Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the role of teachers in fostering a conducive learning atmosphere. The subjects were 2 teachers in B1 TK Barunawati Pontianak Barat. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative research form. Data collection in this study used direct observation, interview, and documentation. After the data collected, test data to then drawn a conclusion. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that; (1) Providing motivation by teachers in fostering a conducive learning atmosphere in Barunawati West Pontianak kindergarten is good for the creation of conducive learning atmosphere. (2) The guidance done by the teacher in fostering the conducive learning atmosphere in TK Barunawati Pontianak Barat is good for conducive learning (3) The exercises given by the teacher in fostering conducive learning atmosphere in B1 TK Barunawati Pontianak West is good for the conducive atmosphere of conducive learning. (4) assessment conducted by teachers in fostering a conducive learning atmosphere in kindergarten Barunawati West Pontianak is good.Keywords: Teacher's Role, Conducive Learning

Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui layanan informasi oleh guru pembimbing tentang kehidupan berumah tangga pada kelas XII SMA negeri 5 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian adalah survey studi (studi survey). Adapun metode penelitian yang dugunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif Survey Studie. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pada kelas XII  sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang di gunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 52 soal. Rata-rata hasil layanan informasi oleh guru pembimbing tentang kehidupan berumah tangga adalah mencapai skor aktual (6005) dari skor maksimal ideal (6600). Berdsarkan hasil uji validitas dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Nilai yang di peroleh sebesar 91%  dengan kategori ??baik?? Artinya dalam pemberian layanan informasi oleh guru pembimbing tentang kehidupan berumah tangga sudah maksimal. Kata Kunci : Layanan Informasi, Kehidupan Berumah Tangga. Abstract: This study aims to determine the service information by the guidance counselor about family life in the high school class XII countries 5 Pontianak. Form of research is a survey study (Study survey). Research methods that are used in this research is descriptive Survey Studie. The sample was in class XII as an experimental class. The instrument is used in the form of multiple choice tests amounted to 52 questions. The average results of the service information by the guidance counselor about married life is to achieve actual score (6005) of the maximum score ideal (6600). Berdsarkan validity of the test results with significance level of 0.05. The value of which was obtained by 91% with the category. '' Good. ''. This means that in the provision of information by the guidance counselor about married life is maximal. Keywords: Information Services, married life.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui layanan informasi berbasis pendidikan multikultural pada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tadrisul Ulum kuala mandor B. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu prosedur pemecahan masalah karena setiap penelitian memerlukan metode untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, sebaliknya tanpa adanya metode yang jelas, penelitian itu sendiri tidak akan berjalan sebagaimana yang diharapkan, dengan menggambarkan layanan informasi berbasis pendidikan multikultural pada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tadrisul Ulum kuala mandor B dengan cara statistik dan dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 50 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa layanan informasi berbasis pendidikan multikultural pada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tadrisul Ulum kuala mandor B 37,5% ketercapaian tersebut berada pada rentang cukup baik. Kata Kunci : Layanan Informasi, Pendidikan Multikultural. Abstract : Abstract: This study aims to determine multicultural education based information services to students Ulum Madrasah Aliyah Private Tadrisul kuala foreman B. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach is the troubleshooting procedure for every research need a method to achieve a goal, otherwise without their methods clear, the study itself will not run as expected, by describing the multicultural education based information services to students Ulum Madrasah Aliyah Private Tadrisul kuala foreman B by means of descriptive statistics and described. The sample was 50 students. Based on the results of data analysis showed that multicultural education based information services to students Ulum Madrasah Aliyah Private Tadrisul kuala foreman and 37.5% were in the range of achievement are good enoug. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai Layanan Orientasi oleh Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang berbentuk survey yaitu prosedur dengan pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggambarkan atau melukiskan keadaan layanan orientasi pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak. Dan dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data. Layanan orientasi oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling tentang pengenalan lingkungan sekolah pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak mencapai 72% masuk dalam kategori rentang penilaian tinggi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan orientasi oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling tentang pengenalan lingkungan sekolah pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak sudah tergolong sangat baik. Yang artinya menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan orientasi tentang pengenalan lingkungan sekolah sudah terlaksana dengan sangat baik.   Kata Kunci: Layanan Orientasi, Bimbingan Dan Konseling Abstrak: This study aims to obtain an overview of Service Orientation by Master of Guidance and Counseling in Class VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method survey that is shaped with troubleshooting procedures investigated by describing or depicting the state of service orientation in class VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak. And explained descriptively. Based on the analysis of data. Service orientation by teacher guidance and counseling about the introduction of the school environment in the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak reached 72% in the category range of high valuation, it can be concluded that the service orientation of the teacher guidance and counseling about the introduction of the school environment to the students of class VII SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak been classified as very good. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve the understanding of sex education in students through group guidance services in class XI Madrasah Aliayah Negri 1 Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method in the form of collaborative class action research. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, direct communication in the form of interviews and indirect communication in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques that calculate the value and percentage. Based on the results of data analysis showed that in the first cycle obtained 60% in the category enough. While in cycle II 78% in good category on implementation of group guidance. From the implementation of research cycle I and II showed that group guidance services can improve understanding of sex education of students in class XI MIA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pontianak. Keywords: Understanding, Sex Education, Group Guidance

Abstract

Abstrak: Layanan informasi tentang kemampuan berkomunikasi adalah layanan yang diberikan kepada peserta didik agar mampu berkomunikasi baik secara lisan maupun tulisan dengan individu-individu baik dilingkungan sekolah maupun dilingkungan masyarakat, sehingga pesan yang disampaikan dapat dipahami maksudnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berbentuk analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data layanan informasi tentang minat belajar siswa kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Pontianak masuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Materi layanan informasi tentang kemampuan berkomunikasi masuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam layanan informasi tentang kemampuan berkomunikasi masuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Media yang digunakan dalam layanan informasi tentang kemampuan berkomunikasi masuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Respon siswa setelah diberikan layanan informasi tentang kemampuan berkomunikasi masuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, jenis studi komparatif, untuk membandingkan budaya organisasi yang ada di sekolah berprestasi. Data yang digunakan data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di SMA Negeri 3 dengan SMA Ignasius dengan taraf signifikansi 0,984. (2) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di SMA Negeri 3 dengan MA Negeri Model dengan taraf signifikansi 0,208. (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di SMA Negeri 3 dengan MA YPPU dengan taraf signifikansi 0,778. (4) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di MA Negeri Model dengan MA YPPU dengan taraf signifikansi 0,768. (5) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di MA Negeri Model dengan SMA Ignasius dengan taraf signifikansi 0,097. (6) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi di SMA Ignasius dengan MA YPPU dengan taraf signifikansi 0,562. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi   Abstract: In this research method used is quantitative method, the type of comparative studies, to compare existing organizational culture in school achievement. Data used primary data. The results showed that (1) There is no significant difference between organizational culture at SMA Negeri 3 with SMA Ignatius with a significance level of 0.984. (2) There is no significant difference between Cultural Organization in SMA Negeri 3 with MA Model with a significance level of 0.208. (3) There is no significant difference between organizational culture at SMA Negeri 3 with MA YPPU with a significance level of 0.778. (4) There is no significant difference between Cultural Organization in State MA Model with MA YPPU with a significance level of 0.768. (5) There is no significant difference between Cultural Organization in State MA Model with Ignatius High School with a significance level of 0.097. Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi dan kejelasan yang aktual mengenai kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 3 Singkawang dalam mengembangkan efektivitas sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.  Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf Tata Usaha di SMA Negeri Singkawang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan data reduction, data display, dan verification/conclusion. Pengecekana keabsahan temuan dilakukan melalui teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa bahwa secara umum kemampuan manajerial sudah baik dan sejalan dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 13 tahun 2007. Kata-kata Kunci: Kemampuan manajerial, Efektivitas sekolah Abstract: The purpose of this research is to obtain information and clarity about the actual managerial ability of the principal of SMA Negeri 3 Singkawang in developing school effectiveness. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The sources of data in this study are principals, teachers, and staff in the SMA Negeri 3 Singkawang. The collection of data  using observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted with data reduction, data display, and verification/conclusion. The checking the validity made ​​through triangulation techniques. The final conclusion is that in general managerial ability is good and in line with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 13 of 2007. Abstract

AbstractGuidance counselor teacher have important role in developing social guidance to leaners in the development of  ability and overcoming social problems in school and community in working together, interacting with friend of the same age and adults. Evaluation of the implementation of social guidance and counseling program is very important in order to know the positive and negative impacts of good relations both at school and outside school and to know the achievement of the program implementation. The low evaluation of the implementation of the social guidance program will lead to low achievement between programs and implementation. For that hope in the achievement of guidance and counseling program in the field of social, researcher reviewed the evaluation of the implementation of social guidance and counseling program in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak.The problem in this research is “how the evaluation of the implementation of social guidance and counseling program in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak?”. This study aims to obtain a description and objective information about the evaluation of the implementation of social guidance and counseling program in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak.The research method used is naturalistic qualitative method. The sample of this research is two gudance and counseling teachers. Data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. The result of data analysis indicate that evaluation of implementation and social counseling programs is done well. It is expected that the gudance counselor teachers to improve the evaluation of the implementation of social guidance and counseling programs in order to know the positive and negative impacts of  the intercommunication and to know the achievement of the program. Keyword: Program Evaluation, Social Field.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan disiplin anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan bentuk penelitiannya adalah studi hubungan (interrelationship studies).Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan rumus product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara pola asuh orang tua dengan disiplin anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya yaitu sebesar 0,78 dengan kategori sedang, rxy >rtabel (0,78>0,320) dapat ditarik kesimpulan berarti hasil korelasi tersebut meyakinkan atau signifikan.   Kata kunci : Pola Asuh Orang Tua, Disiplin   Abstract: The aim of this research is to know and describe the relationship between a nurture and a child’s discipline of 5 to 6 years old in TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. This research employs a descriptive mehode by using a quantitative approach. This research is a relationship study. The data was analysed by analisis by using a product moment formula. The result shows that result show that there is a strong relationship between the nurture and the child disciplin of 5 to 6 years old in TK Negeri Pembina Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya with 0,78 in a category of fair of rxy > rtable. It can be concluded that the result of the corelation is significant.   Keywords : Parenting parents, disciplin
