data dari lapangan yang realitas serta mengacu dengan bukti konsep dan teori yang telah digunakan. Teknik dan prosedur pengumpulan data digunakan adalah sebagai berikut: observasi, koesioner dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian kuantitatif, analisis data merupakan kegiatan setelah data dari seluruh responden atau pelanggan terkumpul. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan statistik dengan bantuan SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) adalah program komputer yang dipakai untuk analisis statistika. Pemberdayaan usaha sektor UMKM memiliki intrepretasi presantase dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil tersebut didapatkan berdasarkan dari penilaian ke empat indikator diantaranya akses, partisipasi, kontrol, dan manfaat. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaku usaha sektor UMKM menikmati pemberdayaan usaha dimana pada pernyataan pemberdayaan usaha responden memilih setuju pada pernyataan pada kuesioner.  Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Usaha, Sektor UMKM, Kabupaten Mamuju

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan laba PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah VI Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui teknik dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah populasinya, yaitu laporan keuangan triwulan PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah VI Makassar tahun 2018-2021 sebanyak 16 sampel. Data diperoleh dari hasil penelitian yang diolah menggunakan analisis data dan aplikasi SPSS 26 yang terdiri dari analisis statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang digunakan mengukur kinerja keuangan berada pada kondisi kurang baik dan pertumbuhan laba yang mengalami fluktuasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier sedehana diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,009 atau < 0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Diperoleh koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,398 atau 39,8% artinya pengaruhnya cukup berarti. Maka, pengaruh variabel bebas (X) yaitu kinerja keuangan terhadap variabel terikat (Y) yaitu pertumbuhan laba adalah sebesar 39,8 persen.

Abstract

Office facilities and infrastructure refer to all facilities and infrastructure used in the operation of an office. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of facilities and infrastructure and what factors support and hinder the use of facilities and infrastructure of the Parepare City Housing, Settlement, and Land Office. Therefore, this study has significant in identifying the use of facilities and infrastructure that can lead to an effective and efficient work environment in completing their tasks. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The indicators of the use of facilities and infrastructure in this study are office machinery and equipment that are classified as ineffective because they are not adequate enough in existing availability. Inventory equipment is classified as ineffective due to the completeness of inventory equipment in the office that is still lacking. Office supplies, classified as ineffective because there are damaged / exhausted equipment not in accordance with the estimated time period. Office buildings, classified as effective categories because office buildings already include provisions issued by the local area. Transportation equipment is classified as effective in its utilization because the availability of official vehicles is in accordance with existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This study presents new information by relating detailed theories and research loci different from previous research on the use of facilities and infrastructure so that it can be used as evaluation material for research loci to advance the use of good and correct facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The presence of archives in the office has an important role in supporting the smooth work of employees This research aims to find out the governance of archives in the Postgraduate Program of the State University of Makassar. This research is qualitative, therefore to achieve the research objectives, data collection techniques are used, namely observation/observation, interviews and documentation with 3 informants, namely the Head of Administration and archival employees at the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Negeri Makassar. The results of the study show that archival governance in the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Negeri Makassar using four indicators, namely, 1) receipt and recording of archives is carried out by classifying documents based on each study program and for recording archives is carried out manually and also classified based on education level, 2) archive storage is carried out by entering into a bundle folder based on each study program After that, it is put into the filing cabinet, 3) Archive maintenance is carried out after four years of graduation or the student judiciary period. The maintenance of archives to remain authentic is by checking or reviewing documents or files that have been saved and then saving the documents in a folder folder, and 4) shrinkage and destruction of archives is carried out by employees after the four-year student judiciary period, archives that have expired will be taken down to the warehouse or given to the cleaning service for weighing. The supporting factor in archive management is the cooperation between employees so that work related to archives can be completed quickly. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that there has not been an archive destroyer/destroyer so that the archives that are due to be destroyed are only given to the cleaning service to be weighed. In this study, using several latest indicators that can answer the formulation of research problems ranging from the stage of receiving and recording archives to shrinking and destroying archives in the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Negeri Makassar. The results of the study revealed several supporting factors and inhibiting factors in archival governance at the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Negeri Makassar in depth

Abstract

Penggunaan alat atau media pembelajaran, serta keahlian guru dalam mengaplikasikan media, dapat membantu mengatasi kesulitan peserta didik dalam memahami konsep dan prinsip tertentu. Salah satu media yang menarik perhatian siswa adalah media jenis video. Video adalah media elektronik yang menggabungkan teknologi audio dan visual untuk menciptakan tayangan yang dinamis dan menarik. video pembelajaran memungkinkan guru untuk mengoptimalkan waktu kelas dengan menyampaikan materi secara efisien, menghindari pemborosan waktu untuk menjelaskan konsep-konsep dasar yang dapat disampaikan melalui video. Media yang dikembangkan berupa media video, yang terkait dengan pelayanan prima. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa baik siswa dan guru senang dengan media yang dikembangkan karena menarik dan atraktif.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di Panti Asuhan Al-Wahhab, Kassi-Kassi, Kecamatan Rappocini, Kota Makassar, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan anak-anak kesempatan untuk mengekspresikan diri mereka melalui media gambar dan cerita. Anak-anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan seringkali menghadapi keterbatasan dalam mengungkapkan perasaan, impian, dan harapan mereka. Melalui kegiatan ini, anak-anak diberi ruang untuk menggambar dan menceritakan kisah di balik gambar mereka, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial, kreativitas, serta rasa percaya diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah menggambar bebas diikuti dengan bercerita tentang gambar yang mereka buat. Dalam kegiatan ini, yang diselenggarakan dengan cara interaktif dan menyenangkan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi dan sosial anak-anak, menjadi lebih terbuka dalam berbagi perasaan dan impian mereka. Selain itu, anak-anak juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam menggambar dan berbicara tentang masa depan. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan emosional dan kreativitas anak-anak, sekaligus mempererat hubungan sosial antar mereka. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Al-Wahhab dan diharapkan dapat berlanjut untuk membantu anak-anak dalam menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri serta meraih impian.

Abstract

Analysis of the Suitability of Productive Learning Competencies with the Implementation of Industrial Work Practice for Automation and Office Management Students of SMK Negeri 3 Sinjai. This research was conducted with the purpose of this research to describe various aspects of the application of productive learning skills in relation to industrial work practices applied by SMK Negeri 3 Sinjai students in the field of automation and office management. The data in this qualitative research was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Five students of grade XI of SMK Negeri 3 Sinjai were used as research subjects. The suitability of the location with the student's study topic is an indication of the research findings. The first step in implementing industrial work practices is for schools to plan productive ability exams. The results of this study are seen in the suitability of the location placement with the student's field of study The process of implementing industrial work practices begins with planning by the school to test the productive ability of the subject matter with the field work material and industrial practice, even though the competencies possessed by students in the field of Automation and Office Management are in accordance with the needs of the industry, there are still challenges because some companies have not been able to offer jobs that match these skills. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that SMK Negeri 3 Sinjai strengthen coordination in establishing cooperation with the industrial sector to ensure the suitability of the field of work needed by the industrial world. With the implementation of prakerin, it is hoped that students will be able to get jobs that are in accordance with the skills and competencies they have mastered in the industrial world.

Abstract

Public service is an activity or series of activites in the contex of providing service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident regarding goods, service and administrative services provided by public service provides. This study aims to determine the management of public service innovation through the Bupati Ngantor di Desa (Bunga Desa) program in Banyuwangi Regency. The research location is in Watukebo Village, Wongsorejo District. The focus of the related research is the management of public service innovation. For this reason, researchers use the New Public Management paradigm, Stewardship Theory, and Elements of Service Management. In the Program of ‘Bunga Desa,’ various problems were resolved in one day, including population administration, issuance of Nomor Izin Berusaha (NIB), and payment of Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB). The study results show that public service innovation management has succeeded in providing better service to the community. However, the record shows that the Government of Banyuwangi Regency has strengthened the rules regarding implementing the Bupati Ngantor di Desa so that this program has straightforward implementation operational standards, monitoring, and evaluation can be carried out after the program ends. This research can be used as a reference for decision msking in public services, bacause previous research focused more on the services of an agency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much Influence Of Discipline On The Performance Of Employees Work In The Cooperatives And UKM South Sulawesi Province. This research uses quantitative research methods. To achieve this goal, researchers use data collection techniques in the form of observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample used in this study was 63 employees workers. Data obtained from research results that were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS 25 application consisting of validity and reliability test. Descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the indicators used for each of these variables indicate where the discipline is in the very good category. Indicators of performance employees are in the very good category. Based on the test of the determinant coefficient, the influence was strong or high between the two variabels. So it was concluded that the influence of discipline on the performance of employees work in the Cooperatives And UKM South Sulawesi Province is strong or high.
