Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara panjang tungkai, daya ledak tungkai, dan keseimbangan dengan kecepatan lari 50 meter pada murid SD Negeri 440 Salekoe Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh murid SD Negeri 440 Salekoe kota Palopo dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 60 orang murid laki-laki yang dipilih secara random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi dengan menggunakan sistem SPSS Versi 11.00 pada taraf signifikan 95% atau ? = 0,05. Bertolak dari hasil analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Ada hubungan yang signifikan panjang tungkai dengan kecepatan lari 50 meter, (ro = 0,823 dengan tingkat probabilitas (0,000) < ? = 0,05); Ada hubungan yang signifikan daya ledak tungkai dengan kecepatan lari 50 meter, (ro = 0,790 dengan probabillitas (0,000) < ? = 0,05); Ada hubungan yang signifikankeseimbangan dengan kecepatan lari 50 meter, (ro = 0,726 dengan probabillitas (0,000) < ? = 0,05); Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara panjang tungkai, daya ledak tungkai, dan keseimbangan dengan kecepatan lari 50 meter (Ro = 0,847 dengan tingkat probabilitas (0,000) < ? = 0,05)

Abstract

Lokakarya disiplin positif ini bertujuan agar guru, kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah semakin memahami pentingnya disiplin positif dalam membangun budaya positif di sekolah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam lokakarya ini yaitu lokakarya secara luring dengan urutan aktivitas yaitu mulai dari pendahuluan, mulai dari diri, eksplorasi konsep, refleksi terbimbing, ruang kolaborasi, demonstrasi kontekstual dan aksi nyata. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan lokakarya disiplin positif ini sangat penting karena setelah mengikuti lokakarya terkait disiplin positif, maka guru, kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah semakin meningkatkan komitmennya dalam menerapkan disiplin positif di sekolah. Pada umumnya disiplin positif yang terjadi di sekolah sudah baik, namun dengan adanya lokakarya ini, maka sekolah memiliki referensi yang semakin banyak untuk diterapkan di sekolah berdasarkan hasil kolaborasi dengan sekolah lain dan hasil penguatan dari fasilitator pada saat dilaksanakannya lokakarya ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of the problem-based learning model in the subject of automation of public relations and protocol management of the OTKP department at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive type of research and the data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques with 5 informants, namely three teachers of the subject of automation of public relations and protocol management of the OTKP department, and two students of class XII OTKP at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar. The results of the study, observations and interviews can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning learning model in the public relations and protocol subjects of the OTKP department at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar was implemented effectively. It can be seen at the stage of student orientation to the problem in the Problem Based Learning learning model applied by the teacher in the classroom by providing an explanation of the learning material and the teacher introducing an interesting problem to students in the public relations and protocol activities material, then the teacher provides examples of problems through learning videos on the internet such as YouTube. From the stage of organizing students to learn in class, the teacher applies the problem based learning model by dividing students into small groups, each consisting of 6-7 people per group to make it easier for students to identify the problems given by the teacher. At the stage of guiding individual/group experiences of students, at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar the teacher provides motivation by guiding students who have difficulty in group discussions, in this case the teacher ensures that students understand the special learning material for public relations and protocol activities as in the learning implementation plan. At the stage of Developing and presenting the results of the work, the teacher helps students in planning and preparing work or assignments that are in accordance with the material of public relations and protocol activities by developing assignments in the form of group discussions, presenting work in the form of group presentations. And at the stage of analyzing and evaluating the problem-solving process, after students have made their presentations they will analyze questions from other groups to find answers and then will be given an evaluation by the teacher in oral form such as question and answer questions.

Abstract

The integration of technology in the learning process constitutes a significant factor contributing to the enhancement of students’ learning motivation. This study aims to examine the effect of learning technology utilization on the motivation of students enrolled in the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) program at SMK Negeri 1 Bantaeng. Employing a quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential methods, data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, with 152 respondents selected from a population of 250 students using a simple random sampling technique. The results show a positive and statistically significant link between using learning technology and students' motivation. This is shown by a correlation coefficient of 0.554, which is in the moderate range, and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.306, which means that 30.6% of the change in learning motivation is due to technology use, while the other 69.4% is due to other factors that are not covered in this study. Additionally, the level of technology utilization in learning is categorized as satisfactory, achieving 57% based on indicators such as message delivery, instructional strategies, and implementation forms, while students’ learning motivation is also classified as excellent with a percentage of 64% derived from intrinsic and extrinsic motivational aspects. These findings imply that, although not the sole determinant, technology plays a substantial role in fostering active student engagement; therefore, optimizing its use in the learning process provides greater opportunities to enhance motivation, and teachers are expected to design technology-based learning that is creative, interactive, and aligned with students’ needs.

Abstract

Employee performance reflects how well the goals of an agency or institution have been achieved, including aspects of quality, quantity, accuracy, work results, and level of independence. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the influence of information technology on the performance of employees in the Makassar Class I Correctional Institution. The study uses a quantitative approach with bivariate analysis. The findings of the study show that the indicators of the variables of information technology and employee performance are in a very satisfactory category. The results of the product moment correlation analysis indicate a strong relationship between the use of information technology and the level of employee performance. In addition, the results of simple linear regression strengthen these findings by showing the positive and significant influence of information technology on employee performance. Quantitatively, the use of information technology in the Makassar Class I Correctional Institution achieved a score of 90%, while employee performance achieved a score of 96%; both scores fall within the very satisfactory category. Information technology recorded a 59.1% contribution to employee performance. Thus, the results of this study offer an in-depth look at the importance of the application of information technology in improving the quality of employee performance in correctional institutions, as well as providing a strong basis for the formulation of more appropriate and strategic policies in the future. This study not only provides empirical evidence of the positive influence of information technology on employee performance but also highlights the unique context of correctional institutions as a public service environment where digitalization faces structural and cultural barriers. The results have influenced the development of ICT-based performance management in the public sector, especially in correctional administration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir komputasi (Computational Thinking/CT) siswa di SMK Negeri 5 Gowa melalui program pelatihan Bebras Challenge. CT menjadi fokus utama dalam pendidikan sains, teknologi, teknik, dan matematika (STEM) sejak diperkenalkan oleh Wing pada tahun 2006. Dalam penelitian ini, permasalahan yang diidentifikasi melibatkan ketidakmampuan siswa dalam CT, ketidaktahuan terhadap kegiatan Bebras Challenge, dan kurangnya promosi penggunaan internet dalam pembelajaran CT. Pelatihan dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan latihan/praktek. Hasil implementasi kemitraan masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu mengaplikasikan berpikir komputasi dalam memecahkan masalah sehari-hari. Metode pelatihan efektif dalam memotivasi siswa dan guru untuk aktif menggunakan teknologi sebagai sarana pembelajaran CT. Selain itu, pelatihan ini membantu siswa memahami jenis tantangan Bebras dan konsep CT dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of internal quality assurance systems in bridging students’ skill gaps in vocational education. A qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and surveys, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the internal quality assurance system has been implemented across all stages of the quality cycle, including standard setting, quality mapping, planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. However, the implementation remains largely procedural and has not been fully integrated to produce optimal educational outcomes. Students demonstrate adequate technical skills, yet still face limitations in non-technical skills such as communication, adaptability, and problem-solving. These gaps are attributed to the suboptimal use of data in decision-making, limited involvement of industry stakeholders, and the underdeveloped quality culture within schools. This study concludes that internal quality assurance contributes to improving educational processes but has not been fully effective in bridging students’ skill gaps. Therefore, strengthening the integration of the quality cycle, adopting data-driven approaches, and enhancing collaboration with industry are essential to improve the relevance and quality of educational outcomes.
